Description
The present invention relates to an antitheft system, in particular a system that makes it impossible to steal by pulling or otherwise, for a wristwatch, while leaving the possibility for the customer of a fitting or presentation on oneself.
In jewelery, one often faces the double imperative of exposing to the eyes of the customers of high or average value articles, such as the ring, which is the best-selling article in jewelery, the necklace, the curb chain, the watch, etc., while maximizing the means of security against theft.
However, the customer is interested not only in looking at exposed jewelry such as rings, watches, bracelets, etc., but even more so in trying them.
Thus, we have developed a series of devices based generally on the following principle.
Most of these systems have the disadvantage that the retaining wire can be torn off or severed. In particular, even a very strong wire is still accessible and can be cut by means of a suitable clamp.
Les systèmes électriques présentent en outre l'inconvénient d'avertir qu'un vol a été commis sans pouvoir prévenir celui-ci.Electrical systems also have the disadvantage of warning that a theft was committed without being able to prevent it.
The present invention aims at providing a security device specially adapted to individually secure valuable jewelery / jewelery articles such as wristwatches without the disadvantages of the state of the art.
In particular, the invention aims to allow the customer to pass a wristwatch around the wrist, while leaving the safety device operational.
The object of the invention is to provide a display or any other installation equipped with this device which is very robust.
The invention also aims to propose a preventive and individual security system, that is to say that prevents theft and not a security system that simply warns that a theft was committed, without being able to prevent it and of course without giving any guarantee of being able to recover the stolen jewel.
A first aspect of the present invention relates to an anti-theft device for displaying to the public demo wristwatches or similar articles of jewelery (such as value bracelets for example) according to the terms of
This device is part of the technical field of safety devices comprising a fixed plate having openings and belonging to the upper face of a housing, a rigid longitudinal element passing through one of the openings and being retained at the plate in one position. security thanks to the cooperation of the latter with a stop located on the plate and a reception head that matches the shape of the watch strap and fits inside it. The reception head is equipped with securing means for handling the wristwatch, possibly up to a maximum distance from the plate. The securing means comprise a curved plate attached on the one hand at the level of the receiving head and on the other hand to the rigid longitudinal element via locking means located under the plate. The particularity of the invention is that said reception head further comprises a handle intended to be in contact with the inner face of the case and the wristband of the watch and a receiver element comprising an electronic plate provided with an electric battery, said electronic plate being connected by an electric wire to a switch-contactor disposed on the top of the handle and intended to come into direct contact with the case of the wristwatch, said electric wire being housed between said handle and a cover of the handle .
This individual alarm system is triggered as soon as there is loss of contact between the case of the wristwatch and the switch-contactor disposed on the top of the handle.

The opening 4 of the
