Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Hydraulische Steuerventileinrichtung (1) zur Steuerung eines doppeltwirkenden Hydraulikzylinders (7) mit einem in Zwischenstellungen drosselnden Steuerventil (2), das mit einer Förderleitung (3) einer Pumpe (4), einer zu einem Behälter (5) geführten Behälterleitung (6) und zu dem Hydraulikzylinder (7) geführten Verbraucherleitungen (8a, 8b) in Verbindung steht, wobei das Steuerventil (2) von jeweils einem hydraulischen Ansteuerdruck (pA ; pB) in Richtung einer Steuerstellung (2b; 2d) betätigt ist, in der eine Verbraucherleitung (8a; 8b) eine mit der Förderleitung (3) verbundene Zulaufseite und die weitere Verbraucherleitung (8b; 8a) eine mit dem Behälter (5) verbundene Ablaufseite bildet und wobei in den Verbraucherleitungen (8a, 8b) jeweils ein sitzdichtes Senkbremsventil (15a, 15b) zur leckölfreien Absperrung des Hydraulikzylinders (7) angeordnet ist, das eine leckagedichte Sperrstellung (17a, 17b) und eine Durchflussstellung (18a, 18b) aufweist. Die Aufgabe, eine derartige Steuerventileinrichtung zur Verfügung zu stellen, bei der ein stabiles Regelverhalten erzielt wird und Leistungsverluste bei der Ansteuerung der Senkbremsventile vermieden werden, wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass das in der Ablaufseite angeordnete sitzdichte Senkbremsventil (15b; 15a) von dem Ansteuerdruck (pA ; pB) des Steuerventils (2) in Richtung der Durchflussstellung (18b; 18a) betätigbar ist.
