Definitions
- the present invention relates to a latch lock for a door leaf of a door, in particular an all-glass door, comprising a housing, a latch and a latch mechanism for moving the latch between an open position in which the latch is disposed substantially within the housing, and at least one closed position, in which the bolt is at least partially disposed outside of the housing.
- the invention relates to a mounting method for the central or at least substantially centering arranging a bolt lock on a longitudinal side of a door leaf of a door.
- latch locks may be provided in which a latch is provided in the lock, which allow by engaging in a latch receiving a counterpart, for example in the door frame, a closing a door.
- the disadvantage of such latch locks is that for a secure closing of the door a stop for the door leaf is necessary.
- the trap of a latch lock alone is not enough to keep a door securely in a closed state.
- Such latch locks are therefore not suitable for swing doors, for example.
- bolt locks are known. In bolt locks, in particular a bolt is provided which can be moved between an open position and a closed position.
- the bolt In the closed position, the bolt also engages in a receptacle of a counterpart, in contrast to a case, however, a bolt is able by a Positive fit to keep the door securely in closed place.
- a bolt lock is therefore also suitable for swing doors.
- all-glass doors often have no latch lock and are, in particular as swing doors, often equipped with push handles for actuating the doors by a user.
- a door latch locks are known, which are provided according to the prior art as a lock insert in corner fittings of the door or in door rails in the door frame.
- Such locks according to the prior art in particular have the disadvantage that they are difficult to access. This is due in particular to the fact that the known locks are usually arranged on the upper and / or lower edge of the door or of the door frame.
- a bolt lock for a door leaf of a door with the features of independent claim 1 and by an assembly method for centrally or at least substantially fastened arranging a bolt lock with the features of claim 10.
- a bolt lock for a door leaf of a door in particular an all-glass door, comprising a housing, a latch and a latch mechanism for moving the latch between an open position in which the latch disposed substantially within the housing is, and at least one closed position in which the bolt is at least partially disposed outside of the housing.
- An inventive bolt lock is characterized in that the bolt lock has a mounting interface, wherein the mounting interface for a fastening arrangement of the bolt lock is formed centrally or at least substantially centrally on a longitudinal side of the door panel and that the bolt lock has a non-rotatable handle receptacle for a handle.
- An inventive bolt lock thus has a latch, which is movable as in known latch locks between an open position and a closed position.
- a plurality of closing positions which differ in particular in their extension of the bolt outside the housing, may be provided.
- single-speed latch locks in which the latch can be brought into a closed position
- two-speed latch locks in which the latch can be brought into two different closing positions. In a two-speed latch lock while the bolt is in its second closed position further out of the housing of the bolt lock out than in its first locking position.
- the bolt is designed to engage in a latch receptacle of a counterpart to ensure safe closing of the door by an at least partial positive locking and that the bolt in the open position is arranged at least so far in the housing of the locking bolt that no positive engagement of the bolt in the bolt receptacle of the counterpart longer exists.
- the bolt can be arranged completely within the housing but of course also partially protrude from this.
- the latch and a latch receptacle of a counterpart to each other can have a game.
- Essential to the invention is provided in a bolt lock according to the invention that the bolt lock has a mounting interface.
- the bolt lock can be arranged centrally or at least substantially centrally on a longitudinal side of a door panel.
- the housing of the bolt lock is preferably firmly connected to the mounting interface, in particular non-positively and / or positively connected, particularly preferably screwed. It is called the edge of the door with the long side of the door, which extends from bottom to top. Preferably, it may be the edge of that longitudinal side of the door leaf on which the door hinges are not arranged. Due to the possibility of arranging the bolt lock centrally or at least substantially centrally on this longitudinal side of the door leaf, which is provided by the mounting interface, an improvement in the accessibility of the bolt lock can be achieved.
- a user of the bolt lock can operate this in an upright position, stooping or stretching, as is necessary in bolt locks according to the prior art, can be avoided.
- a bolt lock it is also possible to close swing doors, which is not possible when using a latch lock. This is made possible in particular by the fact that bolt stops do not require a stop which limits the rotation of the door in one direction.
- the bolt lock a non-rotatable Has handle holder for a handle.
- the handle holder can be an integral part of the mounting interface and / or the housing of the bolt lock.
- such a handle receptacle may be particularly preferably a non-rotatable square holder.
- a bolt lock according to the invention can be provided in a bolt lock according to the invention, that the mounting interface is designed to fasten the arrangement of the bolt lock with a maximum of one passage opening in the door leaf.
- a bolt lock according to the invention can be arranged through the mounting interface on doors which have only one or even no passage opening in the door leaf.
- a bolt lock whose closing function should only be accessible from one side, it is entirely possible to dispense with through holes in the door leaf of the door.
- Such a bolt lock can be attached to the door, for example, by a force and / or material connection.
- a single through hole may be necessary if the lock function of the latch lock is to be accessible from both sides and therefore access to a lock cylinder from both sides of the door is required. In this case too, however, a single through-hole is sufficient, further outgoing through-holes are not necessary. In particular, in all-glass doors, the processing is more difficult, such as in wooden doors, this represents a significant relief in the equipment of the door with a bolt lock.
- a bolt lock according to the invention can be developed to the effect that the housing of the bolt lock has a closing side, wherein the closing side has a single functional opening, and wherein the bolt is movable through the functional opening in a movement between its open position and its at least one closed position.
- the closing side is in particular that side of the housing, which can preferably be arranged finally with the longitudinal side of the door leaf of the door.
- the closing function of the bolt lock can be provided by the bolt.
- the functional opening can in particular, of course, be adapted to the size of the bar.
- the functional opening is preferably slightly larger than the bolt, so as not to hinder movement of the bolt, and at the same time, however, to prevent the penetration of dirt into the interior of the bolt lock.
- other openings even in the closing side of the housing, such as receptacles for fasteners such as screws, etc., no functional openings in the context of the invention.
- a functional opening in the context of the invention is performing the function of the bolt lock, ie in particular the Movement of the bolt from its open position into its at least one closed position allows.
- Essential to the invention is that in the closing side only a single functional opening is provided, through which the bolt can be moved. In particular, in the closing side no functional opening intended for a trap.
- An inventive bolt lock thus represents a pure bolt lock and is therefore particularly simple. A complicated mechanism, such as is necessary for a latch lock, can be avoided.
- a bolt lock according to the invention it can further be provided that the functional opening is arranged centrally in the closing side for a door-independent arrangement of the bolt lock.
- central means in particular a central arrangement of the functional opening in the closing side with respect to the extent of the bolt lock along the longitudinal side of the door leaf.
- the handle receptacle has at least one support surface for the handle for transmitting a mechanical force from the handle to the latch lock, and in particular wherein the handle receptacle, preferably the at least one support surface of the handle receptacle, over the entire or at least substantially the entire depth of the housing of the bolt lock extends.
- the force exerted by the user on the handle must be transferred to the door. Due to the at least one support surface of the The handle mount transfers this force particularly effectively from the handle to the latch lock and from there to the door.
- a depth of the housing means, in particular, the extent of the housing above the door leaf or the distance between a surface of the housing, which bears against the door leaf, and an outer surface of the housing, which faces away from the door leaf.
- a latch lock may further be provided that the handle receptacle has at least one support rib which extends for introducing the mechanical force into the housing of the latch lock from the support surface to the housing of the latch lock.
- the housing of the bolt lock forms in particular an outer shell of the bolt lock. It is thus usually very stable and, moreover, firmly connected to the door leaf.
- a support rib according to the invention, a force from a handle, which is exerted on the handle by the user, can thus be introduced into the housing via the support surface in a particularly good manner become.
- a further increase in the stability and the resistance of a bolt lock according to the invention over the use by a user who wants to open or close the door can be achieved.
- the bolt lock has a cylinder receptacle for a lock cylinder, wherein the locking mechanism is actuated and / or locked by a built-in cylinder receiving lock cylinder.
- a bolt lock according to the invention is designed such that a built-in lock cylinder can be brought into operative connection with the bolt mechanism such that the bolt can be moved into its open position or at least one closed position.
- different cylinder holders for different lock cylinders for example round cylinder or oval cylinder, can be provided.
- a bolt lock according to the invention can be developed to the effect that the bolt has a bolt head and the bolt mechanism has a bolt interface, wherein the bolt head is releasably connected to the bolt interface.
- the bolt head represents the part of the bolt lock which is exposed to the greatest loads. By replacing a defective bolt head thus the life of the entire bolt lock can be extended.
- this interchangeability makes it possible to equip one and the same bolt lock for different requirements with different bolt heads, for example made of different materials and / or different dimensions. A particularly wide range of possible uses for an inventive bolt lock can be achieved.
- a bolt lock according to the invention can be further developed such that at least one steel pin, in particular a hardened steel pin, is arranged on and / or in the bolt head and / or on and / or in the bolt interface as a burglary protection device.
- a steel pin By means of such a steel pin, a saw protection and / or a shear protection property can be achieved, for example, as an anti-burglary property.
- Such a steel pin is preferably arranged on and / or in the bolt head and / or on and / or in the bolt interface that, when the bolt is in its at least one closed position, with a portion within the bolt receptacle of the counterpart and a second portion located within the housing of the bolt lock.
- the steel pin thus extends from the interior of the housing of the bolt lock in the bolt receptacle of the counterpart.
- a simple pressing of such a secured door, which is associated with a shearing of the bolt, can be prevented.
- Even a simple sawing of the bolt by a saw inserted into the door gap, can be prevented, since the steel pin, which is preferably a hardened steel pin prevents this sawing.
- a further increase in the protection of a closed with such a bolt lock invention door can be achieved.
- a preparation of the door leaf for the arrangement can be carried out.
- Such preparation can represent, for example, a surface treatment of the door leaf or an introduction of a necessary individual passage opening in the door leaf.

- the bolt lock 1 according to the invention in the embodiment shown, a housing 30, the bottom plate at the same time forms the mounting interface 40.
- This mounting interface 40 is centrally or at least substantially centrally disposed on a longitudinal side 52 of a door leaf 51 of a door 50 (not shown) during assembly of the bolt lock 1 and thus allows a fortifying arranging the bolt lock 1 according to the invention on this door 50, whereby the inventive Bolt lock 1 can be used as a middle lock.
- a latch mechanism 20 can be used.
- the locking mechanism 20 in this case has a locking interface 21, on which the locking head 11 of a bolt 10 can be detachably arranged.
- the locking mechanism 20 is thereby arranged in the housing 30 of the bolt lock 1, that the bolt 10 by a functional opening 32 which is arranged in a closing side 31 of the housing 30, from an open position into at least one closed position 13 (not shown) is movable.
- the housing 30 has a cylinder receptacle 37.
- the lock cylinder 54 can be brought into operative connection with the locking mechanism 20 such that, on the one hand, the movement of the bolt 10 can be made by the lock cylinder 54 and, on the other hand, the bolt 10 both in its open and its at least a closed position 13 can be locked.
- the bolt lock 1 can of course be arranged on a door 50 (not shown) that the closing side 31 comes to rest on a longitudinal side 52 of the door panel 51 of the door 50.
- the housing 30 of the bolt lock 1 has only a single functional opening 32, as a result of which the bolt lock 1 according to the invention is a pure bolt lock 1.
- the bolt lock 1 also has a handle receptacle 34 in the embodiment shown.
- This handle receptacle 34 is rotatably connected to the housing 30 and thus to the bolt lock 1.
- a handle 53 (not shown) disposed in the handle receptacle 34 is thereby able to replace a push handle. Further processing of the door 50, which would be required for the arrangement of such a push handle, can be saved.
- the handle receptacle 34 in this case has a support surface 35, which for receiving forces of the handle 53, which arise through the use of the handle 53 when opening or closing the door 50, take.
- This support surface 35 is formed in the embodiment shown such that the handle receptacle 34 is a square receptacle.
- the support surface 35 also has an extension which corresponds to the depth 33 of the housing 30.

Description
The present invention relates to a latch lock for a door leaf of a door, in particular an all-glass door, comprising a housing, a latch and a latch mechanism for moving the latch between an open position in which the latch is disposed substantially within the housing, and at least one closed position, in which the bolt is at least partially disposed outside of the housing. Moreover, the invention relates to a mounting method for the central or at least substantially centering arranging a bolt lock on a longitudinal side of a door leaf of a door.
In principle, it is known to close doors by locks, which are arranged on a door leaf of the door. In this case, for example, latch locks may be provided in which a latch is provided in the lock, which allow by engaging in a latch receiving a counterpart, for example in the door frame, a closing a door. The disadvantage of such latch locks, however, is that for a secure closing of the door a stop for the door leaf is necessary. The trap of a latch lock alone is not enough to keep a door securely in a closed state. Such latch locks are therefore not suitable for swing doors, for example. Additionally or alternatively, bolt locks are known. In bolt locks, in particular a bolt is provided which can be moved between an open position and a closed position. In the closed position, the bolt also engages in a receptacle of a counterpart, in contrast to a case, however, a bolt is able by a Positive fit to keep the door securely in closed place. Such a bolt lock is therefore also suitable for swing doors.
In particular, all-glass doors often have no latch lock and are, in particular as swing doors, often equipped with push handles for actuating the doors by a user. To complete such a door latch locks are known, which are provided according to the prior art as a lock insert in corner fittings of the door or in door rails in the door frame. Such locks according to the prior art in particular have the disadvantage that they are difficult to access. This is due in particular to the fact that the known locks are usually arranged on the upper and / or lower edge of the door or of the door frame.
It is therefore an object of the invention to remedy the disadvantages of bolt locks or assembly method for bolt locks described above at least partially. In particular, it is an object of the invention to provide a bolt lock and a mounting method for a bolt lock in which a particularly easy and cost-effective manner, a particularly good accessibility and operation of such bolt locks can be ensured.
This object is achieved by a bolt lock for a door leaf of a door with the features of
In a first aspect of the invention, the object is achieved by a bolt lock for a door leaf of a door, in particular an all-glass door, comprising a housing, a latch and a latch mechanism for moving the latch between an open position in which the latch disposed substantially within the housing is, and at least one closed position in which the bolt is at least partially disposed outside of the housing. An inventive bolt lock is characterized in that the bolt lock has a mounting interface, wherein the mounting interface for a fastening arrangement of the bolt lock is formed centrally or at least substantially centrally on a longitudinal side of the door panel and that the bolt lock has a non-rotatable handle receptacle for a handle. An inventive bolt lock thus has a latch, which is movable as in known latch locks between an open position and a closed position. In this case, in particular, a plurality of closing positions, which differ in particular in their extension of the bolt outside the housing, may be provided. For example, a distinction is made between single-speed latch locks, in which the latch can be brought into a closed position, and two-speed latch locks, in which the latch can be brought into two different closing positions. In a two-speed latch lock while the bolt is in its second closed position further out of the housing of the bolt lock out than in its first locking position. It is advantageous in all embodiments in this case that the bolt is designed to engage in a latch receptacle of a counterpart to ensure safe closing of the door by an at least partial positive locking and that the bolt in the open position is arranged at least so far in the housing of the locking bolt that no positive engagement of the bolt in the bolt receptacle of the counterpart longer exists. In this case, the bolt can be arranged completely within the housing but of course also partially protrude from this. Also, the latch and a latch receptacle of a counterpart to each other can have a game. Essential to the invention is provided in a bolt lock according to the invention that the bolt lock has a mounting interface. About this mounting interface, it is possible that the bolt lock can be arranged centrally or at least substantially centrally on a longitudinal side of a door panel. In the assembled state, the housing of the bolt lock is preferably firmly connected to the mounting interface, in particular non-positively and / or positively connected, particularly preferably screwed. A user of the bolt lock can operate this in an upright position, stooping or stretching, as is necessary in bolt locks according to the prior art, can be avoided. By using a bolt lock, it is also possible to close swing doors, which is not possible when using a latch lock. This is made possible in particular by the fact that bolt stops do not require a stop which limits the rotation of the door in one direction. Furthermore, it is essential to the invention provided with a bolt lock according to the invention that the bolt lock a non-rotatable Has handle holder for a handle. The handle holder can be an integral part of the mounting interface and / or the housing of the bolt lock. Also, such a handle receptacle may be particularly preferably a non-rotatable square holder. By such a square mount is an array of standardized handles, as they are known and widely used in the prior art, allows. By such a handle receiving it is possible to arrange a handle on the bolt lock. To open or close the door, a user can grasp this handle and transmit with it force on the door to open or close the door. A touch of the door, especially in glass doors, can be prevented. Overall, the locking and the operation of a door, in particular a glass door, simplified and made easier for the user by a bolt lock according to the invention.
Furthermore, it can be provided in a bolt lock according to the invention, that the mounting interface is designed to fasten the arrangement of the bolt lock with a maximum of one passage opening in the door leaf. This means, in particular, that a bolt lock according to the invention can be arranged through the mounting interface on doors which have only one or even no passage opening in the door leaf. For example, in the case of a bolt lock, whose closing function should only be accessible from one side, it is entirely possible to dispense with through holes in the door leaf of the door. Such a bolt lock can be attached to the door, for example, by a force and / or material connection. A single through hole may be necessary if the lock function of the latch lock is to be accessible from both sides and therefore access to a lock cylinder from both sides of the door is required. In this case too, however, a single through-hole is sufficient, further outgoing through-holes are not necessary. In particular, in all-glass doors, the processing is more difficult, such as in wooden doors, this represents a significant relief in the equipment of the door with a bolt lock.
Also, a bolt lock according to the invention can be developed to the effect that the housing of the bolt lock has a closing side, wherein the closing side has a single functional opening, and wherein the bolt is movable through the functional opening in a movement between its open position and its at least one closed position. The closing side is in particular that side of the housing, which can preferably be arranged finally with the longitudinal side of the door leaf of the door. Through the single functional opening in this closing side, the closing function of the bolt lock can be provided by the bolt. In this case, the functional opening can in particular, of course, be adapted to the size of the bar. In particular, the functional opening is preferably slightly larger than the bolt, so as not to hinder movement of the bolt, and at the same time, however, to prevent the penetration of dirt into the interior of the bolt lock. Of course, other openings, even in the closing side of the housing, such as receptacles for fasteners such as screws, etc., no functional openings in the context of the invention. Through a functional opening in the context of the invention is performing the function of the bolt lock, ie in particular the Movement of the bolt from its open position into its at least one closed position allows. Essential to the invention is that in the closing side only a single functional opening is provided, through which the bolt can be moved. In particular, in the closing side no functional opening intended for a trap. An inventive bolt lock thus represents a pure bolt lock and is therefore particularly simple. A complicated mechanism, such as is necessary for a latch lock, can be avoided.
According to a preferred further development of a bolt lock according to the invention, it can further be provided that the functional opening is arranged centrally in the closing side for a door-independent arrangement of the bolt lock. In this case, central means in particular a central arrangement of the functional opening in the closing side with respect to the extent of the bolt lock along the longitudinal side of the door leaf. This makes it possible, in particular, that a lock bolt according to the invention can be used both on left-closing and on right-closing doors, as well as on the hinge side as well as on the hinge side. For the different types of mounting no different versions of a bolt lock according to the invention are necessary, whereby a production of a bolt lock according to the invention in high quantities is made possible with correspondingly low unit costs.
Particularly preferably, it can be provided in a bolt lock according to the invention that the handle receptacle has at least one support surface for the handle for transmitting a mechanical force from the handle to the latch lock, and in particular wherein the handle receptacle, preferably the at least one support surface of the handle receptacle, over the entire or at least substantially the entire depth of the housing of the bolt lock extends. The force exerted by the user on the handle must be transferred to the door. Due to the at least one support surface of the The handle mount transfers this force particularly effectively from the handle to the latch lock and from there to the door. Due to the preferred extent of the support surface over the entire or at least substantially the entire depth of the housing of the bolt lock, a particularly good power transmission between the handle and the bolt lock and indirectly between the handle and the door can be ensured. In this case, a depth of the housing means, in particular, the extent of the housing above the door leaf or the distance between a surface of the housing, which bears against the door leaf, and an outer surface of the housing, which faces away from the door leaf. Such an inventive extension of the at least one support surface over the entire depth of the housing, a particularly good power transmission can be ensured. A load of the material of the bolt lock, in particular the handle receiving, and an associated fatigue can thus at least be reduced. A particularly long life of the bolt lock according to the invention can be achieved.
According to a further preferred embodiment of a latch lock according to the invention may further be provided that the handle receptacle has at least one support rib which extends for introducing the mechanical force into the housing of the latch lock from the support surface to the housing of the latch lock. The housing of the bolt lock forms in particular an outer shell of the bolt lock. It is thus usually very stable and, moreover, firmly connected to the door leaf. By means of a support rib according to the invention, a force from a handle, which is exerted on the handle by the user, can thus be introduced into the housing via the support surface in a particularly good manner become. A further increase in the stability and the resistance of a bolt lock according to the invention over the use by a user who wants to open or close the door can be achieved.
In addition, it can be provided in the bolt lock according to the invention that the bolt lock has a cylinder receptacle for a lock cylinder, wherein the locking mechanism is actuated and / or locked by a built-in cylinder receiving lock cylinder. In particular, a bolt lock according to the invention is designed such that a built-in lock cylinder can be brought into operative connection with the bolt mechanism such that the bolt can be moved into its open position or at least one closed position. In this case, different cylinder holders for different lock cylinders, for example round cylinder or oval cylinder, can be provided. By such a lock cylinder, which can be installed in a cylinder receptacle of a bolt lock according to the invention, in particular a closure of the door can be performed. In addition to a simple locking of the door, a door can thus be secured against unauthorized opening.
Also, a bolt lock according to the invention can be developed to the effect that the bolt has a bolt head and the bolt mechanism has a bolt interface, wherein the bolt head is releasably connected to the bolt interface. In this way, in particular by the detachable connection, it is possible to make the bolt head exchangeable. On the one hand, the bolt head represents the part of the bolt lock which is exposed to the greatest loads. By replacing a defective bolt head thus the life of the entire bolt lock can be extended. Also is this interchangeability makes it possible to equip one and the same bolt lock for different requirements with different bolt heads, for example made of different materials and / or different dimensions. A particularly wide range of possible uses for an inventive bolt lock can be achieved.
In addition, a bolt lock according to the invention can be further developed such that at least one steel pin, in particular a hardened steel pin, is arranged on and / or in the bolt head and / or on and / or in the bolt interface as a burglary protection device. By means of such a steel pin, a saw protection and / or a shear protection property can be achieved, for example, as an anti-burglary property. Such a steel pin is preferably arranged on and / or in the bolt head and / or on and / or in the bolt interface that, when the bolt is in its at least one closed position, with a portion within the bolt receptacle of the counterpart and a second portion located within the housing of the bolt lock. In this way, the steel pin thus extends from the interior of the housing of the bolt lock in the bolt receptacle of the counterpart. A simple pressing of such a secured door, which is associated with a shearing of the bolt, can be prevented. Even a simple sawing of the bolt by a saw inserted into the door gap, can be prevented, since the steel pin, which is preferably a hardened steel pin prevents this sawing. A further increase in the protection of a closed with such a bolt lock invention door can be achieved.
- a) arranging the mounting interface of the bolt lock centrally or at least substantially centrally on a longitudinal side of the door panel, and
- b) Attaching the bolt lock through the mounting interface of the bolt lock on the door leaf.
Before carrying out the step a) of course, a preparation of the door leaf for the arrangement can be carried out. Such preparation can represent, for example, a surface treatment of the door leaf or an introduction of a necessary individual passage opening in the door leaf. Also, steps a) and b) may be performed sequentially or simultaneously. Overall, an inventive mounting method allows the equipment of a door, in particular a glass door, with a middle lock, which is designed as a bolt lock. In particular, by the use of a bolt lock according to the invention according to the first aspect of the invention, all advantages which have been described for such a bolt lock according to the first aspect of the invention result for an assembly method according to the invention.
