Abstract
This invention relates to reduction of cabling and additional assembly apparatus which are required for lightening action of lightening fixtures and to prevent electrical lost during electrical conduction.
Description
- This invention relates to reduction of cabling and additional assembly apparatus which are required for lightening action of lightening fixtures and to prevent electrical lost during electrical conduction.
- Current lightening fixtures need cabling for electrical conduction:
- In addition to fixture mounting, current linear lightening fixtures used in industry need to cabling.
- Additional cabling causes to additional cost of cable.
- Besides additional cabling, there is a need for metal conduits to fasten the cable.
- The cable that is carried inside the conduits must be fastened wherein it is used several fastened elements and busbar during the cabling.
- The processes of conduit assembling, cabling and other fixing element take up time individually whereas they need workship respectively.
- Because of increase in time and workship inputs, the cost also rises naturally.
- Said invention is designed to minimize the use of additional materials, workship and time and to prevent simultaneously electrical leakage which results from cable corrosion in time.
- Said invention which has the properties above and which is developed to replace with the current linear lightening fixtures which causes the problems disclosed above, is designed to minimize the additional materials, workship and time during the usage of linear lightening fixtures and to prevent simultaneously electrical leakage which results from cable corrosion in time.
- The frame constitutes the outer side of product and it carries the energy thereof without using any cable.
- The plexy which covers the bottom and the outer side of the housing reduces the risk of leakage current so that it thoroughly isolates the system.
- The product of invention does not have high cost inputs in respect to costs.
- It reduces the additional workship which is necessary for assembling.
- It eliminates the cable requirement that is necessary for the assembly of other products.
- It eliminates the metal conduits requirement that is used to carry other products.
- It eliminates the additional connection and interconnection requirements that are used to fasten cables and to mount the cables.
- It presents a 50% reduction in time and workship cost of other products assembling so it is provided an account for the biggest problem of current system by this reduction.
- It provides an account for the operational installation cost in accordance with the point disclosed in general above.
- In order to achieve the aim of invention, the novel Linear Lightening Fixture which provides wireless conduction will now be describe with the reference of appended drawings, in which:
-
Fig.1 is the view of assembling of Linear Lightening Fixture which provides wireless conduction; -
Fig.2 is the perspective view of Linear Lightening Fixture which provides wireless conduction of the present invention; -
Fig.3 is front view of Linear Lightening Fixture which provides wireless conduction of the present invention; -
Fig.4 is the left side view of Linear Lightening Fixture which provides wireless conduction of the present invention; -
Fig.5 is the top view of Linear Lightening Fixture which provides wireless conduction of the present invention; - In addition the drawings are detailed by distinguishing with the parts and section which are enumerated with the reference number below:
- Part 1: Y linear profiler
- Part 2: Base profile
- Part 3: Non-conductor connector
- Part 4: Plexy
- Part 5: Reflector
- Part 6: Plastic cover
- Part 7: Sheet metal screw
- Part 8: Led lightening M560 (PCB)
- Part 9: Sheet metal screw
- Part 10: Acrylic Top Protection Cap
- Part 11: Copper lama
- Part 12: Stay bolt copper
- In
fig.1 , the linear lightening fixture which provides wireless conduction of the invention is exemplified. Base profile (2) is connected to Y linear profile (1) and non-conductor connector (3) is connected to base profile (3). The connection of reflectors (5) to the Y linear profile (1) is provided. Plastic cover (6) is connected to Y linear profile by fixing to the sheet metal screw (7). The led lightening M560 (PCB) (8) is placed to Y linear body (1) and then acrylic top protection cap (9) is attached. The assembly action of linear lightening fixture that provides wireless conduction is completed when the copper lamas (11) are undergone to Stay bolt copper (12) by fixing. - Certain parts have some special functions which are disclosed below, that are;
- 1-Y linear profile; energy is carried thereof and it act as cooling element.
- 2-Copper lama; is the apparatus which provides energy transmission and stabilization.
- 3-Stay bolt copper; prevents to stabilize the copper lamas and it intercepts energy transmission power cut.
- 4-Non-conductor connector; prevents to formation current leakage.
- 5-Led Lightening M560 (PCB); convert the carried energy to light.
