Description
The invention relates to a closure system for a child drinking bottle or for a child drinking cup and a children's drinking bottle or a child drinking cup, which is equipped with a closure system.
Such children's drinking bottles or cups have a container for receiving the liquid. The container is closed by a lid, which has a special mouthpiece, which facilitates drinking.
For example, children's drinking cups are known in which a one-piece made of a relatively strong plastic lid is provided with an integrally formed with the lid drinking spout. For trouble-free drinking, the lid is provided with a vent hole. Before an undesirable leakage of liquid, the mouthpiece may be provided with a special insert of an elastic material with a slot-shaped opening, which emits the liquid by suction on the mouthpiece. For the same purpose, a special valve may be provided. A disadvantage of the known child drinking cup is that the mouthpiece of the same, relatively strong plastic, as the rest of the lid, and that the entire lid must be replaced when the mouthpiece is worn.

On this basis, it is the object of the invention to provide a closure system for a child drinking bottle or a child drinking cup, which simplifies the handling and allows flexible use.
This object is achieved by the closure system for a child drinking bottle or a child drinking cup with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are given in the further examples.
- a drinking opening and
- a fastening approach, between a container edge of the water bottle or the drinking cup and one with the water bottle or the drinking cup screwed lock ring is clamped, characterized in that
- the mouthpiece has an axially displaceable closure element which sealingly closes the drinking opening in a first position and releases it in a second position and
- the closure element is tubular and the mouthpiece has a pin of uniform outer diameter, which engages in the first position in a longitudinal portion of the closure element.
In a further embodiment, the closure element has a circumferential bead. The circumferential bead is preferably arranged on the user-facing end of the mouthpiece and fixedly connected to the axially displaceable closure element. The bead facilitates the displacement of the closure element with the mouth or teeth.
The closure member is formed substantially tubular and the mouthpiece has a pin which in the first position in a Longitudinal portion of the closure element engages. By engaging the pin in the Verschlußelcmcnt the drinking opening is closed in the first position. The substantially tubular closure member may have a uniform inner diameter or a variable inner diameter. Preferably, the inner diameter of the closure element is variable, and the closure element has at its end facing the user an inner diameter which is matched to the outer diameter of the pin. In a pin having a uniform outer diameter, the inner diameter of the closure member may be increased in a further towards the bottle portion opposite the matched to the diameter of the pin longitudinal portion, so that the liquid in the second position of the closure member by the portion with the enlarged inner diameter to the Spigot can flow around. In this second position, the pin does not engage in the longitudinal section with the matched to the pin inner diameter. The construction with a pin and a substantially tubular closure element is particularly simple and achieves a reliable sealing of the drinking opening in the closed state.
The above object is also achieved by the child drinking bottle or the child drinking cup with the features of claim 7. Advantageous embodiments are specified in the subsequent subclaims. The child drinking bottle or infant drinking cup according to the invention comprises a container having a container opening and a container rim, and a closure system in one of the embodiments described above.
In one embodiment, the child drinking bottle or infant drinking cup is additionally provided with a handle member inserted between the container and the locking ring, formed integrally with the container, or secured to the container with a separate attachment means.
In one embodiment, the children's drinking bottle or the child drinking cup additionally has a covering cap, which is detachably connectable to the closing ring and covers the mouthpiece. This protects the mouthpiece from contamination.
The closure system according to the invention can preferably be used for a child drinking bottle or a child drinking cup. It has a drinking opening and an axially displaceable closure element, which sealingly closes the drinking opening in a first position and releases in a second position, wherein the mouthpiece has a mounting lug which between a container edge of the bottle or the drinking cup and a with the bottle or the Drinking cup screwed locking ring can be clamped. In contrast to the known from the prior art, so-called push-pull closure systems in the invention, no matched to a particular bottleneck screw is required. Instead, a clampable attachment lug is formed on the mouthpiece. The attachment lug may in particular be a circumferential attachment flange. The clamped fastening approach a combination of the closure system with existing drinking bottles or drinking cups is possible, the equipped with a screwed with the bottle or cup closure ring. Such drinking bottles or drinking cups are widely used and are used, for example, for fixing a teat or a drinking spout on a child drinking bottle. By means of the closure system according to the invention, they can be combined in a simple manner with a push-pull system. This simplifies the opening and closing of the drinking bottle or the drinking cup.
In one embodiment, the closure element has a circumferential bead. In a further embodiment, the closure element is formed substantially tubular and the mouthpiece has a pin which engages in the first position in a longitudinal portion of the closure element. These two embodiments and their advantages have already been explained in connection with the Verschlußsystcm with a locking ring and a fuser.
According to one embodiment, the attachment portion is a circumferential attachment flange, the thickness of which decreases in the radial direction to the outside. In this case, the thickness of the mounting flange in cross-section to the outside evenly or with the formation of at least one step decrease. This embodiment can facilitate the centered insertion of the mouthpiece between a drinking bottle or a drinking cup and a locking ring and improve the sealing effect.
The above object is also achieved by a drinking bottle or a drinking cup with the features of claim 8. The bottle according to the invention or the drinking cup according to the invention has a container which can be closed with a closure system described above.
The drinking bottle or the drinking cup is preferably a child drinking bottle or a child drinking cup.
The closure ring, the fixation insert, the child drinking cup, the grip element, the mouthpiece with displaceable closure element and / or the plastic cover cap preferably consist.
