Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Muldensystem zum Abführen von Wasser im Straßen- und Wegebau, zur Hofentwässerung und dergleichen, mit einem Rinnenkörper, der einen Bodenabschnitt und Seitenwände aufweist und ein nach oben geöffnetes U-Profil ausbildet, und wenigstens einer Abdeckeinheit zur oberseitigen Abdeckung des Rinnenkörpers, wobei die Abdeckeinheit ein Abdeckelement aufweist. Bekannte Muldensysteme dienen zum Abführen von Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten und sind im Straßen- und Wegebau, jedoch auch zur Hofentwässerung und gleichartigen Anwendungen zu finden. Die Muldensysteme sind zumeist aus einer Vielzahl von einzelnen Rinnenkörpern aufgebaut, die in Längsrichtung aneinander angrenzend angeordnet werden, um eine durchgehende Ablaufrinne zum Abführen von Wasser zu schaffen. Die Rinnenkörper weisen im Wesentlichen eine U-förmige Gestalt auf und besitzen zwei gegenüberliegende, sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht erstreckende Seitenwände sowie einen Bodenabschnitt.
Um die Rinnenkörper zur Bildung des Muldensystems abzudecken, werden Abdeckeinheiten vorgesehen, die oberseitig auf den Rinnenkörper aufgesetzt werden. Dabei ist bekannt, die Abdeckeinheiten zweiteilig auszubilden, und es können Zargen vorgesehen sein, auf die die Abdeckelemente aufgesetzt werden. Die Abdeckeinheiten können ebenfalls angrenzend aneinander angeordnet werden, um entlang des Muldensystems eine durchgehende Abdeckung des Rinnenkörpers zu schaffen.
Die Abdeckeinheiten werden häufig entweder nur auf den Rinnenkörper aufgesetzt oder mit diesem unter Zuhilfenahme von Schraubelementen verschraubt, wodurch einerseits der Montageaufwand erhöht wird, und andererseits das zeitweise Reinigen des Muldensystems erschwert ist. Claims (13)
- Trough system (1) for discharging water in road and footpath construction, for yard drainage and the like, with a channel body (10) which has a base section (27) and a side walls (15) and forms a U-shaped profile open upwards and at least one cover unit (11) for the upper covering of the channel body (10), wherein the cover unit (11) has a cover element (13),
characterised in that
the cover unit (11) has a frame (12), wherein the frame (12) has engage-around portions (14) by means of which the frame (12) can be put on the side walls (15) of the channel body (10) and the engage-around portions (14) of the frame (12) enclose the side wall (15) of the channel body (10) at least on the upper side and- wherein the frame (12) has pins (16) arranged in the engage-around portions (14), said pins being insertable into pin receptacles (17) which are introduced into the side walls (15) at the upper side, wherein the frame (12) is designed in one piece with the pins (16) and the engage-around portions (14). - Trough system (1) according to claim 1,
characterised in that,
in order to connect the frame (12) to the channel body (10), clamping elements (18) are provided. - Trough system (1) according to claim 2,
characterised in that
the frame (12) has window-like recesses (19), through which and/or into which the clamping elements (18) can be inserted, in particular can be supplied and inserted laterally. - Trough system (1) according to claim 2 or according to claim 2 and 3,
characterised in that
the clamping elements (18) have a C-shaped base shape and can preferably be arranged in a self-retaining manner on the frame (12) and on the channel body (10), wherein the clamping elements (18) in particular formed from a spring steel. - Trough system (1) according to claim 2 or according to claim 2 and one of claims 3 or 4,
characterised in that
the side walls (15) have an upper collar section (20) and in that the frame (12) has a contact section (21), with which the frame (12) can be placed on the collar section (20), wherein the clamping elements (18) enclose both sections (20, 21) by way of the C-shaped base shape. - Trough system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that
the frame (12) is designed in a rectangular manner and has four pins (16) and four recesses (19), wherein the pins (16) and the recesses (19) are preferably introduced into the corners or adjacent to the corners of the rectangular frame (12). - Trough system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that
the cover element (13) is arranged rotatably on the frame (12) in an articulated arrangement. - Trough system (1) according to claim 7,
characterised in that
the frame (12) has receiving slots (22) into which joint mouldings (23) arranged on the cover element (13) can be inserted in order to form the articulated arrangement of the cover element (13) on the frame (12). - Trough system (1) according to claim 8,
characterised in that
the receiving slot (22) and/or the joint moulding (23) are designed such that the cover element (13) can be removed from the frame (12) and in particular such that the cover element (13) can be brought into a self-retaining open arrangement on the frame (12). - Trough system (1) according to any one of claims 7 to 9,
characterised in that
a closure means (24) is arranged between the frame (12) and the cover element (13), wherein the closure means (24) is in particular arranged on the side opposite the articulated arrangement. - Trough system (1) according to claim 10,
characterised in that
the closure means (24) is formed by a spring element which is arranged retained on the cover element (13) and preferably consists of spring steel and is configured in the shape of a leaf spring. - Trough system (1) according to claim 10 or 11,
characterised in that
the closure means (24) forms a latching hook which can be latched in a latch recess (25) on the frame (12). - Trough system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that
the channel body (10) comprises a plastic material and in that the frame (12) and the cover element (13) comprise a metal material, in particular a cast material.
