Claims (11)

- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, pendant la réalisation de motifs de perforation (M1) au moyen du premier dispositif de perforation (152), on fait tourner les groupes bâton de tabac - bout filtre - bâton de tabac (30) au premier dispositif de perforation (152) autour de leurs axes longitudinaux respectifs, de préférence dans les auges de réception élargies d'un tambour roulant (151) ou au moyen d'auges de réception pivotantes ou rotatives d'un tambour à auges (159).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, pendant la réalisation de motifs de perforation (M2) au moyen du second dispositif de perforation (160), les cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) passent devant le second dispositif de perforation (160) dans les auges de réception, de préférence rotatives ou pivotantes, d'un tambour à auges (159).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la formation du courant de transport (FS) à une voie et en couche unique constitué de cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple disposées les unes derrière les autres sur une rangée en direction axiale transversale, les cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple présentent la même orientation de sorte que les bouts filtres et les bâtons de tabac des cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple du courant de transport (FS) soient disposés les uns derrière les autres respectivement sur le même côté.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, après formation d'un courant de transport à deux voies comprenant deux rangées parallèles de cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple disposées respectivement les unes derrière les autres en direction axiale transversale, par découpage des groupes bâton de tabac - bout filtre - bâton de tabac (30), les deux rangées disposées et transportées côte à côte, comprenant des cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple, sont écartées l'une de l'autre en direction axiale longitudinale, de préférence sur un tambour écarteur (156), avant la formation du courant de transport (FS) à une voie en couche unique.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple du courant de transport (FS) à une voie et en couche unique sont inspectées chacune individuellement après le second dispositif de perforation (160) au moyen d'un, notamment second, dispositif de contrôle.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, après la formation de deux rangées de cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple disposées les unes derrière les autres en direction axiale transversale, les cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) d'une rangée sont retournées au moyen d'un dispositif de retournement (157, 158), en particulier un retourneur conique, notamment les cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple de l'autre rangée n'étant pas retournées et/ou, en particulier pour la formation du courant de transport (FS) à une voie et en couche unique constitué d'une rangée de cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple disposées les unes derrière les autres en direction axiale transversale, les cigarettes à filtre retournées (30.2) et les cigarettes à filtre non retournées (30.1) étant disposées en alternance les unes derrière les autres en direction axiale transversale.
- Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le second dispositif de perforation (160) est régulé en fonction des résultats du contrôle, notamment des résultats établis du contrôle pour le degré de ventilation et/ou la résistance au tirage des cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2).
- Machine (F) de l'industrie de transformation du tabac, en particulier machine à poser des filtres (F), pour la fabrication de cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2), équipée d'organes de transport, en particulier de tambours de transport, pour le transport en direction axiale transversale d'articles en forme de tiges disposés les uns derrière les autres en direction axiale transversale, en particulier de bâtons de tabac et/ou bouts filtres et/ou de cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2), la machine (F) comprenant: un premier dispositif de perforation (152) dans la direction de transport axiale transversale des articles en forme de tiges pour la perforation de groupes bâton de tabac - bout filtre - bâton de tabac (30) de double longueur, un tambour de transport (151) situé au ou en liaison active avec et adjacent au premier dispositif de perforation (152), en particulier un tambour roulant (151) ou tambour à auges (159) doté d'auges de réception mobiles, pour des groupes bâton de tabac - bout filtre - bâton de tabac (30) à perforer, un dispositif de coupe (155) pour découper les groupes bâton de tabac - bout filtre - bâton de tabac (30) en cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple, un moyen situé en aval dans la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges, destiné à former un courant de transport (FS) à une voie et en couche unique comprenant des cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple disposées sur une rangée les unes derrières les autres en direction axiale transversale, un second dispositif de perforation (160) situé en aval dans la direction de transport des articles en forme de tiges pour la perforation des cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple du courant de transport (FS) et un tambour de transport (151) en liaison active avec et situé de manière adjacente à ou au second dispositif de perforation (160), en particulier un tambour à auges (159) doté d'auges de réception mobiles, pour les cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) à perforer, un premier dispositif de contrôle pour l'inspection sur deux voies des cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) de longueur simple et un dispositif de retournement (157, 158), notamment un retourneur conique, pour le retournement de cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) d'une rangée de cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) disposées les unes derrière les autres en direction axiale transversale étant prévus à la machine, par rapport à la direction de transport axiale transversale des articles en forme de tiges, entre le premier dispositif de perforation (152) et le second dispositif de perforation (160).
- Machine selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévu, en aval du second dispositif de perforation (160), un second dispositif de contrôle destiné à l'inspection des cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) à double perforation du courant de transport (FS) à une voie et en couche unique.
- Machine selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que sont prévus pour le second dispositif de perforation (160) un dispositif de transfert de données et/ou un dispositif de commande qui sont conçus pour le transfert et/ou le traitement de résultats de contrôle des cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2) respectives, en particulier des valeurs réelles déterminées du degré de ventilation et/ou de la résistance au tirage des cigarettes à filtre (30.1, 30.2).
