It can be seen running on the outer wall of Staubabscheideabitess 45 air ducts 44 having at its rear end deflection 46, by which the respective partial air flow is gradually deflected from an axial to a tangential direction. Furthermore, in Fig. 2 the intake manifold 42 at the front end of the vacuum cleaner housing 40 and the handle port 49 at the rear end of the vacuum cleaner housing 41 and the exhaust openings 48 of the vacuum cleaner housing 40, in which a blow-out is held. From the small suction 1 is in Fig. 2 only the handle 31 to see. Along the line CC when removing the dust box 63 in connection with Fig. 6 Separated seals described.
- Fig. 3 shows a view of the vacuum cleaner housing 40 with the small suction device 1 inserted therein seen from the rear end.
- the handle 31 is arranged. It also recognizes the deflection portions 46 of the two air ducts, which are offset by approximately 45 ° to each other on the outer wall of the substantially tubular housing 40 are arranged.
- the line marked AA marks the intersection of the in Fig. 1 shown partially cut representation.
- the Wirbelrohrabscheider is thus designed as Senkabscheider. This is a particularly high suction power through the allows multiple air ducts 44, which may have a relatively large cross section, for example about 1800 mm 2 . Lint are retained by the lint filter, which covers the windows of the sleeve 18 and is traversed by the air before reaching the filter foam cylinder 11, which retains further coarse and medium-fine dust. In particular for filtering fine dust, a blow-out filter is provided in the blow-out openings 48.
- Fig. 4 the small suction device 1 is shown in a partially removed from the vacuum cleaner housing 40 position, the representation of the partially sectioned view of the Fig. 1 equivalent.
- the handle 31 is for this purpose from in Fig. 1 shown position so far that the associated with the handle 31 locking cam 33 out of engagement with the detent springs 34 pass. The fact that the locking cam 33 no longer lock the detent springs 34, they can dodge inward in the radial direction. If a traction force is subsequently exerted axially in the rearward direction on the handle 31, which can have an axial stop for this purpose, the latching elements 35 are guided past the latching projections 36 via the latching bevels directed backwards, with the latching elements 35 dodging inwards. As a result, the small vacuum cleaner 1 is unlocked. In the in Fig. 4 shown position is the Small suckers have been moved by another train on the handle 31 in the axial direction further to the rear.
- the locking elements 35 When inserting the small vacuum cleaner 1 in the vacuum cleaner housing 40, the locking elements 35 are guided past the latching projections 36 in a reverse movement over the flatter forward locking bevels and engage behind the locking projections 36 a. By locking cam 33 unlocking is prevented.
- the laterally removed dust box 63 which contains the filter foam cylinder 11, the tube 14 and the sleeve 18 which carries the lint filter. Furthermore, the dust box 63 includes the dust cup 59 with the tube 54, the bottom 58, wherein in the dust box 63 in particular the dust collecting chamber 56 and the suction head 2 are included with the dirt depot 6.
- the removable as a unit on the handle 32 dust box 63 thus includes all the dust collector of the small vacuum cleaner 1 and 40 of the vacuum cleaner except for the fine dust filter. Because they can be removed together, a particularly simple handling for emptying or cleaning the dust collector is possible. To clean the lint filter and the filter foam cylinder 11, they can be pulled out of the dust cup 59 in the axial direction to the rear.
- Fig. 6 shows a view of the vacuum cleaner housing 40 with according to Fig. 5 laterally removed dust box 63 seen from the rear end.
- the seal 64 can be seen, which laterally seals the air path from the interior 13 of the filter foam cylinder to the blower during operation of the vacuum cleaner and also during solo operation of the small suction device 1 with a corresponding blower-side seal.
- an arcuate rib 65 is provided which has a groove into which engages the blower-side seal upon insertion of the dust box 63.
- a bolt may be provided to prevent inadvertent removal of the dust box.
- the line marked AA marks the intersection of the in Fig. 4 shown partially cut representation.

An improvement in the filter performance in the operation of the small suction device as a unit with a housing with which the small suction device can be connected, could be achieved by the use of a further dust collector associated with the housing. Here, however, the problem arises that an emptying of two dust collector is associated with additional effort.
It is an object of the present invention to provide an improved combination of a small vacuum cleaner and a vacuum cleaner housing connectable thereto and a corresponding small vacuum cleaner and a vacuum cleaner housing, wherein an improved filter performance in the operation of the small vacuum unit is made possible with the vacuum cleaner housing, without a significant additional handling effort when removing the separated dust is necessary.

The solution of the problem is achieved by a combination with the features of
In a combination according to the invention of a small vacuum cleaner with a vacuum cleaner housing, the small vacuum cleaner comprises a first Staubabscheideeinrichtung with a first dust collector, a fan for generating a suction air flow through the first Staubabscheideeinrichtung and an electric motor for driving the fan. The Staubabscheideeinrichtung may for example comprise an exchangeable filter bag, one or more filters and / or one or more centrifugal or cyclone separator, wherein the first dust collector may be, for example, a dust collection chamber of a centrifugal separator or a filter. The fan can be driven by an electric motor, which can be designed for battery and / or mains operation. Especially For example, the fan and the driving electric motor may be configured as a motor / fan unit. The blower is arranged for generating a suction air flow through the first Staubabscheideeinrichtung for separating particles contained in the suction air flow, in particular for separating with the suction air flow from a surface to be cleaned dirt and dust, wherein the deposited particles collected in the first dust collector or be withheld. The small vacuum cleaner can be operated separately as a hand-held vacuum cleaner, ie in solo operation, and has the necessary components or functional devices.
According to the invention, the small vacuum cleaner can be inserted into the vacuum cleaner housing in such a way that it is in a state connected to or inserted into the vacuum cleaner housing, i. as a unit with the vacuum cleaner housing, also as a vacuum cleaner is operable, wherein at least a portion of the separated dust is collected in a second dust collector. The second dust collector is assigned in particular to the vacuum cleaner housing. It may be possible to use the small dust collector associated with the first Staubabscheideeinrichtung even when operating the small vacuum cleaner as a unit with the vacuum cleaner housing, with a portion of the separated dust is retained in the first dust collector. However, it can also be provided that, when operating as a unit with the vacuum cleaner housing, the absorbed dust is collected alone in the second dust collector. The vacuum cleaner housing may further comprise the necessary for operation as a stem vacuum components that go beyond the necessary for solo operation of the small sucker devices or functional devices, such as a handle with a Stielsaugerhandgriff or a connection for a stem or a Stielsaugerhandgriff. The small vacuum cleaner is thus not only in solo operation, but in a further operating mode, such as a teat, operable.
Further according to the invention, the first and the second dust collector as a unit, such as a dust box, can be removed from the vacuum cleaner housing. The dust box which can be removed as a unit can also comprise further components and in particular further dust collectors and / or the first and / or further dust separation devices. For this purpose, in particular the first dust collector from the small vacuum cleaner and the second dust collector from the vacuum cleaner housing are separable and connected to each other for joint removal or connectable. When removing the first and second dust collector, the small vacuum cleaner remains in the vacuum cleaner housing. The vacuum cleaner housing may, for example, have an opening through which the unit, which comprises the first and the second dust collector, can be removed. Accordingly, the first and the second dust collector can be used as a unit again in the vacuum cleaner housing and in the small vacuum cleaner.
By virtue of the fact that the small vacuum cleaner can be inserted into the vacuum cleaner housing to form a unit that can be operated as a vacuum cleaner with a second dust collector, and that the first and second dust collectors can be removed as a unit from the vacuum cleaner housing, it is possible to use both the first and the first dust collector Also remove the second dust collector to empty it. Furthermore, it is made possible by providing the second dust collector in the vacuum cleaner housing to achieve a relation to the solo operation of the small suction filter performance increased.
Advantageous embodiments and developments, which can be used individually or in combination with each other, are the subject of the dependent claims.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the second dust collector is associated with a second Staubabscheideeinrichtung, which in turn is associated with the vacuum cleaner housing. This makes it possible, when operating the small vacuum cleaner as a unit with the vacuum cleaner housing to use another or another Staubabscheideeinrichtung and thereby improve the filter performance compared to the solo operation of the small vacuum cleaner on.
Furthermore, it is preferred that the small suction device with respect to a longitudinal axis of the vacuum cleaner housing in the axial direction is inserted into the vacuum cleaner housing and that the first and the second dust collector can be removed as a unit transverse to the longitudinal axis. The longitudinal axis is defined in particular by a front end with a suction section, such as a spigot or a suction head, and a rear end, which carries about a handle with a Stielsaugerhandgriff. Preferably, the small suction can be used from a rear end of the vacuum cleaner housing forth in the axial direction and removed by a movement in the reverse direction again. As a result, a particularly simple handling when inserting and removing the small suction device and when removing and inserting the unit, which includes the first and the second dust collector allows.
Preferably, the first dust collector is designed as a filter. In particular, the first dust collector may be formed as a filter for retaining medium-fine dust, which usually optimal for the solo operation of the small vacuum cleaner. In a particularly preferred manner, the filter from the dust box for cleaning, such as by washing, removable. As a result, an optimal and economical operation is possible for the solo operation of the small suction with respect to the filter performance.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the second dust collector is designed as a dust cup of a Wirbelrohrabscheiders. The Wirbelrohrabscheider may be part of the vacuum cleaner housing or formed when inserting the small sucker in the vacuum cleaner housing. Characterized in that the second dust collector is designed as a dust cup of a Wirbelrohrabscheiders, a particularly effective operation of the small vacuum is made possible as a unit with the vacuum cleaner housing with a particularly high filtration performance.
In a particularly advantageous manner, the second dust collector is designed as a dust cup of a Wirbelrohrabscheiders and the first dust collector as inserted into a dip tube of the Wirbelrohrabscheiders filter foam cylinder. In this way it can be achieved that the suction air flow flows through the Wirbelrohrabscheider and at the outlet of the Wirbelrohrabscheiders the filter foam cylinder. As a result, a particularly high filter performance can be achieved in a simple manner.
In a further advantageous manner, it can be provided that a further dust collector can be removed together with the first and the second dust collector. Such a further dust collector may for example be a coarse dirt separator in a suction head of the small suction device. This can also be emptied after separation from the small vacuum cleaner and removal from the vacuum cleaner housing. As a result, the handling is further simplified.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment, a lint filter is removable together with the first and the second dust collector. The lint filter retains lint sucked with the suction air flow. The lint filter may for example be associated with the vacuum cleaner housing, be tubular and surround the filter foam cylinder in the inserted state of the small vacuum cleaner. Also in this way the handling can be simplified.
In a particularly preferred manner, all dust-collecting components of the small vacuum cleaner and the vacuum cleaner housing, in particular all dust containers and filters, if necessary, except for blow-off or fine-dust filters, can be removed together. In particular, all dust-collecting components can be accommodated in the dust box. Thus, all components that need to be regularly emptied or cleaned, accessible in a particularly simple manner.
The invention further relates to a small vacuum cleaner comprising a first Staubabscheideeinrichtung with a first dust collector, a blower for generating a suction air flow through the first Staubabscheideeinrichtung and an electric motor for driving the blower, wherein the small vacuum cleaner is designed for connection to a vacuum cleaner housing. According to the invention, the small suction device comprises a first, inlet-side seal and a second, blower-side seal for sealing an air passage, in particular axially directed, of the suction air flow between the first dust-collecting device and the blower, which is arranged in a direction transverse to the airway, i. in particular transversely to a longitudinal axis of the small sucker, standing direction separable from each other and can be connected to each other again. The small suction device is preferably designed as described above.
In particular, a small suction device according to the invention has a cylindrical or approximately cylindrical basic body. As a result, a particularly simple and stable construction of the small suction is possible. Furthermore, a particularly simple design of the vacuum cleaner housing can be made possible, in which the small suction device can be used, which can be approximately sectionally tubular.
Preferably, a suction head and a handle at a rear end is arranged at a front end of the small suction device, wherein the handle for guiding the small suction device during solo operation and for inserting and removing the small suction device is formed in or out of an enveloping body of the vacuum cleaner housing.
Furthermore, the invention relates to a vacuum cleaner housing, which is designed for connection to a small vacuum cleaner comprising a first Staubabscheideeinrichtung with a first dust collector. According to the invention the vacuum cleaner housing comprises a second dust collector, wherein the first and the second dust collector as a unit, such as a dust box, are removable from the vacuum cleaner housing. In particular, the second dust collector is designed to cooperate with the small suction device, when it is inserted into the vacuum cleaner housing, and separable from the vacuum cleaner housing. The vacuum cleaner housing may include an enveloping body for receiving the small vacuum. Preferably, the vacuum cleaner housing is formed as described above.
Further advantageous embodiments will be described in more detail below with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings, to which the invention is not limited.

For receiving the suction air flow in the solo operation of the
Thereafter, the thus pre-cleaned air flows through a
The blower with the

In contrast, in the separate use of the
