Claims (11)
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) vom Typ Klemmenleiste, das umfasst:- einen Isolierkörper (2),- einen Befestigungsfuß (3), der mit einem hinteren Teil (4) des Isolierkörpers (2) verbunden und zur Befestigung des elektrischen Geräts auf einem Halter (50) bestimmt ist,- eine Stromschiene (6), die in dem Isolierkörper (2) aufgenommen ist und ausgebildet, um eine elektrische Verbindung mit einer Klemme (7) herzustellen, die auf einer Frontwand (5) des elektrischen Geräts (1) angeordnet ist,- ein elastisches Verbindungsorgan (10), das mit einer Sammelschiene (40) verbindbar ist, wobei die Sammelschiene (40) im Verhältnis zum Halter (50) in einer Verbindungsposition haltbar ist,
wobei das elastisches Verbindungsorgan (10) einerseits mindestens einen unter der Einwirkung der Sammelschiene (40) beweglichen elastischen Teil (11, 12) aufweist, und andererseits in einer Aufnahme (17) des Isolierkörpers (2) zwischen einer ersten geöffneten Position (P1), in der die Sammelschiene (40), die in der Verbindungsposition angeordnet ist, nicht mit der Klemme (7) elektrisch verbunden ist, und einer zweiten geschlossenen Position (P2), in der die Sammelschiene (40), die in der Verbindungsposition angeordnet ist, mit der Klemme (7) elektrisch verbunden ist, verschiebend bewegbar ist,
wobei das elektrische Gerät (1) ferner ein bewegliches Stützorgan (20) für die Sammelschiene (40) aufweist, das mindestens einen Stützabschnitt (21, 22) für die Sammelschiene (40) aufweist, der ausgebildet ist, um die Mobilität des mindestens einen elastischen Teils (11, 12) des elastischen Verbindungsorgans (10) in geschlossener Position (P2) oder in der Nähe dieser Position einzuschränken,
und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Verbindungsorgan (10) und das Stützorgan (20) aus einem einzigen Stück hergestellt sind. - Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach Anspruch 1, wobei der mindestens eine bewegliche elastische Teil (11, 12) eine Anschlussfläche (29) umfasst, die ausgebildet ist, um den elektrischen Kontakt mit der Sammelschiene (40) herzustellen, und der mindestens eine Stützabschnitt (21, 22) ausgebildet ist, um die Mobilität des mindestens einen elastischen Teils (11, 12) des elastischen Verbindungsorgans (10) gemäß einer Verlagerungsrichtung einzuschränken, die von der Anschlussfläche (29) zu der gegenüberliegenden Fläche der Anschlussfläche (29) des mindestens einen beweglichen elastischen Teils (11, 12) geht.
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach Anspruch 2, wobei der mindestens eine Stützabschnitt (21, 22) zusätzlich zu seiner Ausbildung zur Einschränkung der Mobilität des mindestens einen elastischen Teils (11, 12) des elastischen Verbindungsorgans (10) gemäß einer ersten Verlagerungsrichtung ausgebildet ist, um die Mobilität des mindestens einen elastischen Teils (11, 12) des elastischen Verbindungsorgans (10) gemäß einer zweiten Verlagerungsrichtung einzuschränken, die von der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Anschlussfläche (29) zur Anschlussfläche (29) des mindestens einen beweglichen elastischen Teils (11, 12) geht.
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der mindestens eine Stützabschnitt (21, 22) eine Führungsrampe (23,24) aufweist, die ausgebildet ist, um die Sammelschiene (40) bei ihrem Einsetzen in das elastische Verbindungsorgan (10) zu führen.
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Stützorgan (20) mindestens zwei Stützabschnitte (21, 22) aufweist, die ausgebildet sind, um jeweils die Mobilität von zwei elastischen Teilen (11, 12) des elastischen Verbindungsorgans (10) ab einer bestimmten Position jedes der zwei elastischen Abschnitte (11, 12) einzuschränken.
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach Anspruch 5, wobei der zweite Stützabschnitt (21, 22) eine Führungsrampe (23, 24) aufweist, die ausgebildet ist, um die Sammelschiene (40) bei ihrem Einsetzen in das elastische Verbindungsorgan (10) zu führen.
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 6, wobei das Stützorgan (20) eine Aufnahme (28) für die Sammelschiene (40) umfasst, die zwischen den mindestens zwei Stützabschnitten (21, 22) begrenzt ist.
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Führungsrampen (23, 24) des ersten Stützabschnitts (21, 22) und des zweiten Stützabschnitts (21, 22) einander gegenüber angeordnet sind und ausgerichtet, um das Einsetzen der Sammelschiene (40) in die Aufnahme (28) zu fördern.
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei das Stützorgan (20) ausgebildet ist, um der verschiebenden Bewegung des elastischen Verbindungsorgans (10) zu folgen.
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, das Positionshaltemittel (32) des elastischen Verbindungsorgans (10) in seiner geschlossenen Position (P2) aufweist.
- Elektrisches Gerät (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, wobei der Isolierkörper (2) Führungsmittel (33) umfasst, die zur Ausrichtung der Sammelschiene (40) in Richtung des elastischen Verbindungsorgans (10) bestimmt sind.
