Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a sports shoe, suitable in particular for skiing, mountaineering and walking.
  • ski boots generally have a rigid shell in which is inserted a soft inner boot.
  • the shell generally comprises several elements made of a relatively rigid plastic or composite material, and the liner is made by assembling several panels of foam or fabric.
  • EP-A-2 116 145 discloses a ski boot comprising a rigid shell, a bootie and a collar surrounding the leg of the user.
  • EP-A-0 406 212 discloses an alpine ski boot comprising a lower part intended to surround the foot of the user, and an upper part, or collar, intended to surround the bottom of the leg.
  • the collar is articulated in rotation with the lower part about an axis corresponding to the axis of articulation of the user's ankle.
  • the rotation of the collar towards the rear is locked so as to allow the support of the skier's legs towards the rear, during the practice of skiing.
  • the shoe allows a slight rotation of the collar forward to allow the user to lean forward.
  • EP-A-2 070 433 discloses an alpine ski boot equipped with an unlocking mechanism allowing a few degrees of rotation of the collar towards the rear. This low amplitude rotation facilitates walking slightly, but does not provide sufficient comfort to allow the practice of ski touring, where the skier climbs a slope with the skis fixed on the shoes to reach the top of the ski slope. .
  • the touring skis are equipped with bindings allowing the boot to pivot around its front end, so as to allow the heel to lift. This movement involves longitudinal flexion and extension of the ankle, which is not allowed by alpine ski boots.
  • ski touring boots are equipped with a mechanism for unlocking the rotation of the collar towards the rear, in order to facilitate the approach walk by allowing longitudinal flexion and extension of the ankle.
  • the collar is not free to pivot laterally, which blocks the movements of lateral flexion of the ankle, called inversion and eversion.
  • ski touring boots are not adapted to perform approaching steps in which the skier releases his skis and evolves on rough terrain, nor for mountaineering.
  • EP-A-0 406 212 describes a mechanism for adjusting the lateral inclination, or "canting", of the collar relative to the lower part of the shoe, depending the morphology of the skier's legs. This adjustment is made prior to the practice of skiing, and it is no longer modified when using the shoe. The setting of the canting is not easy to achieve and often requires a tool.
  • EP-A-0 406 212 a free position is provided in which the collar can freely tilt laterally. However, the angular amplitude of this movement is limited to a few degrees, and the friction makes the lateral inclination difficult. So, the shoe according to the document EP-A-0 406 212 is not adapted to allow easy movement of lateral flexion of the ankle during the practice of skiing.
  • EP-A-1,880,623 discloses a ski boot whose amplitude of lateral flexion is increased.
  • the shoe comprises two ball-type links.
  • Two independent locking mechanisms ensure, on the one hand, the locking of the bending and the longitudinal extension of the ankle and, on the other hand, the blocking of the lateral bending.
  • This device is relatively heavy and complex, and requires the presence of a large and protruding coupling plate.
  • the collar of the shoe can not tilt simultaneously longitudinally and laterally, which limits the movements of the ankle.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a shoe in which the collar has a very large freedom of movement relative to the lower part.
  • Another object of the invention is to provide a shoe light enough to allow the practice of walking, mountaineering, or even climbing, while being rigid enough to ensure proper leg support during practice ski, especially for the support of the leg on the back of the collar.
  • the subject of the invention is a sports shoe according to claim 1.
  • the collar is free to tilt laterally and longitudinally, simultaneously, with respect to the lower part when the locking element is in the unlocking position.
  • the locking of the collar is effected easily by means of the locking element.

  • the lower part 2 extends in length along a longitudinal axis XX 'of the shoe 1, between a heel 23 located at the rear of the shoe 1, and a tip 24 located at the front of the shoe 1
  • the lower part 2 comprises generally vertical lateral flanks 22A and 22B coming from the soleplate 21.
  • the lateral flanks 22A and 22B define with the soleplate 21 a cavity designed to receive the foot of the user.
  • An upper zone of the lower part 2 delimits an opening 25 provided for the introduction of the foot.
  • the lower part 2 and the upper part 3 each comprise a shell 20 or rigid 30.
  • a flexible liner 4 is inserted into the shells 20 and 30.
  • the shells 20 and 30 are generally made of synthetic materials, for example plastic or composite, and the liner 4 is generally made by assembling several panels of foam or fabric .

Description

The present invention relates to a sports shoe, suitable in particular for skiing, mountaineering and walking.

To ensure the safety of the user and ensure optimum comfort when skiing, ski boots generally have a rigid shell in which is inserted a soft inner boot. The shell generally comprises several elements made of a relatively rigid plastic or composite material, and the liner is made by assembling several panels of foam or fabric.

EP-A-2 116 145 discloses a ski boot comprising a rigid shell, a bootie and a collar surrounding the leg of the user.

EP-A-0 406 212 discloses an alpine ski boot comprising a lower part intended to surround the foot of the user, and an upper part, or collar, intended to surround the bottom of the leg. The collar is articulated in rotation with the lower part about an axis corresponding to the axis of articulation of the user's ankle. The rotation of the collar towards the rear is locked so as to allow the support of the skier's legs towards the rear, during the practice of skiing. The shoe allows a slight rotation of the collar forward to allow the user to lean forward.

In alpine skiing, the user is sometimes required to walk a short distance to reach the top of a ski slope, for example when the climb is by cable car. The high rigidity of the shoe conforms to the document EP-A-0 406 212 makes the practice of walking very difficult because the movements of the ankle are blocked by the shoe.

EP-A-2 070 433 discloses an alpine ski boot equipped with an unlocking mechanism allowing a few degrees of rotation of the collar towards the rear. This low amplitude rotation facilitates walking slightly, but does not provide sufficient comfort to allow the practice of ski touring, where the skier climbs a slope with the skis fixed on the shoes to reach the top of the ski slope. .

The touring skis are equipped with bindings allowing the boot to pivot around its front end, so as to allow the heel to lift. This movement involves longitudinal flexion and extension of the ankle, which is not allowed by alpine ski boots.

The ski touring boots are equipped with a mechanism for unlocking the rotation of the collar towards the rear, in order to facilitate the approach walk by allowing longitudinal flexion and extension of the ankle. However, the collar is not free to pivot laterally, which blocks the movements of lateral flexion of the ankle, called inversion and eversion. Thus, ski touring boots are not adapted to perform approaching steps in which the skier releases his skis and evolves on rough terrain, nor for mountaineering.

In this regard, EP-A-0 406 212 describes a mechanism for adjusting the lateral inclination, or "canting", of the collar relative to the lower part of the shoe, depending the morphology of the skier's legs. This adjustment is made prior to the practice of skiing, and it is no longer modified when using the shoe. The setting of the canting is not easy to achieve and often requires a tool.

In EP-A-0 406 212 a free position is provided in which the collar can freely tilt laterally. However, the angular amplitude of this movement is limited to a few degrees, and the friction makes the lateral inclination difficult. So, the shoe according to the document EP-A-0 406 212 is not adapted to allow easy movement of lateral flexion of the ankle during the practice of skiing.

Otherwise, EP-A-1,880,623 discloses a ski boot whose amplitude of lateral flexion is increased. At the level of the ankle joint, the shoe comprises two ball-type links. Two independent locking mechanisms ensure, on the one hand, the locking of the bending and the longitudinal extension of the ankle and, on the other hand, the blocking of the lateral bending. This device is relatively heavy and complex, and requires the presence of a large and protruding coupling plate. In addition, the collar of the shoe can not tilt simultaneously longitudinally and laterally, which limits the movements of the ankle.

It is to these drawbacks that the invention more particularly intends to remedy by proposing a sports shoe allowing both the practice of alpine skiing, ski touring and mountaineering. The object of the invention is to provide a shoe in which the collar has a very large freedom of movement relative to the lower part. Another object of the invention is to provide a shoe light enough to allow the practice of walking, mountaineering, or even climbing, while being rigid enough to ensure proper leg support during practice ski, especially for the support of the leg on the back of the collar.

For this purpose, the subject of the invention is a sports shoe according to claim 1.

Thanks to the invention, the collar is free to tilt laterally and longitudinally, simultaneously, with respect to the lower part when the locking element is in the unlocking position. In addition, the locking of the collar is effected easily by means of the locking element.

The lower part 2 extends in length along a longitudinal axis XX 'of the shoe 1, between a heel 23 located at the rear of the shoe 1, and a tip 24 located at the front of the shoe 1 The lower part 2 comprises generally vertical lateral flanks 22A and 22B coming from the soleplate 21. The lateral flanks 22A and 22B define with the soleplate 21 a cavity designed to receive the foot of the user. An upper zone of the lower part 2 delimits an opening 25 provided for the introduction of the foot.

The lower part 2 and the upper part 3 each comprise a shell 20 or rigid 30. A flexible liner 4 is inserted into the shells 20 and 30. The shells 20 and 30 are generally made of synthetic materials, for example plastic or composite, and the liner 4 is generally made by assembling several panels of foam or fabric .

En variante, des crochets ou tout autre moyen de serrage peuvent être utilisés en remplacement ou en complément des lacets 262 et de l'élément de serrage 264.First clamping means 26, for example laces 262 and a clamping member 264, allow the side flanks 22A and 22B to be clamped against each other to firmly hold the user's foot in the lower part 2 Alternatively, hooks or other clamping means may be used instead of or in addition to the laces 262 and the clamping member 264.

Connecting means 5 connect the lower part 2 to the upper part 3. The connecting means 5 are arranged in a rear zone of the boot 1, in line with the heel 23. connecting means 5 are constituted so as to allow a ball joint between upper and lower parts. These connecting means may comprise a double hinge, or a ball joint as in the case in point.

The upper part 3 extends in height between a lower edge 31, which defines an opening which opens into the opening 25 of the lower part 2, and an upper edge 32, which defines an opening 33 provided for the introduction of the foot of the user in the shoe 1. At the opening 33, the liner 4 protrudes outside the hull 30 for comfort reasons.

The upper part 3 comprises lateral flanks 34A and 34B which extend the lateral flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2 upwards. The lateral flanks 34A and 34B are interconnected by a rear zone 35 of the upper part 3 which extends the heel 23 upwards.

These locking means comprise a locking element 7, in the form of a lever which is movable between a position blocking shown in Figures 1 to 3 and an unlocking position shown at Figures 4 to 6 .

Les branches latérales enserrent la zone arrière 35 et les flancs latéraux 22A et 22B.The lever 7 is articulated in rotation with the lower part 2, at a zone corresponding to the malleolus of the user. The lever 7 comprises a generally U-shaped arch or stirrup 71, the ends of which form bearings 72A and 72B pivotally articulated respectively with the lateral flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2, about a generally horizontal and perpendicular axis A7. a median plane M of the shoe 1, oriented vertically, which passes through the longitudinal axis XX 'and which shares the shoe 1 in a lateral portion and a medial portion. The arch 71 thus connects the bearings 72A and 72B and surrounds the rear zone 35 of the boot 1. The lateral branches enclose the rear zone 35 and the lateral flanks 22A and 22B.

En variante, le levier 7 est articulé avec la partie haute 3 de la chaussure 1.In a variant, the lever 7 is articulated with the upper part 3 of the boot 1.

At the level of the curved central zone of the U-shape, the hoop 71 is extended along the median plane M, opposite the bearings 72A and 72B, by a bar 73 whose end opposite the hoop 71 is provided with an opening 732 for the passage of a strap 82 adapted to surround the upper portion 3. The strap 82 is thus attached to the lever 7 and is provided with clamping means, such as a loop 822 and self-strips 824-grippers.

In a variant, the bar 73 is replaced by a part of different geometry.

The bar 73 is disposed outside the shells 20 and 30 of the lower part 2 and the upper part 3, with respect to the interior receiving volume of the user's foot.

The rear zone of the shoe 1 has an orifice 37 formed in the upper part 3, suitable to receive the pawn 81.

En variante, l'orifice 37 est ménagé dans la partie basse 2.Alternatively, the orifice 37 is formed in the lower part 2.

At the heel 23, the flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2 are each provided with a lateral stop 27A or 27B adapted to receive the lateral branches of the arch 71 in support.

In the blocking position, shown in Figures 1 to 3 , the lever 7 is folded against the rear zone of the shoe 1 and the pin 81 is received in the orifice 37 so as to lock the movements of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2. Thus, the pin 81 constitutes first locking means. The two distinct elements that constitute the lever 7 and the upper part 3 are both articulated with respect to the lower part 2. They are however articulated from different positions, at the level of the malleoli for the lever 7 and at the back for the upper part 3. When the pin 81 of the lever is received without play in the hole 37 of the upper part 3, all the elements, upper part 3, lower part 2 and lever are perfectly immobilized relative to each other.

In addition, in the locking position, the strap 82 firmly surrounds the upper part 3 and also holds the lever 7 against the rear zone of the boot 1. The strap 82 thus forms second locking means.

In the locking position, the movements of the ankle of the user are blocked because the pin 81 and the strap 82 block the movements of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2. Thus, the locking position is adapted to the practice of downhill skiing, for which it is desirable to have a blockage of the ankle, and especially to have a rear support of the lower leg of the user.

Le barreau 73 du levier 7 se tient à distance de la partie haute 3, et l'arceau 71 se tient à distance de la partie basse 2.In the unblocking position, shown in Figures 4 to 6 , the pin 81 is outside the orifice 37 and the strap 82 is loosened so as to leave free the movements of the lever 7, and consequently also the movements of the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2. The bar 73 of the lever 7 is at a distance from the upper part 3, and the bow 71 is at a distance from the lower part 2.

A longitudinal bending movement of the upper part 3 towards the rear, with respect to the lower part 2, is authorized. This movement is represented by the arrow F1 at the figure 4 . This is a rotation about an axis Y1 perpendicular to the median plane M and passing through the connecting means 5. The longitudinal flexion movement is limited rearwardly by the support of the hoop 71 against the 27A and 27B and by the strap 82 which holds the lever 7. Forward, the longitudinal flexion movement is limited by the physiology of the joint of the human ankle whose forward flexion is limited.

L'amplitude angulaire a1 est supérieure à 45°, de préférence encore supérieure à 55°.Α1 is an angular amplitude of the longitudinal bending movement of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2 in the unlocking position of the Figures 4 to 6 . The angular amplitude a1 is greater than 45 °, more preferably greater than 55 °.

In the reference system of the human foot, in one sense, it is a lateral flexion and in the other direction it is a medial flexion. The lateral bending is a rotation about an axis Y2 parallel to the longitudinal axis XX 'and passing through the connecting means 5. The lateral bending movement is limited in one direction and the other by the support of the upper part 3 against the lateral branches of the arch 71.

L'amplitude angulaire a2 est comprise entre 5° et 40°, de préférence de l'ordre de 25°.Α2 is an angular amplitude of the lateral bending movement of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2, on either side of the median plane M, in the unlocking position of the Figures 4 to 6 . The angular amplitude a2 is between 5 ° and 40 °, preferably of the order of 25 °.

The unlocking position thus allows a great freedom of movement of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2, which allows the practice of walking, for example an approach walk in the context of the practice of skiing. hiking or mountaineering.

The Figures 7 to 9 show a sports shoe 1001 according to a second embodiment of the invention. The elements of the shoe 1001 similar to those of the shoe 1 bear the same numerical references, and the elements of the shoe 1001 equivalent to those of the shoe 1, but different from these, have the numerical references of the shoe 1 increased. of 1000.

Dans la suite, on ne décrit pas en détail les éléments de la chaussure 1001 semblables à ceux de la chaussure 1.In the following, the elements of the shoe 1001 similar to those of the shoe 1 are not described in detail.

The boot 1001 comprises a lower part 2, an upper part 3 and means 5 for connecting the lower part 2 with the upper part 3.

The boot 1001 includes means for blocking at least part of the movements of the lower part 2 relative to the upper part 3. The locking means comprise a blocking element 1007, in the form of a lever which is movable between a position blocking shown in figure 7 and an unlocking position shown at Figures 8 and 9 .

The lever 1007 is articulated in rotation with the lower part 2, at a zone corresponding to the malleoli of the user. The lever 1007 comprises a generally U-shaped hoop 1071 whose ends form bearings 1072A and 1072B rotatably articulated respectively with the lateral flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2, around an axis A7 generally horizontal and perpendicular to a median plane M of the shoe 1001.

Au niveau de la zone médiane courbe de la forme en U, l'arceau 1071 est prolongé le long du plan médian M par un barreau 1073.At the level of the curved central zone of the U-shape, the arch 1071 is extended along the median plane M by a bar 1073.

The bar 1073 is disposed outside the shells 20 and 30 of the lower part 2 and the upper part 3, with respect to the interior receiving volume of the user's foot.

La zone arrière 35 comporte un orifice 37 ménagé dans la partie haute 3, apte à recevoir le pion 1081.The bar 1073 comprises locking means formed by a pin 1081 projecting towards the rear zone 35 of the upper part 3 of the boot 1001. The rear zone 35 has an orifice 37 formed in the upper part 3, able to receive the pawn 1081.

Unlike the shoe 1, the shoe 1001 does not include second locking means, the pin 1081 alone ensuring the locking of the lever 1007 in the locking position.

Le fonctionnement de la chaussure 1001 est similaire à celui de la chaussure 1.The operation of the shoe 1001 is similar to that of the shoe 1.

Dans la position de déblocage, le levier 1007 laisse libres les mouvements de la partie haute 3 par rapport à la partie basse 2.In the locking position, the lever 1007 at least partially locks the movements of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2. In the unlocking position, the lever 1007 leaves free the movements of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2.

When the lever 1007 is in the unlocking position, the connecting means 5 simultaneously allow a longitudinal bending movement F1 of the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2 around a first axis Y1, and a lateral bending movement F2 of the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2 around a second axis Y2.

The Figures 10 to 12 show a shoe 2001 according to a third embodiment of the invention. The elements of the shoe 2001 similar to those of the shoe 1 have the same reference numerals and the elements of the shoe 2001 equivalent to those of the shoe 1, but different from these, carry the numerical references of the shoe 1, increased of 2000.

Dans la suite, on ne décrit pas en détail les éléments de la chaussure 2001 semblables à ceux de la chaussure 1.In the following, the elements of the shoe 2001 similar to those of the shoe 1 are not described in detail.

The shoe 2001 comprises a lower part 2, an upper part 3 and means 5 for connecting the lower part 2 with the upper part 3.

The shoe 2001 includes means at least partially blocking the movements of the lower part 2 relative to the upper part 3. The locking means comprise a blocking element 2007, in the form of a bow which is movable between a position blocking shown in figure 10 and an unlocking position shown at Figures 11 and 12 .

L'arceau 2071 est disposé à l'extérieur des coques 20 et 30 de la chaussure 2001.The arch 2007 is articulated in rotation with the lower part 2, at an area corresponding to the malleolus of the user. The arch 2007 is generally U-shaped and its ends form bearings 2072A and 2072B articulated in rotation respectively with the lateral flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2, about an axis A7 generally horizontal and perpendicular to a median plane M of the shoe 2001. The arch 2071 thus connects the bearings 2072A and 2072B and passes through the back of the boot 2001. The hoop 2071 is disposed outside the hulls 20 and 30 of the shoe 2001.

The shoe 2001 comprises locking means formed by a protrusion 2037 projecting from the rear zone 35 of the upper part 3 of the boot 2001. To reach the locking position, the user maneuvers the arch 2007 to come place its central zone curved beyond the protuberance 2037, in order to block the longitudinal flexion movement F1 towards the rear of the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2.

These bearing means are in the form of bearing surfaces 2712A and 2712B which project from the arch. These bearing surfaces 2712A and 2712B are placed between on the one hand the bearings 2072A and 2072B and on the other hand the rear portion 2074 of the arch 2007.

Ce faisant, on opère une accentuation du verrouillage de la portion arrière 2074 de l'arceau contre la protubérance 2037.In the locking position, the lower edge 31 of the upper part 3 comes into contact with the bearing surfaces 2712A and 2712B. Thus, when, in the ski phase, the user flexes the leg, the bending movement towards the front of the upper part is blocked by the bearing surfaces 2712A and 2712B. On the other hand the efforts to which they can be subjected generate on the roll a moment of rotation which tends to rotate it downwards. In doing so, it enhances the locking of the rear portion 2074 of the arch against the protuberance 2037.

Dans la position de déblocage, l'arceau 2007 se trouve à distance de la partie haute 3, de manière à autoriser les mouvements de la partie haute 3 par rapport à la partie basse 2.In the unblocking position, the arch 2007 is at a distance from the upper part 3, so as to allow the movements of the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2.

Dans la position de déblocage, l'arceau 2007 laisse libres les mouvements de la partie haute 3 par rapport à la partie basse 2.The operation of the shoe 2001 is similar to that of the shoe 1. In the locking position, the arch 2007 locks the movements of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2. In the unlocking position, the hoop 2007 leaves free the movements of the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2.

When the arch 2007 is in the unlocking position, the connecting means 5 simultaneously allow a longitudinal flexion movement F1 of the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2 around the first axis Y1, and a lateral flexion movement F2 of the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2 around the second axis Y2.

The Figures 13 to 15 show a shoe 3001 according to a fourth embodiment of the invention. The elements of the shoe 3001 similar to those of the shoe 1 have the same reference numerals and the elements of the shoe 3001 equivalent to those of the shoe 1, but different from these, carry the numerical references of the shoe 1, increased from 3000.

Dans la suite, on ne décrit pas en détail les éléments de la chaussure 3001 semblables à ceux de la chaussure 1.In the following, the elements of the shoe 3001 similar to those of the shoe 1 are not described in detail.

The shoe 3001 comprises a lower part 2 and an upper part 3.

Clamping means 26 make it possible to clamp the lateral flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2 against each other.

Connecting means 5 connect the lower part 2 to the upper part 3. The connecting means 5 are arranged in a rear zone of the boot 1, in line with the heel 23. The connecting means 5 are formed by an articulation hinge type or patella. In the case in point, the connecting means are formed by a flexible tab 3051 having a lower end attached to the lower part, for example by means of a rivet or a screw. The upper end of the tab 3051 is housed inside the shell 30 of the upper part 3 and is fixed to the upper part 3. The flexible tab 3051 flexibly allows the rotational movement along the axis Y1, while the fixing by rivet of the flexible tab allows the rotation along the Y2 axis of the flexible tab relative to the lower part.

In a variant not shown, the flexible tab comprises in its central portion a diabolo thus reproducing the functionality of a ball joint.

Second clamping means 36 are provided for clamping the upper part 3 on the lower leg of the user.

The shoe 3001 includes means at least partially blocking the movements of the lower part 2 relative to the upper part 3. The locking means comprise a locking element 3007, in the form of a bow which is movable between a position blocking shown in figure 13 and an unlocking position shown at figures 14 and 15 .

The hoop 3007 is articulated in rotation with the lower part 2, at a zone corresponding to the malleolus of the user. The hoop 3007 is generally U-shaped and has ends forming bearings 3072A and 3072B articulated in rotation respectively with the lateral flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2, about an axis A7 generally horizontal and perpendicular to a plane median M of the shoe 3001.

The shoe 3001 comprises locking means formed by a lever 3081 articulated in rotation with the rear zone 35 of the upper part 3, about an axis perpendicular to the median plane M. A cable 3082 passes through an orifice formed in the lever 3081 and has its ends attached to the shell 30 at the rear area 35 of the shoe 3001.

La portion arrière 3074 de l'arceau 3007 est également pourvue d'une cavité 3075 apte à recevoir l'extrémité du pion 3812.A middle zone of the lever 3081 is equipped with a pin 3812 attached to the lever 3081. The rear zone 35 of the upper part 3 is provided with a hole 37 adapted to receive the pin 3812 in the locking position. The rear portion 3074 of the arch 3007 is also provided with a cavity 3075 adapted to receive the end of the pin 3812.

At the heel 23, the flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2 are each provided with a lateral stop 27A or 27B adapted to receive the bow 3007 in support.

In the locking position, the lever is folded upwards so as to place the pin 3812 in the hole 37 and the cavity 3075. The tilting of the lever in the high position causes a tension on the cable 3082 ensuring the plating of the hoop against the upper part 3. Thus the upper part 3, the hoop 3007 and the lower part 2 are perfectly immobilized relative to each other.

The movements of the ankle of the user are blocked because the pin 3812 blocks the movements of the arch 3007, which immobilizes the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2.

In the unblocking position, the hoop 3007 leaves free the movements of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2. The lever 3081 is folded downwards so as to relax the cable 3082 and to place the pin 3081 is in position. outside of the orifice 37 and the cavity 3075, which allows the movements of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2.

When the arch 3007 is in the unlocking position, the connecting means 5 simultaneously allow a longitudinal bending movement F1 of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2 around the first axis Y1, and a lateral flexion movement F2 of the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2 around the second axis Y2.

The Figures 16 to 18 show a variant of the shoe represented in Figures 13 to 15 in which the pin 3812 is articulated around a shaft 3813 attached to the lever 3081. The articulation of the pin relative to the lever offers different advantages. First, it ensures the retraction of the pin 3812 when the lever is in the unlocking position as shown in FIG. figure 16 . Then, it facilitates the introduction of the pin 3812 in the orifice 37 and the cavity 3075. In addition, the necessary functional clearance between the diameters of the orifice 37 and the pin may be much lower in this variant than in the mode shown in Figures 13 to 15 .

Lever recovery means are however necessary. In the case in point, they are constituted by a cam 3038 in which the pin 3812 slides and is oriented so as to align with the orifice and the cavity. Returning means constrain the pin in the retracted position when the lever is in the unlocking position.

The Figures 19 to 22 show a shoe 4001 according to a fifth embodiment of the invention. The elements of the shoe 4001 similar to those of the shoe 1 have the same reference numerals and the elements of the shoe 4001 equivalent to those of the shoe 1, but different from these, carry the numerical references of the shoe 1, increased of 4000.

Dans la suite, on ne décrit pas en détail les éléments de la chaussure 4001 semblables à ceux de la chaussure 1.In the following, the elements of the shoe 4001 similar to those of the shoe 1 are not described in detail.

The shoe 4001 comprises a lower part 2 and an upper part 3.

Clamping means 26 make it possible to clamp the lateral flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2 against each other.

The connecting means 5 are arranged in a rear zone of the boot 1, in line with the heel 23. The connecting means 5 are formed by an articulation hinge type or patella, made by a flexible tab 4051 having a lower end attached to the lower part, for example by means of a rivet or a screw. The upper end of the tab 4051 is housed inside the shell 30 of the upper part 3 and is fixed to the upper part 3.

Second clamping means 36 are provided for clamping the upper part 3 on the lower leg of the user.

The shoe 4001 includes means for blocking the movements of the lower part 2 relative to the upper part 3. The locking means comprise a locking element 4007, in the form of a bow which is movable between a blocking position shown the figures 19 and 21 and an unlocking position shown at figures 20 and 22 .

The hoop 4007 is articulated in rotation with the lower part 2, at a zone corresponding to the malleolus of the user. The hoop 4007 is generally U-shaped and has ends forming bearings 4072A and 4072B pivotally articulated respectively with the lateral flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2, about a generally horizontal axis A7 and perpendicular to a plane median M of the shoe 4001.

The shoe 4001 comprises locking means formed by a lever 4081 rotatably articulated with the rear zone 35 of the upper part 3, about an axis perpendicular to the median plane M. A cable 4082 passes through an orifice formed in the lever 4081 and has its ends attached to the shell 30 at the rear area 35 of the shoe 3001.

The lever 4081 has a protuberance 4812 at the articulation of the lever with the upper part 3.

At the level of the curved central zone of the arch 4007, the arch 4007 has two lateral notches 4074A and 4074B turned towards the upper part 3. The upper part 3 comprises lateral blocks 4037A and 4037B adapted to fit into the notches 4074A and 4074B when lever 4081 is in the lock position.

At the heel 23, the flanks 22A and 22B of the lower part 2 are each provided with a lateral stop 27A or 27B adapted to receive the arch 4007 in support.

In the locking position, lever 4081 is folded upward to place blocks 4037A and 4037B in notches 4074A and 4074B. The cable 4082 is dimensioned in such a way that when the lever is in the locked position it comes out tight. Then the arch remains pressed against the upper part. In blocking position as shown in figures 19 and 21 , the arch 4007 is folded against the rear zone 35 of the upper part 3 and, so as to lock the movements of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2, the blocks 4037A and 4037B are embedded in the notches 4074A and 4074B. Thus the upper part 3, the arch 4007 and the lower part 2 are perfectly immobilized relative to each other. The lever 4081, the cable 4082, the blocks 4037A and 4037B and the notches 4074A and 4074B constitute locking means.

The movements of the user's ankle are blocked because the cable 4082 blocks the movements of the arch 4007, which immobilizes the upper part 3 with respect to the lower part 2.

In the unblocking position, as shown in figures 20 and 22 , the arch 4007 leaves free movement of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2. The lever 4081 is folded downwardly so as to relax the cable 4082 which no longer retains the arch 4007 against the upper part. Then the blocks 4037A and 4037B can disengage the notches 4074A and 4074B, which allows the movements of the upper part 3 relative to the lower part 2.

When the hoop 4007 is in the unlocking position, the protuberance 4812 of the lever 4081 presses on the center zone of the hoop 4007, which will disengage the blocks 4037A and 4037B from the notches 4074A and 4074B. On the other hand, the protuberance 4812 is positioned to remain in contact with the hoop 4007 regardless of the respective positions thereof and the upper part. Thus, in unlocking position, any inadvertent engagement of the blocks in the notches is impossible.

In a variant not shown, the cable 3082 or 4082 of the fourth and fifth embodiments is replaced by a wire staple.

In the fifth embodiment, the locking position is ensured by the embedding of blocks coming from the upper part 3 into notches which are formed in the arch 4007. In a similar manner, in a sixth embodiment, not shown, the pavers project from the arch while the notches are formed in the upper part.

The invention is not limited to the embodiments described. In particular, in the context of the invention, the described embodiments and their variants may be combined with each other, at least partially.
