Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Aufschneidevorrichtung, mit der beispielsweise Lebensmittelriegel, insbesondere Käse-, Wurst- und/oder Schinkenriegel, in Lebensmittelscheiben aufgeschnitten werden. Dafür weist die Aufschneidevorrichtung ein rotierendes Schneidmesser auf, das sich um seinen Rotationsmittelpunkt dreht und von dem vorderen Ende des Produktes die Scheiben abtrennt. Dabei wirkt das Schneidmesser mit einer sogenannten Schneidkante zusammen, die als Gegenmesser fungiert und mit dem Schneidmesser zusammen die sogenannte Schneidebene definiert. Zwischen dem Schneidmesser und der Schneidkante ist ein einstellbarer Schneidspalt vorgesehen, der möglichst klein sein sollte, um ein "Abhacken" der Scheiben zu verhindern. Figur 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Ausführungsform einer Aufschneidevorrichtung, in dem vorliegenden Fall einer Hochleistungsaufschneidevorrichtung, die bis zu 1000 Scheiben und mehr pro Minute von einem Produkt abschneidet. Die Aufschneidevorrichtung 5 weist ein Messer 11 auf, das einen Lebensmittelriegel 2 in Lebensmittelscheiben 12 schneidet. Dazu wird jeder Lebensmittelriegel 2 mit einem Fördermittel 4, hier zwei Förderbändern 4, kontinuierlich oder intermittierend in Richtung der Schneidebene 6 des Messers 11 transportiert. Nach dem Abschneiden fallen die Lebensmittelscheiben in der Regel auf einen Ablagetisch 1, der mit Transportmitteln versehen ist, auf dem sie zu jeweils einer Portion 14, hier einem Stapel, konfiguriert werden. Diese Portionen 14 werden sodann aus dem Schneidmesserbereich abtransportiert und danach verpackt. Der Fachmann erkennt, dass mehrere Lebensmittelriegel gleichzeitig aufgeschnitten werden können. Die Scheibenstärke ergibt sich aus der Vorschubstrecke des Lebensmittelriegels zwischen zwei Schnitten. Bei konstanter Messerdrehgeschwindigkeit erfolgt die Regelung der Scheibenstärke über die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Lebensmittelriegels. Die Aufschneidevorrichtung kann pro Vorschubtrasse einen Greifer (nicht dargestellt) aufweisen, der das rückwärtige Ende 13 des Lebensmittelriegels 2 vor oder während des Aufschneidens ergreift und diesen während des Aufschneidens stabilisiert.
Um insbesondere bei sehr hohen Schneidleistungen hinreichend viel Zeit für den Abtransport einer fertiggestellten Lebensmittelportion zu haben, führt das Schneidmesser vorzugsweise einen oder mehrere Leerschnitte aus, d. h. es dreht sich mit gleichbleibender Drehzahl, schneidet aber keine Scheiben von dem Lebensmittelriegel ab. Dafür wird das Schneidmesser erfindungsgemäß von der Schneidebene und/oder von dem vorderen Ende des Lebensmittelriegels 2 wegbewegt, wobei der Vorschub des Lebensmittelriegels dann zumindest unterbrochen wird. Gegebenenfalls wird der Lebensmittelriegel sogar zurückgezogen. Sobald die jeweilige Lebensmittelportion aus der Fallkurve der Lebensmittelscheiben wegtransportiert worden ist, wird das Messer wieder zurück in die Schneidebene bewegt und eine neue Portion kann aufgeschnitten werden.

In die Befestigungsausnehmungen wird jeweils ein Befestigungsmittel, hier eine Schraube, eingeführt und mit der Messeraufnahme verschraubt, so dass das Schneidmesser fest an der Anlagefläche 23 anliegt und mit der Messeraufnahme verbunden ist. Im Zentrum d. h. im Bereich des Rotationsmittelpunktes 18 weist das erfindungsgemäße Schneidmesser eine Sicherungsausnehmung 17 auf. In dem vorliegenden Fall wird das Schneidmesser so lange gegen den Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, bis eine Verdrehsicherung 22, die in dem vorliegenden Fall verschieblich, vorzugsweise parallel zu der Rotationsachse des Schneidmessers und federnd gelagert ist und die von dem Schneidmesser in die Anlagefläche 23 gedrückt worden ist, wieder in die Sicherungsausnehmung 17 zurückspringt und somit eine Verdrehung des Schneidmessers im Uhrzeigersinn verhindert. Durch das Sicherungsmittel 17 wird sichergestellt, dass sich das Schneidmesser nicht von der Anlagefläche 23 lösen kann. Im Falle eines Versagens des Befestigungsmittels (nicht dargestellt), verhindert das Sicherungsmittel, dass sich das Schneidmesser von der Messeraufnahme löst und somit einen Sach- und/oder Personenschaden verursacht. Die erfindungsgemäße Aufschneidevorrichtung kann im Versagensfall kontrolliert abgeschaltet werden. Claims (7)

  1.
