Claims (10)
- Filtering device for equipping a supply pipe (C) of a swimming-pool pump (P), wherein said filtering device (1) comprises a rigid basket (2) that includes a tubular envelope (5) consisting in a grid having meshes (51), wherein said envelope (5) is provided with an inner surface (5a) and an outer surface (5b), and includes a lateral opening (13) for the entry of the water to be filtered into said basket (2), wherein said filtering device (1) is characterized in that it includes a filtering pocket (3) that has a tubular lateral wall (20), added in said basket (2) opposite the inner surface (5a) of its tubular envelope (5), wherein said filtering pocket (3), permeable to the liquids, has meshes (19) whose dimensions are lower than the dimensions of the meshes (51) of said basket tubular envelope (5), wherein said filtering pocket (3) is provided with a lateral opening (25) whose dimensions correspond, at least approximately, to the dimensions of said lateral opening (13) of the basket tubular envelope (5), and in that said filtering device (1) includes fastening means (4) for, on the one hand, securing together said basket (2) and said filtering pocket (3), and on the other hand, centering said lateral openings (13, 25) relative to each other in order to allow the entry of water into said filtering pocket (3) by passage through said centred lateral openings (13, 25).
- Filtering device according to claim 1, characterized in that the securing means (4) cooperate with the periphery (25a) of the lateral opening (25) of the filtering pocket (3) and the periphery (13a) of the lateral opening (13) of the basket tubular envelope (5), so as to at least limit the passage of water between said associated peripheries (13a, 25a).
- Filtering device according to claim 2, characterized in that the securing means (4) consist in a fastening element (4), added inside the filtering pocket (3), which includes a connecting part (30) of L-shaped cross-section comprising:- a tubular section (32), intended to be received through the lateral opening (25) of the filtering pocket (3) and the lateral opening (13) of the basket tubular envelope (5), whose outer surface (32b) conforms, to within the clearance, said centred lateral openings (13, 25), and- a rear flange (33), connected with a rear edge (32d) of said tubular section (32), intended to come in rest against the periphery (25a) of the lateral opening (25) of the filtering pocket (3).
- Filtering device according to claim 3, characterized in that the lateral opening (13) of the basket tubular envelope (5) is defined by a tubular section (14), and in that the outer surface (32b) of the tubular section (32) of the fastening element (4) conforms, to within the clearance, the inner surface (14a) of the tubular section (14) of the basket tubular envelope (5).
- Filtering device according to any one of claims 3 or 4, characterized in that the fastening element (4) includes a semi-rigid holding collar (31) that is positioned in the filtering pocket (3) so as to conform the latter along an annular inner band, wherein said holding collar (31) and said connecting part (30) define together a perimeter equal, or approximately equal, to the perimeter of the inner surface (5a) of the tubular envelope (5) of the basket (2) and of the inner surface (20a) of the tubular wall (20) of the filtering pocket (3).
- Filtering device according to claim 5, characterized in that the holding collar (31) is composed of two semi-rigid arms (35, 36), a first one of the ends (35a, 36a) of which is secured to the connection part (30), on either side of the latter, and whose second ends (35a, 36b) are secured together by connection means (35c).
- Filtering device according to claim 6, characterized in that the connection means (35c) between the arms (35, 36) comprise a ring (35c), made single-part with the second end (35b) of a first arm (35), wherein said ring (35c) defines an opening (35d) whose cross-section corresponds, to within the clearance, to the cross-section of the second arm (36) intended to be introduced through said ring (35c).
- Filtering device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the tubular envelope (5) of the basket (2) has a generally cylindrical shape, delimited by a lower edge (6) connected to a bottom wall (7) and by an upper edge (8) delimiting an upper opening (10), and in that the filtering pocket (3) has also a generally cylindrical shape corresponding, to within the clearance, to the inner surface (11) of said basket (2), with the lateral tubular wall (20) delimited by a lower edge (21) connected to a bottom wall (22) and by an upper edge (23) delimiting an upper opening (24).
- Filtering device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the meshes (19) of the filtering pocket (3) have a side dimension comprised between 1 and 2 mm, and in that the meshes (51) of the tubular envelope (5) of the basket (2) have a side dimension comprised between 3 and 4 mm.
- Filtering pocket (3) of a filtering device (1) according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
