Definitions
- the present invention relates to a drainage channel according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Such drainage channels are used for receiving and discharging surface water, such as rainwater, in different corridor areas, especially in surface-sealed areas such as driveways, parking lots or the like.
- the water draining channel body are, as in the DE 94 21 617 U1 described, usually covered on its open longitudinal side by a grid, which rests on horizontally oriented side edges of the drainage channel, whereby care must be taken when embedding the made of sheet metal or plastic drainage channel in the foundation that the foundation is brought up to just below these side edges in order to transfer the force exerted on the grate when driving over a vehicle on the foundation.
- the problem is that when installing the gutter body, the webs on which rests the grid, often insufficiently lined so that they break away after some time, for example, due to lack of thickness of the relining through the foundation, so that the gutter body is damaged when driving over the drainage channel ,
- the drainage channels known from the prior art made of a steel sheet with large material thickness or as concrete gutters or polymer concrete gutters, but this leads to a very high weight of the gutter body , so that the length of the individual channel body may be very limited, for example, up to one meter in length, in order to accomplish the installation of such drainage channels can still.
- preforms have to be produced for the concrete troughs known from the prior art, polymer concrete troughs and also the plastic troughs for their production, so that only troughs with predetermined dimensions are generally available for economic reasons.
- an inner drainage channel in which a cavity between a channel profile of the drainage channel and an angle profile, which is attached to the outer surface of the side walls of the channel profile, is filled with a hardening plastic compound for stabilizing lateral walls of the channel.
- Object of the present invention is to provide a drainage channel, which is simple and flexible to install local conditions, is still stable with reduced weight and ensures a permanent use and can be produced in a simple manner in variable dimensions.
- receiving pockets are arranged on the gutter body along its longitudinal extent in the supporting elements for transmitting vertically acting on the grate pressure forces are pushed onto the foundation on an extending in the longitudinal direction of the gutter body supporting elements, wherein an upper web of the receiving pockets forms a support for the grate, wherein a bent from the upper web, the Grate laterally supporting support wall is bent parallel to the side wall as an outer wall in the direction of a bottom of the gutter body, wherein the outer wall forms together with the side wall and the upper web which surrounds the support body receiving pocket.
- the side walls of the gutter body are supported in such a way that embedding in the foundation no longer has to reach as far as the web supporting the grate, whereby the support elements now transfer the pressure forces to the foundation.
- the support elements are formed as plastic blocks.
- Such plastic blocks are of low weight, which significantly simplifies the handling of the drainage channel during installation.
- the support elements may also be made of metal, preferably light metal or a composite material, for example a glass fiber reinforced plastic.
- the support elements are each formed in cross-section in the sense of an I-beam, with laterally integrally formed on the central web reinforcing ribs, which may be arranged parallel to each other and spaced apart or in Form of a framework.
- these forms provide high rigidity, ie bending strength, as is desirable especially when driving over a drainage channel by various commercial vehicles.
- a lower web forming step is inflected in the side walls with a horizontal support surface on which rest the support body.
- an upper web forming step is inflected in the side walls with a horizontal support surface on which rests the grate, wherein the support body abut an outer side of the side walls and a support surface facing away from the bottom of the upper web ,
- a support wall bent upwards from the upper web and laterally supporting the grate is bent parallel to the side surface as an outer wall in the direction of a bottom of the gutter body, the outer wall forming, together with the side wall and the upper web, a pocket embracing the support body.
- the outer wall has a plurality of formed as a bending hook punched, which bent in the installed state out of the outer wall are embedded in a groove surrounding the gutter body laterally.
- the gutter body along its longitudinal extent laterally arranged, the support elements receiving receiving pockets.
- These receiving pockets in this case have a serving as a support for the grate, the open longitudinal side of the channel body facing upper web and preferably on the open longitudinal side of the gutter body facing away from lower web for support on the foundation.
- the support elements can be easily inserted into the receiving pockets.
- At least one transverse web is arranged to stabilize the drainage channel in the transverse direction on mutually facing side walls of the channel body and the transverse web or the plurality of transverse webs are preferably suspended or latched in a provided on the side walls of the channel body recesses.
- a connecting body for connection the adjacent channel body held positively or materially.
- the contour of this connecting body corresponds substantially to the u- or box-shaped shape of the channel body.
- the support elements to the channel body formed from a metal sheet a material thickness of less than 2 mm, more preferably in the range of 1 mm possible, without it when driving over the drainage channel, even with heavy vehicles to damage the drainage channel or the underlying foundation comes.

Description
The present invention relates to a drainage channel according to the preamble of
Such drainage channels are used for receiving and discharging surface water, such as rainwater, in different corridor areas, especially in surface-sealed areas such as driveways, parking lots or the like.
Since the drainage channels are often exposed to very high pressure loads from traveling vehicles, generic drainage channels are usually made of a metal sheet with a large material thickness of 3mm or more and embedded to remove the load in a concrete foundation. Also known are concrete gutters, polymer concrete gutters or plastic gutters.
The problem is that when installing the gutter body, the webs on which rests the grid, often insufficiently lined so that they break away after some time, for example, due to lack of thickness of the relining through the foundation, so that the gutter body is damaged when driving over the drainage channel ,
To prevent such damage to the gutter body of the drainage channel as possible, the drainage channels known from the prior art, as already mentioned above, made of a steel sheet with large material thickness or as concrete gutters or polymer concrete gutters, but this leads to a very high weight of the gutter body , so that the length of the individual channel body may be very limited, for example, up to one meter in length, in order to accomplish the installation of such drainage channels can still.

Such plastic blocks are of low weight, which significantly simplifies the handling of the drainage channel during installation.
Instead of plastic, the support elements may also be made of metal, preferably light metal or a composite material, for example a glass fiber reinforced plastic.
Preferably, the support elements are each formed in cross-section in the sense of an I-beam, with laterally integrally formed on the central web reinforcing ribs, which may be arranged parallel to each other and spaced apart or in Form of a framework. With low material usage, these forms provide high rigidity, ie bending strength, as is desirable especially when driving over a drainage channel by various commercial vehicles.
According to a further advantageous, not claimed embodiment variant of the drainage channel according to the invention a lower web forming step is inflected in the side walls with a horizontal support surface on which rest the support body. As a result, the support body can be inserted during assembly in an even simpler manner in the gutter body.
According to an alternative, unclaimed embodiment, an upper web forming step is inflected in the side walls with a horizontal support surface on which rests the grate, wherein the support body abut an outer side of the side walls and a support surface facing away from the bottom of the upper web , With this variant, a simple installation of the support body is guaranteed.
According to the invention, a support wall bent upwards from the upper web and laterally supporting the grate is bent parallel to the side surface as an outer wall in the direction of a bottom of the gutter body, the outer wall forming, together with the side wall and the upper web, a pocket embracing the support body.
In order to further increase the hold of the drainage channel in the installed state, according to an advantageous development of this embodiment, the outer wall has a plurality of formed as a bending hook punched, which bent in the installed state out of the outer wall are embedded in a groove surrounding the gutter body laterally.
For easy connection of a plurality of channel body in the longitudinal direction of the longitudinal end face of the support elements adjacent gutters are positively or non-positively connected to each other, in particular latched together and thus allow easy assembly of multiple gutter body and support elements for a drainage channel with a longitudinal extension of several meters.
For positioning the support elements, it is provided that the gutter body along its longitudinal extent laterally arranged, the support elements receiving receiving pockets. These receiving pockets in this case have a serving as a support for the grate, the open longitudinal side of the channel body facing upper web and preferably on the open longitudinal side of the gutter body facing away from lower web for support on the foundation. As a result, the support elements can be easily inserted into the receiving pockets.
According to a further preferred embodiment, at least one transverse web is arranged to stabilize the drainage channel in the transverse direction on mutually facing side walls of the channel body and the transverse web or the plurality of transverse webs are preferably suspended or latched in a provided on the side walls of the channel body recesses.
For easy connection of two channel body in the longitudinal direction is according to a further preferred embodiment, a connecting body for connection the adjacent channel body held positively or materially. The contour of this connecting body corresponds substantially to the u- or box-shaped shape of the channel body.
As has been shown, by attaching the support elements to the channel body formed from a metal sheet a material thickness of less than 2 mm, more preferably in the range of 1 mm possible, without it when driving over the drainage channel, even with heavy vehicles to damage the drainage channel or the underlying foundation comes.
In addition, such formed of sheet metal gutter body can be easily manufactured in different dimensions, since no preforms are needed for the production of such gutter body.
