Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Steuerung eines Spiel- oder Unterhaltungsautomaten, welcher zumindest eine zentrale Steuereinheit, mindestens ein Symbole aufweisendes Anzeigemittel (Walzen oder Scheiben oder Bildschirm), vom Spieler betätigbare Tasten zur Spielablaufbeeinflussung, Speicher mit zugeordneten Anzeigen für Guthaben und/oder Gewinn sowie ereignisabhängige Speicher aufweist. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass das mindestens eine Symbole aufweisende Anzeigemittel mit verschiedenen Gewinnsymbolen und zumindest einem Verlustsymbol von der zentralen Steuereinheit angesteuert und auf zufälligen Positionen gestoppt wird. Nachfolgend wird mindestens ein in der Stoppposition der Symbole aufweisenden Anzeigemittel angezeigtes Gewinnsymbol in einem dem Gewinnsymbol zugeordneten Speicher gezählt, wobei dem jeweiligen Zählwert Gewinnwerte zugeordnet sind. Hierbei kann der Gewinnwert bis zu einer vorgegebenen unteren Zählwertgrenze Null sein und erst nach Überschreitung dieser unteren Zählwertgrenze größer Null werden. Bei Darstellung des Verlustsymbols in der Stoppposition der Symbole aufweisenden Anzeigemittel wird zumindest einer der den Gewinnsymbolen zugeordneten Speicher zurückgesetzt.
