The lever arm or the trigger can be assigned at least one return spring, by means of which a reset function of the dispensing valve and thus the automatic closing of the dispensing valve can be reliably ensured. The return spring is formed, for example, as a leaf spring supported on the appliance door. In addition, the actuating means designed as a lever arm can be equipped with a thorn-like extension, which in particular simplifies the actuation of the valve piston on a Rapak valve.

Nach einer anderen Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist vorgesehen, dass dem Aufnahmebereich für die "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung eine Kühlaggregat zugeordnet ist. Die Verwendung bzw. die Anordnung eines Kühlaggregates im Aufnahmebereich für eine jeweilige in ihre Zapfposition verbrachte "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung ermöglicht eine vorteilhafte Kühlung des in der Verpackung aufgenommenen Getränkes. Zum einen erhalten die Getränke eine insbesondere konstant gehaltene Trinktemperatur und zum anderen lässt sich die Haltbarkeit einer angebrochenen "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung durch die Kühlung zusätzlich verlängern. Das Kühlaggregat ist insbesondere in einer Wandung des Aufnahmebereiches für die "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung angeordnet, wobei die "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung sowohl unmittelbaren Kontakt mit dem Kühlaggregat haben kann als auch eine indirekte Kühlung über die im Aufnahmebereich befindliche Luft erfolgt. Des Weiteren kann die Aufnahmefläche für die "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung eine in Richtung des Ventilaufnahmelagers geneigte Ausrichtung aufweisen, wodurch deren selbsttätige Entleerung verbessert ist.According to another embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the receiving area for the "bag-in-box" packaging is associated with a cooling unit. Mit 1 ist eine erste Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Zapfvorrichtung für mindestens eine "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung 2 bezeichnet, welche ein die "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung 2 vollständig umschließendes Gerätegehäuse 3 aufweist. Das Gerätegehäuse 3 weist eine Beschickungsöffnung 4 auf, über die ein Zugang zum Aufnahmebereich 5 für die "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung 2 gegeben ist. Die Beschickungsöffnung 4 ist über eine Gerätetür 6 des Gerätegehäuses 3 verschlossen, wobei die Gerätetür 6 über ein Scharnier schwenkbeweglich am feststehenden Teil des Gerätegehäuses 3 schwenkbeweglich aufgenommen ist. Der Aufnahmebereich 5 weist eine in Richtung der Beschickungsöffnung 4 nach unten geneigte Aufnahmefläche auf. Die Zapfvorrichtung 1 ist des Weiteren mit einem Ventilaufnahmelager 7 für ein Zapfventil 8 der "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung 2 ausgerüstet, in welchem das Zapfventil 8 in vorbestimmter Lage zu einem dem Zapfventil zugeordneten Getränkeauslass 9 aufgenommen ist. Das Ventilaufnahmelager 7 weist wenigstens eine Auflagerfläche 10 für zu beiden Seiten des Ventilgehäuses 11 auskragende Teile des Zapfventiles 8 auf. In der Gerätetür 6 ist weiterhin eine Betätigungseinrichtung 12 mit einer Zapftaste 13 und mit einem von oben auf das Zapfventil 8 einwirkenden Betätigungsmittel 14 angeordnet. Die Betätigungseinrichtung 12 weist eine Ventilbetätigungsmechanik 15 auf. Zur Betätigung des Zapfventiles ist die als Hebelarm ausgebildete Zapftaste 13 in Richtung der Gerätetüroberfläche zu drücken bzw. zu bewegen, so dass sich das ebenfalls als Hebelarm ausgebildete Betätigungsmittel 14, welches starr mit der Zapftaste verbunden ist, mit seinem freien Hebelarmende etwa senkrecht nach unten bewegt und somit auf das Zapfventil 8 einwirkt. Je nachdem, welcher Ventiltyp, wie zum Beispiel Vitop- oder Rapak-Dispenserventile, wirkt das Betätigungsmittel auf unterschiedliche Bereiche des Zapfventiles ein. Bei der Betätigung des Zapfventiles 8 fließt das in der "Bag-in-Box"-Verpackung 2 bevorratete Getränk aus dem Ventilauslass 16 durch den darunter liegenden Getränkeauslass 9 des Gerätegehäuses 3, wobei der Getränkeauslass als eine den Getränkestrahl berührungslos umgebende Gehäuseöffnung ausgebildet ist. Der Getränkeauslass 9 ist an der Oberseite einer an der Gerätetür vorgesehenen Zapfbucht 17 angeordnet. In the appliance door 6, an actuating device 12 is further arranged with a tap button 13 and with an actuating means 14 acting from above on the dispensing valve 8. The actuating device 12 has a valve actuating mechanism 15. Durch die Betätigung der Zapftaste 23 (Fig. 3) senkrecht zur Front 24 der Gerätetür 21 schwenkt die Zapftaste 23 um ihren Drehpunkt, wodurch gleichzeitig die durch die Gerätetür 21 hindurchführende Ventilbetätigungsmechanik 25 mit ihrem Betätigungsmittel 26 auf den Gehäusekopf 27 des Ventilgehäuses 28 einwirkt. Dadurch wird bei dem hier dargestellten Vitop-Dispenserventil dessen Ventilgehäuse 28 senkrecht nach unten bewegt, wodurch dessen Ventilauslass 29 in Richtung des Getränkeauslasses 30 verschoben wird. Der Ventilkolben 31 mit seinen nicht sichtbaren, auskragenden Flügeln ist dabei über die Auflagerfläche 10 (Fig. 1) des Ventilaufnahmelagers 32 auf einer vorgegebenen Höhe arretiert. Die Versatzbewegung ist durch die am Ventilaufnahmelager 32 ausgebildeten senkrecht verlaufenden Führungsflächen 33 für das Zapfventil 8 möglich. Zusätzlich ist der Getränkeauslass 30 mit einem nach innen vorstehenden, austauschbaren Einsatz 34 ausgerüstet, mittels dem Verunreinigungen durch mögliche Getränkespritzer auf der Innenseite der Gerätetür 21 vermieden sind. Claims (10)

  1. A tapping device for at least one bag-in-box packaging equipped with a tap valve, comprising at least one accommodating area (5) for the bag-in-box packaging, wherein the accommodating area (5) has at least one loading opening (4), at least one device door (6, 21) that closes the loading opening (4) of the accommodating area (5), which device door has at least one trigger of an operating apparatus (12, 22) that corresponds to the tap valve (8), and at least one beverage outlet (9, 30) associated with the tap valve (8), wherein the operating apparatus (12, 22) has at least one operating element (14, 26) that acts from above on certain parts of the tap valve (8) in order to operate the tap valve (8), and wherein at least one valve accommodating bearing (7, 32) is provided in the area of the loading opening (4), which at least one valve accommodating bearing has bearing surfaces (10) for wings of the tap valve (8) protruding at least on both sides of the valve housing (11, 28),
    characterized in
    that the valve accommodating bearing (7, 32) is formed as an insert which is accommodated in a holder on the device housing (3) in a replaceable manner.
  2. The tapping device according to claim 1, characterized in that the operating element acting on the tap valve (8) is arranged on the valve accommodating bearing (7, 32) that is formed as a replaceable insert.
  3. The tapping device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the valve accommodating bearing (32) has at least vertically running guide surfaces (33) for the tap valve housing (28) which lowers downwardly during tapping due to the operating element (26).
  4. The tapping device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the operating apparatus (12, 22) has at least one valve operating mechanism (15, 25) which passes through the device door (6, 21).
  5. The tapping device according to claim 4, characterized in that when the device door (6, 21) is closed, the operating element (14, 26) of the valve operating mechanism (15, 25) is a lever arm which corresponds to the valve piston or to the housing head (27) of the tap valve (8).
  6. The tapping device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the beverage outlet (9, 30) is arranged in the device door (6, 21).
  7. The tapping device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the beverage outlet (9, 30) is formed as a housing opening which surrounds the beverage stream in a contact-free manner.
  8. The tapping device according to claim 7, characterized in that the housing opening is equipped with an insert (34) which elongates the outlet opening into the interior of the device housing (3).
  9. The tapping device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the device door (6, 21) has at least one tap inlet (17) in which the beverage outlet (9, 30) is arranged.
  10. The tapping device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that a cooling aggregate is associated with the accommodating area (5) for the bag-in-box packaging (2).
