Definitions
- the present invention relates to an insulating facade, which is set in front of a building exterior wall.
- Such building exterior walls sometimes have insufficient thermal insulation.
- the outer wall of the building can be covered and plastered with insulation boards - usually made of polystyrene or mineral fiber. It is also possible to embed an insulation between the outer wall of the building and the preceding clinker brickwork.
- insulation boards usually made of polystyrene or mineral fiber.
- battens preferably made of wood, to attach directly to the building exterior wall and fill the compartments between the battens with an insulating material - in Einblasbacter or as a clamping felt -; From the outside, the truss is closed by clothing made of wood, wood materials, slate or other materials.
- the present invention is based on the problem of specifying an improved insulating facade of the type mentioned.
- the present invention aims to increase the thermal efficiency of the insulating facade.
- the mountability of the insulating facade to be improved, especially with regard to carrying capacity and Plftenheit.
- the present invention provides a Dämmlanade, which is mounted in front of a building exterior wall, having the features of claim 1.
- the stems are provided at a distance from the building exterior wall. Accordingly, the stems are not directly on the building exterior wall and thus do not bridge as a component relatively good thermal conductivity, the gap between the outer skin and the outer surface of the building exterior wall.
- thresholds can also only sections, ie only over a section their horizontal extent along the building exterior wall abut this.
- an angular arrangement is preferably used with the present invention, which is mounted on top of the threshold and on the building exterior wall.
- the angular arrangement preferably has a basic angle, the longer leg is mounted on the building exterior wall and its shorter leg at the threshold.
- the assembly of the two legs can be done in a conventional manner by dowels, which are passed through holes in the legs, or injection anchor, enforce the holes formed on the legs and can be bolted to a nut optionally with the addition of a washer.
- the legs of the basic angle are provided at right angles to each other. The basic angle is at the top of the threshold.
- a strut is proposed to reinforce the angular arrangement, which is mounted obliquely to the building exterior wall and the threshold.
- This strut has a flat bearing at the upper end of the longer leg upper contact area and a flat to the threshold extending lower investment area.
- the upper contact area is usually only slightly angled relative to the main extension direction of the strut, whereas the lower contact area is provided at a larger angle obliquely to the main extension direction of the strut.
- the strut in the main direction of extension includes a smaller angle between itself and the longer leg than between itself and the surface of the associated threshold.
- the former angle may be between 5 and 40 °, preferably between 8 and 22 °; the lower angle between 50 and 85 °.
- the strut has in the main extension direction a length of 0.8 to 1.2 the length of the longer leg of the basic angle.
- strut can be realized in different ways for holding the threshold to the insulating facade according to the invention.
- the arrangement is usually influenced by the thickness of the mounted on the building exterior wall Dämmrezade.
- the strut In a relatively thin Dämmrezade with a thickness of 120 mm plus the thickness of the planking, the strut is usually designed such that it rests on the shorter leg and is bolted directly thereto. In the vertical, therefore, results for the lower investment area of the strut first the threshold, then the shorter leg of the basic angle and then the lower investment area of the struts. In this case, the shorter leg of the basic angle and the lower contact area are usually bolted together by a common bore passing through a respective aligned hole.
- the support between the strut and the shorter leg of the basic angle is usually carried out between vertically extending stems.
- the attachment points between the strut and the basic angle are therefore completely or partially covered by the stems. Accordingly, the fastening point is located within a covering plane spanned by the inner narrow surfaces of the stems protruding toward the outer wall of the building and the inner surface of the planking.
- the strut is immediately adjacent to a free end of the short leg on the threshold and is secured thereto.
- the strut used in this embodiment is typically longer than the strut previously discussed, resting directly on the shorter leg with its lower abutment portion.
- At least two bolts are required for this attachment of the angle arrangement.
- a bolt passes through the threshold and a bolt hole provided in the shorter leg and is bolted thereto.
- Another bolt passes through the formed on the lower abutment portion of the strut hole and is screwed against it.
- the attachment point for the strut is at the threshold regularly between the previously mentioned Hommelebene to the inner narrow surface of the stems and the building exterior wall.
- the attachment points lie between the thigh and the threshold accordingly laterally free next to the stems.
- the enclosed between adjacent stems space is formed entirely by the insulation alone, which is located between the planking, especially the inner surface of the planking, and the building exterior wall.
- the embodiment of the present invention in which the stems are provided at a distance from the building exterior wall, allows a free horizontal distribution of the injected insulation, also between stem and building exterior wall, since the stems do not reach up to the building exterior wall.
- the strut is at a considerable distance from the free end of the short leg on the threshold.
- the lower abutment area of the strut lies approximately in the middle between the free end of the short leg and the inner surface of the planking.
- the contact point of the lower contact area of the strut with the threshold is usually chosen to be half the length of the threshold, i. The free distance between the surface formed by the building exterior wall and the inner surface of the planking.
- the strut accordingly improves considerably the support of the threshold, each of which alone supporting element for the support of the stems and the planking and the holder of the insulation.
- an additional angle is preferably provided according to the present invention, which is mounted on the building exterior wall and a bottom of the threshold.
- This additional angle is also a right angle.
- the additional angle is formed without additional strut, but alone forms as a right angle arcuate and formed by punching and bending one-piece angle element.
- the additional angle preferably has legs of different lengths.
- the shorter leg is located on the building exterior wall.
- a longer leg of the additional angle is at the threshold.
- the longer leg of the additional angle is about twice as long as the shorter leg.
- the ratio of longer leg to shorter leg at the basic angle is about 4-5: 1.
- the shorter leg of the basic angle is exactly as long as the longer leg of the additional angle.
- This embodiment is due to the fact that the two adjacent to the identical threshold legs of the basic angle and the additional angle are usually screwed against each other, through at least one, usually just a single passing through the threshold fastening bolt whose mounting surfaces on the outside of the respective leg issue.
- the attachment surfaces are usually formed by a nut head, or an abutting bearing disc on the one hand and on the other side optionally with the interposition of a washer screwed thereto nut.
- a plurality of pairs of bolt holes are usually provided in alignment with each other on the two legs of the additional angle and the right angle which are adjacent to the side of the threshold.
- a building exterior wall-far hole used to screw the strut with the basic angle and both with the opposite provided additional angle.
- a pair of holes provided closer to the exterior wall of the building is used to screw the legs of the base angle and the additional angle together through a fastening bolt passing through the threshold.
- the strut is screwed in this case with another fastening bolt against the threshold, which on the bottom directly, i. not with the interposition of the leg of the additional angle rests against the threshold.
- the screwing of additional angle and right angle when the strut rests with considerable distance to the free end of the short leg on de threshold.
- the bolt passes through the pair of holes close to the outer wall of the building or the hole pair remote from the outer wall of the building.
- the lowest threshold is preferably only connected to the exterior wall of the building by means of an angular arrangement resting on the upper side of the threshold, and the uppermost threshold is only connected to the outer wall of the building by means of an additional angle adjoining the underside of the upper threshold.
- the present invention also proposes a fastening set for fastening thresholds of a product wall mounted in front of a building exterior wall.
- This fastening set contains at least one basic angle and at least one of the struts described in more detail below, ie the first, the second and the third strut.
- the basic angle of this fastening set has a longer leg, which has a plurality of bolt bores provided in the longitudinal direction one behind the other. Furthermore, the basic angle has a shorter leg with at least one pin hole. The two legs are provided at right angles to each other.
- the attachment set has first struts and / or second and / or third struts.
- a fastening set preferably comprises a basic angle, an additional angle and one of the first, second and third struts. At least one of these first, second and third struts is provided.
- the struts basically serve to stiffen the basic angle.
- the first strut is designed so that it can be mounted at right angles and attached directly at both ends with this.
- the second strut is connected with its upper abutment region with the longer leg of the basic angle, whereas the lower abutment region is arranged adjacent to the shorter leg.
- the second strut on the upper contact region on a pin bore which is formed corresponding to a pin hole at the end of the longer leg of the basic angle.
- both bolt holes are provided in alignment with each other, for example, are penetrated by a common bolt
- the lower abutment portion of the strut is immediately following the shorter leg of the basic angle.
- a contact surface of the lower contact area extends in a plane with the corresponding contact surface of the shorter leg.
- the third strut is formed so that, with aligned bolt holes of the longer leg and the upper abutment portion of the third strut, the lower abutment portion of the third strut extends parallel to the shorter leg, but at a distance of between 0.7 to 2 lengths of the shorter leg is provided to the free end of the shorter leg.
- the distance between the free end of the shorter leg and an opposite end of the lower abutment portion of the third strut is from 0.4 to 1.6 lengths of the shorter leg.
- the contact surface of the shorter leg and the contact surface of the lower contact area is in a plane.
- the lower abutment region of the first, second and third strut respectively always extends parallel to the shorter leg of the basic angle and lies either on this on (first strut) or on the contact surface formed by the threshold, against which also abuts the shorter leg of the basic angle.
- the different struts offer the opportunity to form different thickness Dämmutzaden.
- the provision of the first, second or third strut serves the purpose of evicting identical right angles and adapted struts in order to provide the respective necessary support structure for a Dämmutzade with a certain thickness.
- the strut has a width of about 2/3 of the width of the base angle and the additional angle. Their width is regularly identical.
- all bolt holes of the longer leg and the second additional angle leg are preferably formed with identical diameter, preferably with a 10.5 mm diameter. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide an insertable into the pin bore spacer sleeve into which just fits an M8 threaded rod. - the insulating facade 100 can also be performed with reduced thickness.
- the thresholds 108 then have a thickness of 90 mm or 100 mm instead of usually 120, 180 or 240 mm.
- the struts 30 are then inclined steeper and bolted to the short leg 14 on the building wall side bore 20a.
- the cavity insulation 112 also fills the systemic free spaces between the inner narrow surfaces 110 a of the stems 110 and the building outer wall 102. This results in a significantly improved insulation value in the area of this thermal bridge.
- the mounting structure of the insulating facade 100 explained in more detail below is enveloped by the cavity insulation 112 and thus contained.
- the thresholds 108 may be provided at the level of the storey level. You can also choose above or below a plane that separates the actual floors in the building from each other.
- the individual thresholds 108 of in FIG. 10 projectiles shown are identified with I - III.
- the lower threshold 108 I is preferably arranged near the bottom to the underside end of the insulating facade 100. This lower threshold 108 I is held only by an angle assembly 114 which is mounted at the top of the corresponding threshold 108 I.
- strut 30 is used, as shown in the FIGS. 4c, 5 and 6 is shown, ie the longest strut. This is formed by an upper mounting bolt 118c, which is screwed like the other fastening bolts 118a, 118b in the building exterior wall. The upper mounting bolt 118c passes through the upper pin hole 16c and the upper pin hole 38a of the strut 30.
- the lower abutment portion 34 extends parallel to the threshold 108 I and is fixed thereto via another threaded bolt 116 (FIG. see. FIG. 11 a) , How out FIG. 11
- the lower abutment portion 34 of the strut 30 is at a considerable distance from the front, free end of the shorter leg 14 and mounted on top of the threshold 108 I. In the present case, the distance corresponds approximately to an extension direction of the shorter leg 14.
- the second floor is formed by a threshold 108 II. This is fixed in the manner described above on its upper side with the building outer wall 102. On the underside there is the additional angle 40 described above, which is penetrated with its pin bore 47a of that threaded bolt 116, which also passes through the pin hole 20a of the shorter leg 14 (see. FIG. 11 a) , The bolt bore 48 is penetrated by a fastening bolt 118, which is bolted to the building outer wall 102.
- the upper threshold 108 III is held only by the additional angle 40 in the manner already described above. However, a threaded bolt 116 is dispensed with. Rather, the smaller holes 49 are penetrated by wood screws 119, which are screwed into the underside of the threshold 108 III. One, opposite the others Floors lighter attachment of the upper threshold 108 III is possible because this has no vertical loads to accommodate.
- FIGS. 11b and 11c show other embodiments of Dämmlanaden with lower rule cavity cavity thickness.
- the FIG. 11c shown embodiment has a rule cavity thickness of 120 mm. It differs from the aforementioned by narrower thresholds 108.

- the in FIG. 11a shown Dämmrezade to the inside of the plate 104 has a rule cavity thickness of 240 mm
- the in FIG. 11c shown Dämmrezade a rule cavity thickness of 120 mm, which is in FIG. 11b shown rule cavity insulation thickness 180 mm. While at the in FIG.
- the threaded bolt 116 is provided between adjacent stems 110, is the corresponding threaded bolt 116 in the illustration according to FIG. 11b between the inner narrow surface 110a and the outer surface of the building outer wall 102. It is a strut according to FIG. 4b and the FIGS. 5 and 6 used, which rests immediately adjacent to the shorter leg 14 on the surface of the threshold 108 and is secured thereto via its own threaded bolt 116. While in the embodiment according to FIG. 11c a common threaded bolt 116 passes through the bolt holes 20b of the smaller leg 14 and 47b of the additional angle 40 to connect the threshold 108 with these two fasteners is in the embodiment after FIG. 11b For this purpose, the bore 47a of the additional angle 40 or the pin bore 20a of the shorter leg 14 is used.
- the planned distance (assuming perfect flatness of the building outer wall) between the building outer wall 102 and the inner narrow surface 110 a for the in FIG. 11 a type 120 shown is 20mm, for the in FIG. 11b shown type 180 it is 80mm and for the in FIG. 11c shown type 240 it is 140mm.
- FIG. 12a shows a fastening according to the embodiment according to FIG. 10 with a dowel 120, which is passed through the pin bore 16 and 48 and rests with a collar 120.1 against the outer surface of the longer leg 12 and the shorter leg 44.
- This dowel 120 is penetrated by a screw 122, which is bolted to the dowel 120 and rests with the interposition of the collar 120.1 of the anchor 120 against the longer leg 12 and the shorter leg 44.
- FIG. 12b shows an alternative embodiment in which it is assumed that the attachment to the building exterior wall 102 via injection anchor 124 with an M8 threaded rod 126 takes place.
- This threaded rod 126 passes through the pin bore 16 and 48 and a spacer sleeve 128 with a cylinder portion 128.1, which fills the clearance between the 10.5 mm bore 16 and 48 and the M8 threaded pin 126, so that the longer leg 112 or the shorter leg 44 is held over the injection anchor 124 with little play.
- a conventional nut 130 is screwed, which rests with the interposition of a washer 132 against a flange 128.2 of the spacer sleeve 128.
- the elements described above may be part of the fastening set according to the invention for fastening threshold 108 of a Dämmankade 100 of the type described above.
- the elongated holes 18 and 24 of the basic angle 10 can serve the pre-positioning. With such a pre-positioning, the angle 10 can still be displaced in the longitudinal direction of the respective legs 12, 14, in order to enable a simple abutment, in particular to the exterior wall 102 of the building.
- the insulating facade 100 described above can also be mounted on timbered walls instead of brick walls. In this case, it is fastened with wood screws instead of dowels or with injection anchors. When mounting on truss walls, it may also be necessary to attach the thresholds 108 directly and directly by means of wood screws directly to the truss beams of the existing wall.

Description
The present invention relates to an insulating facade, which is set in front of a building exterior wall. Such building exterior walls sometimes have insufficient thermal insulation. There are several ways to improve this thermal insulation.
For example, the outer wall of the building can be covered and plastered with insulation boards - usually made of polystyrene or mineral fiber. It is also possible to embed an insulation between the outer wall of the building and the preceding clinker brickwork. Finally, it is known horizontally or vertically extending battens, preferably made of wood, to attach directly to the building exterior wall and fill the compartments between the battens with an insulating material - in Einblasverfahren or as a clamping felt -; From the outside, the truss is closed by clothing made of wood, wood materials, slate or other materials.
The present invention is based on the problem of specifying an improved insulating facade of the type mentioned. In particular, the present invention aims to increase the thermal efficiency of the insulating facade. Furthermore, the mountability of the insulating facade to be improved, especially with regard to carrying capacity and Plftenheit.
To solve this problem, the present invention provides a Dämmfassade, which is mounted in front of a building exterior wall, having the features of
In the context of the present invention, a distance of at least 3 cm, preferably 10 cm, particularly preferably 15 cm and more particularly preferably 20 cm, is regarded as "sufficient distance". This distance is a distance between one of the building exterior wall facing edge of the stem and the building exterior wall at the point where the building outer wall projecting at the height of the respective stem maximum in the direction of the stem.
For attachment of the above-presented framework, an angular arrangement is preferably used with the present invention, which is mounted on top of the threshold and on the building exterior wall. The angular arrangement preferably has a basic angle, the longer leg is mounted on the building exterior wall and its shorter leg at the threshold. The assembly of the two legs can be done in a conventional manner by dowels, which are passed through holes in the legs, or injection anchor, enforce the holes formed on the legs and can be bolted to a nut optionally with the addition of a washer. The legs of the basic angle are provided at right angles to each other. The basic angle is at the top of the threshold.
Since missing in the insulation facade according to the invention directly attached to the building exterior wall stems, a strut is proposed to reinforce the angular arrangement, which is mounted obliquely to the building exterior wall and the threshold. This strut has a flat bearing at the upper end of the longer leg upper contact area and a flat to the threshold extending lower investment area. The upper contact area is usually only slightly angled relative to the main extension direction of the strut, whereas the lower contact area is provided at a larger angle obliquely to the main extension direction of the strut. Thus, the strut in the main direction of extension includes a smaller angle between itself and the longer leg than between itself and the surface of the associated threshold. The former angle may be between 5 and 40 °, preferably between 8 and 22 °; the lower angle between 50 and 85 °. The strut has in the main extension direction a length of 0.8 to 1.2 the length of the longer leg of the basic angle.
A trained in such a manner strut can be realized in different ways for holding the threshold to the insulating facade according to the invention. The arrangement is usually influenced by the thickness of the mounted on the building exterior wall Dämmfassade. In a relatively thin Dämmfassade with a thickness of 120 mm plus the thickness of the planking, the strut is usually designed such that it rests on the shorter leg and is bolted directly thereto. The support between the strut and the shorter leg of the basic angle is usually carried out between vertically extending stems. In a longitudinal sectional view of the Dämmfassade the attachment points between the strut and the basic angle are therefore completely or partially covered by the stems. Accordingly, the fastening point is located within a covering plane spanned by the inner narrow surfaces of the stems protruding toward the outer wall of the building and the inner surface of the planking.
In a somewhat thicker Dämmfassade (for example, the type 180, ie with a thickness of 180 mm to the inner surface of the planking), the strut is immediately adjacent to a free end of the short leg on the threshold and is secured thereto. The strut used in this embodiment is typically longer than the strut previously discussed, resting directly on the shorter leg with its lower abutment portion. At least two bolts are required for this attachment of the angle arrangement. A bolt passes through the threshold and a bolt hole provided in the shorter leg and is bolted thereto. Another bolt passes through the formed on the lower abutment portion of the strut hole and is screwed against it. In this embodiment, the attachment point for the strut is at the threshold regularly between the previously mentioned Hüllebene to the inner narrow surface of the stems and the building exterior wall. In a longitudinal section through the Dämmfassade the attachment points lie between the thigh and the threshold accordingly laterally free next to the stems. The enclosed between adjacent stems space is formed entirely by the insulation alone, which is located between the planking, especially the inner surface of the planking, and the building exterior wall.
This insulation can be blown into the gap. The embodiment of the present invention, in which the stems are provided at a distance from the building exterior wall, allows a free horizontal distribution of the injected insulation, also between stem and building exterior wall, since the stems do not reach up to the building exterior wall.
In an even thicker Dämmfassade, for example, the type 240, the strut is at a considerable distance from the free end of the short leg on the threshold. The lower abutment area of the strut lies approximately in the middle between the free end of the short leg and the inner surface of the planking. The contact point of the lower contact area of the strut with the threshold is usually chosen to be half the length of the threshold, i. The free distance between the surface formed by the building exterior wall and the inner surface of the planking. The strut accordingly improves considerably the support of the threshold, each of which alone supporting element for the support of the stems and the planking and the holder of the insulation.
With a view to improved support of the threshold, an additional angle is preferably provided according to the present invention, which is mounted on the building exterior wall and a bottom of the threshold. This additional angle is also a right angle. Usually, the additional angle is formed without additional strut, but alone forms as a right angle arcuate and formed by punching and bending one-piece angle element.
Nevertheless, the additional angle preferably has legs of different lengths. The shorter leg is located on the building exterior wall. A longer leg of the additional angle is at the threshold. The longer leg of the additional angle is about twice as long as the shorter leg. The ratio of longer leg to shorter leg at the basic angle is about 4-5: 1. Preferably, the shorter leg of the basic angle is exactly as long as the longer leg of the additional angle.
This embodiment is due to the fact that the two adjacent to the identical threshold legs of the basic angle and the additional angle are usually screwed against each other, through at least one, usually just a single passing through the threshold fastening bolt whose mounting surfaces on the outside of the respective leg issue. The attachment surfaces are usually formed by a nut head, or an abutting bearing disc on the one hand and on the other side optionally with the interposition of a washer screwed thereto nut. However, a plurality of pairs of bolt holes are usually provided in alignment with each other on the two legs of the additional angle and the right angle which are adjacent to the side of the threshold. Thus, in an edition of the strut on the shorter leg of the basic angle, a building exterior wall-far hole used to screw the strut with the basic angle and both with the opposite provided additional angle. If, on the other hand, the strut lies directly adjacent to the free end of the short leg on the threshold, a pair of holes provided closer to the exterior wall of the building is used to screw the legs of the base angle and the additional angle together through a fastening bolt passing through the threshold. The strut is screwed in this case with another fastening bolt against the threshold, which on the bottom directly, i. not with the interposition of the leg of the additional angle rests against the threshold. In a similar manner, the screwing of additional angle and right angle, when the strut rests with considerable distance to the free end of the short leg on de threshold.
Preferably, in at least two pairs of bolt holes, the bolt passes through the pair of holes close to the outer wall of the building or the hole pair remote from the outer wall of the building.
In the case of a plurality of superimposed threshold storeys, the lowest threshold is preferably only connected to the exterior wall of the building by means of an angular arrangement resting on the upper side of the threshold, and the uppermost threshold is only connected to the outer wall of the building by means of an additional angle adjoining the underside of the upper threshold.
Also preferred is the planking by a Holzfaserdämmplatte.
The present invention also proposes a fastening set for fastening thresholds of a product wall mounted in front of a building exterior wall. This fastening set contains at least one basic angle and at least one of the struts described in more detail below, ie the first, the second and the third strut. The basic angle of this fastening set has a longer leg, which has a plurality of bolt bores provided in the longitudinal direction one behind the other. Furthermore, the basic angle has a shorter leg with at least one pin hole. The two legs are provided at right angles to each other. The attachment set has first struts and / or second and / or third struts. A fastening set preferably comprises a basic angle, an additional angle and one of the first, second and third struts. At least one of these first, second and third struts is provided. The struts basically serve to stiffen the basic angle. In this case, the first strut is designed so that it can be mounted at right angles and attached directly at both ends with this. The second strut is connected with its upper abutment region with the longer leg of the basic angle, whereas the lower abutment region is arranged adjacent to the shorter leg. For this purpose, the second strut on the upper contact region on a pin bore, which is formed corresponding to a pin hole at the end of the longer leg of the basic angle. If both bolt holes are provided in alignment with each other, for example, are penetrated by a common bolt, the lower abutment portion of the strut is immediately following the shorter leg of the basic angle. In this case, a contact surface of the lower contact area extends in a plane with the corresponding contact surface of the shorter leg. The third strut is formed so that, with aligned bolt holes of the longer leg and the upper abutment portion of the third strut, the lower abutment portion of the third strut extends parallel to the shorter leg, but at a distance of between 0.7 to 2 lengths of the shorter leg is provided to the free end of the shorter leg. Further, the distance between the free end of the shorter leg and an opposite end of the lower abutment portion of the third strut is from 0.4 to 1.6 lengths of the shorter leg. Also in this embodiment, the contact surface of the shorter leg and the contact surface of the lower contact area is in a plane. The lower abutment region of the first, second and third strut respectively always extends parallel to the shorter leg of the basic angle and lies either on this on (first strut) or on the contact surface formed by the threshold, against which also abuts the shorter leg of the basic angle.
As mentioned above, the different struts offer the opportunity to form different thickness Dämmfassaden. Thus, the provision of the first, second or third strut serves the purpose of evicting identical right angles and adapted struts in order to provide the respective necessary support structure for a Dämmfassade with a certain thickness. The strut has a width of about 2/3 of the width of the base angle and the additional angle. Their width is regularly identical.
Preferred embodiments of the attachment set are specified in
Further, all bolt holes of the longer leg and the second additional angle leg are preferably formed with identical diameter, preferably with a 10.5 mm diameter. Furthermore, it is preferable to provide an insertable into the pin bore spacer sleeve into which just fits an M8 threaded rod. All pin holes of the shorter leg and the first additional angle leg are preferably formed with identical diameter, which is preferably 11 mm.
Basically, the attachment kit includes fasteners in the form of angles or sleeves, possibly also bolts with or without dowels, which are suitable to mount the previously discussed Dämmfassade of sleepers and stems on the facade. The respective fastening means are adapted so that they can realize the presented in

6 mm.All bolt holes 16, 20 have approximately identical diameters of 10.5 to 11 mm. They are designed so that a fastening screw M10 or a dowel with a diameter of 10 mm can be passed through the pin bore 16, 20. A slightly smaller diameter (9 mm) has the

The bolt holes 20 a, 20 b of the
The
The

The
The insulating
The unevenness of the existing wall can have projections of a few centimeters. The more uneven the existing wall, the more advantageous is the execution of the insulating facade described here in comparison to conventionally aufgedübelten systems due to the fact that the stems 110 are provided at a distance from the building
