Die Spritzbalken (5, 6) weisen quer zur Transportrichtung (x) gesehen je zwei äußere Bereiche (7, 8) und dazwischen einen mittleren Bereich (9) auf. In die Bereiche (7, 8, 9) ist über je eine eigene, individuell ansteuerbare Ventileinrichtung (10, 11, 12) ein flüssiges Kühlmedium (13) einspeisbar. Ein auf den mittleren Bereich (9) bezogener mittlerer Mengenverlauf (V1) des flüssigen Kühlmediums (13) ist quer zur Transportrichtung (x) gesehen in der Mitte maximal und fällt zum Rand hin ab, so dass der mittlere Mengenverlauf (V1) ein mittleres Dreieck definiert, bei dem eine Seite quer zur Transportrichtung (x) verläuft und die beiden anderen Seiten gleich lang sind. Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Kühleinrichtung für ein flaches Walzgut,
- wobei das flache Walzgut die Kühleinrichtung in einer Transportrichtung auf Höhe einer Passline durchläuft,
- wobei die Kühlstrecke eine Anzahl an Spritzbalken aufweist, die sich quer zur Transportrichtung erstrecken,
- wobei der jeweilige Spritzbalken quer zur Transportrichtung gesehen zwei äußere Bereiche und einen zwischen den beiden äußeren Bereichen angeordneten mittleren Bereich aufweist,
- wobei das flache Walzgut mittels im mittleren Bereich angeordneter Auslassöffnungen mit einem mittleren Mengenverlauf des flüssigen Kühlmediums beaufschlagbar ist, der quer zur Transportrichtung gesehen in der Mitte maximal ist und zum Rand hin abfällt,
- wobei das flache Walzgut mittels in den äußeren Bereichen angeordneter Auslassöffnungen mit einem jeweiligen äußeren Mengenverlauf des flüssigen Kühlmediums beaufschlagbar ist, der quer zur Transportrichtung gesehen am jeweiligen Rand maximal ist und zur Mitte hin abfällt, so dass die äußeren Mengenverläufe jeweils ein äußeres Dreieck definieren, bei dem je eine Seite parallel und quer zur Transportrichtung verläuft.
