    ā€¢ an insert (5, 7) elastic return element (23) of which a first end (23a) is connected to the insert (5, 7) at the support (5), for urging said insert (5, 7) into a pivoting movement toward a use position when the push button (19) is actuated, said return element (23) being fixed to the push button (19) by a second end (23b),
    the support (5) or the button (19) having holding pegs (39) that rise parallel to the pivot axis (A) and being positioned in a manner facing one another and symmetrically with respect to said pivot axis (A), characterized in that said holding pegs (39) define, on either side of the pivot axis (A), a space (50) for angular travel of the first end (23a) or the second end (23a) of the elastic return element (23) at an angle of between 10Ā° and 90Ā°.
