- Device according to any of claims 11 to 14, characterised in that a cover that extends along the slotted guide (3) is assigned to the monorail guide (9) in the form of a guide rail.
- Device according to claim 15, characterised in that the cover is formed as a cover strap (12), which extends over roller bodies (14) provided at the ends of the slotted guide (3) and covers the monorail guide (9) at the top.
- Device according to claim 16, characterised in that the cover strap (12) is movably guided together with the chair and extends above and below the guide slot (3) in the form of a continuous cover.

- Device according to any of claims 11 to 19, characterised in that the housing (2) can be attached to a device mount by means of a four-point attachment (16) having integrated height adjustment.
- Device according to any of claims 16 to 20, characterised in that the ends of the cover strap (12) can be fixed to one another by means of a quick-release attachment.
- Device according to claim 21, characterised in that the quick-release attachment of the ends of the cover strap (12) is formed as a hook-and-loop fastener.
- Device according to any of claims 11 to 22, characterised in that an electrically, mechanically or pneumatically activatable and deactivatable brake device is assigned to the chair receptacle (5) and is used to retain the chair receptacle (5) and, by means of the chair receptacle (5), the chair, in the guide slot (3) in an adjustable movement position.
