Object of the present invention is therefore to develop a Hartflächenabsauggerät of the type mentioned in such a way that it has an easy handling, where it can be guided by an operator with less effort on a hard surface.
This object is achieved by a Hartflächenabsauggerät with the features of claim 1.
As already mentioned, the suction device comprises the suction nozzle, the separation unit and the suction unit of the hard surface suction device. The handle is arranged relative to an upright position of the Hartflächenabsauggerätes below the suction device. It has been found that this can be reduced by the force required to handle the Hartflächenabsauggerätes. The operator may use the hard surface aspirator below the suction device on the handle. With her hand, the operator can thus support the suction directly. As a result, tilting moments occurring during pivoting of the hard surface suction device can be kept low.
The Hartflächenabsauggerät has at least one rechargeable battery. This allows the Hartflächenabsauggerät be operated independently of access to a power outlet. This facilitates handling of the Hartflächenabsauggerätes.
According to the invention, at least one rechargeable battery is positioned in the handle. The handle forms a receiving space into which the at least one rechargeable battery can be inserted. Conveniently, the at least one rechargeable battery is kept exchangeable in the handle.
It can be provided that the at least one rechargeable battery can be charged by means of an external charger.
In addition to a rechargeable battery, the Hartflächenabsauggerät invention has a charging device in a preferred embodiment of the invention for charging the rechargeable battery, the charging electronics can be connected to an external power supply device, for example to a charger.
The handle is arranged at a distance to the dirty liquid tank.
Preferably, in addition to the handle and the dirty liquid tank is arranged relative to an upright position of the Hartflächenabsauggeräts below the suction device. In the course of operation, the contaminant tank increasingly fills with liquid which has been deposited in the deposition chamber from the aspirated from the hard surface liquid-air mixture and passes through the liquid outlet in the dirty liquid tank. As the level of the dirty liquid tank increases, its weight increases, so that the center of gravity of the hard surface suction device increasingly displaces. Due to the positioning of both the dirty liquid tank and the handle below the suction device, the tilting moment occurring on the hard surface as the hard surface suction device moves along the hard surface suction device, and thus the force required by the operator, can be kept low even with increasing center of gravity displacement.
The dirty liquid tank is preferably arranged directly on the liquid outlet of the deposition chamber.
It is advantageous if the suction device has a contact surface from which the handle protrudes. The operator can apply thumb and forefinger and / or part of the back of his hand to the contact surface when gripping the handle. As a result, the force required to handle the Hartflächenabsauggerätes force can be further reduced.
The suction unit has a suction turbine that can be rotated by an electric motor about a turbine axis in order to form a suction flow. The handle is preferably elongated and has a longitudinal axis. It is advantageous if the longitudinal axis of the handle is aligned at an angle to the turbine axis.
Conveniently, the longitudinal axis of the handle cuts the turbine axis in the region of the separation unit or in the region of the suction unit.
In a preferred embodiment of the Hartflächenabsauggerätes invention, the handle is arranged with respect to an upright position of Hartflächenabsauggerätes below the suction unit. The handle thus directly absorbs the weight of the suction unit.
It is advantageous if the suction unit has a turbine inlet, which is arranged at the air outlet of the deposition chamber. The flow path between the separation chamber and the suction unit can be designed to be particularly short. This increases the efficiency of the Hartflächenabsauggerätes and has the consequence that the suction unit can be equipped with a smaller electric motor, so that the weight and energy consumption of Hartflächenabsauggerätes can be reduced. The lower weight facilitates the handling of the Hartflächenabsauggerätes.
Conveniently, a suction pipe is arranged at the turbine inlet, which dips into the deposition chamber. In the flow direction of the inflow into the deposition chamber liquid-air mixture, the free end of the suction pipe may be arranged at a distance from a separation element which is positioned in the deposition chamber. The risk that liquid is sucked into the suction unit, this can be kept low.
The at least one separating element can be designed, for example, in the form of a baffle wall. Preferably, the baffle is convexly curved in the direction of the suction inlet of the separation chamber.
Preferably, the at least one baffle is integrally connected to a housing of the separation unit. For example, it may be provided that the housing of the separation unit and the at least one baffle together form a one-piece plastic molding.
The suction nozzle, the suction unit and the dirty liquid tank are conveniently detachably connectable to the separation unit. In particular, it can be provided that the suction nozzle, the suction unit and / or the dirty liquid tank with the separation unit are releasably latched. This allows the user to easily disassemble the Hartflächenabsauggerät for cleaning.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the separation unit and the suction unit to a common housing on which the dirty liquid tank and / or the handle are releasably held. In such an embodiment of the invention, the separation unit and the suction unit form a common structural unit, on which the dirty liquid tank and / or the handle are detachably held. In addition, it can be provided that the suction nozzle on the common housing of separation unit and suction unit is releasably held.
It can also be provided that the handle with the separation unit and / or with the suction unit is detachably connectable. In such an embodiment, it is advantageous if the separation unit and the suction unit can be separated from each other.
It is advantageous if the suction unit together with at least a part of the handle forms a releasably connectable to the separation unit assembly. Such a configuration is particularly advantageous if the part of the handle forming a common structural unit with the suction unit comprises a rechargeable battery and / or a switch for switching the hard surface suction device on and off, because the embodiment in the form of a common structural unit can provide a detachable one electrical connection between the rechargeable battery and / or the electrical switch receiving part of the handle and the suction unit omitted.
As already mentioned, a suction flow is generated by the suction unit, under the effect of which a liquid-air mixture can be sucked into the separation chamber. Fluid separated from the liquid-air mixture can pass from the separation chamber via the liquid outlet to the dirty liquid tank, and the air can flow into the suction unit via the air outlet and be discharged from the latter in the form of exhaust air to the outside. It is advantageous if at least a portion of the exhaust air emitted by the suction unit can be passed through the handle is. This makes it possible, for example, to cool a rechargeable battery positioned in the handle by the exhaust air of the suction unit.
Conveniently, the handle on its side facing away from the suction device comprises at least one opening for discharging exhaust air. The operator can embrace the handle. The exhaust air is passed through the handle and discharged on the side facing away from the suction device to the outside. An impairment of the operator by the exhaust air can be prevented.
In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the separation unit in combination with the handle forms a recess into which the suction unit can be inserted. In such an embodiment, the suction unit can be defined on the one hand on the separation unit and on the other hand on the handle, for example by means of a releasable latching connection.
According to the invention, the handle receives at least one rechargeable battery. It is advantageous if in the region between the handle and the suction unit detachable electrical connecting elements are arranged, via which the at least one rechargeable battery with an electric motor and / or with a control device of the electric motor is electrically connected.
A particularly simple installation of the Hartflächenabsauggerätes is achieved in a development of the invention in that the suction unit is held on one side of the separation unit.
The separation unit and the handle may be formed as a one-piece plastic molded part, on which the suction unit is detachably held.
