Die Erfindung ist verfahrensgemäss dadurch gelöst, dass zum Einstellen des Druckes mit dem Drucktampon wenigstens eine Passermarke auf das zu bedruckende Objekt gedruckt wird, dass mit der Kamera ein Bild der gedruckten Passermarke aufgenommen und Korrekturwerte gespeichert werden und dass aufgrund dieser Korrekturwerte die Druckpositionen der wenigstens zwei Klischeebereiche korrigiert werden. Bei der erfindungsgemässen Tampondruckmaschine ist entsprechend vorgesehen, dass die Kamera so angeordnet ist, dass diese wenigstens von einem Teilbereich eines zu bedruckenden Objektes ein Bild erzeugen kann. Beim erfindungsgemässen Verfahren erfolgt die Justierung somit direkt am Druckbild bzw. an dem zu bedruckenden Objekt. Wesentlich ist, dass beim erfindungsgemässen Verfahren bzw. der erfindungsgemässen Tampondruckmaschine die Druckbildkorrektur unabhängig davon ist, woher die zu korrigierenden Fehler kommen. Es können somit sämtliche Toleranzen berücksichtigt werden. Dadurch ist es möglich, einen noch präziseren Druck zu erreichen. Solche Reinigungsvorrichtungen 8 sind dem Fachmann an sich bekannt. Ist der Drucktampon 4 gereinigt, so wird er wieder angehoben und zentrisch zur Maschinenachse A zur Verschiebeeinheit 6 bewegt. Durch Absenken des Drucktampons 4 wird nun Farbe von einem weiteren Klischee 20 aufgenommen und wiederum auf das Objekt 17 übertragen. Nach jeder Farbaufnahme wird die Platte 15 verschoben, so dass ein Klischee 20 für die nächste Farbaufnahme auf der Maschinenachse A positioniert ist. Die Kamera 22 dient zum Einstellen der Tampondruckmaschine 1. Beim Einstellen werden mit dem Tampon 4 Passermarken PA, PB, PC bzw. PN auf das Objekt 17 gedruckt. Jede Passermarke PA, PB, PC bzw. PN ist einem Klischee 20 zugeordnet. Solche Passermarken, die beispielsweise als Kreuze ausgebildet sind, sind dem Fachmann an sich bekannt. Mit der Kamera 22 können die auf das Objekt 17 gedruckten Passermarken PA, PB, PC bzw. PN aufgenommen werden. Aufgrund dieser Aufnahmen werden entsprechende Korrekturwerte berechnet und im Rechner 23 gespeichert. Das Einstellen erfolgt vorzugsweise in einem ersten Einstellzyklus und in einem zweiten Einstellzyklus. Beim ersten Einstellzyklus werden lediglich zwei Passermarken, beispielsweise die Passermarke PA und die Passermarke PN auf das Objekt 17 gedruckt und aufgrund der ermittelten Korrekturwerte bezüglich der Y-Achse wird die Platte 15 an den Rändelschrauben 24 oder anderen geeigneten Einstellmitteln justiert. Im zweiten Zyklus wird je das einzelne Klischee 20 bezüglich der notwendigen Korrekturen gemessen und mit entsprechenden individuellen Korrekturen im Rechner 23 gespeichert. Ein manuelles Justieren ist hierbei nicht vorgesehen. Nachfolgend werden diese beiden Zyklen näher erläutert.The
Zunächst wird die Tampondruckmaschine 1 in die Einstellbetriebsart gebracht und am Bedienerfeld 11 das entsprechende Programm gestartet. Der Antrieb 16 positioniert das Klischee A durch Verschieben in der X-Achse und Y-Achse in eine Position A (X) / A (Y). Das Klischee 20a ist hier somit auf der Maschinenachse A positioniert. Das Klischee 20a wird nun mit Farbe überschwemmt und der Tampon 4 nimmt den Passer PA auf. Durch eine Bewegung des Tampons 4 in der Y-Richtung wird der Passer auf das Objekt 17 gedruckt. Die Kamera 22 nimmt nun ein Bild des Druckes und insbesondere des gedruckten Passers PA auf und berechnet die notwendigen Korrekturen in X-Richtung und Y-Richtung. Der Passer PA auf dem Objekt 17 wird nun manuell entfernt. Das Klischee N fährt nun entsprechend in eine Position N (X) / N (Y). Das Klischee 20n wird nun ebenfalls mit Farbe überschwemmt und der Tampon 4 nimmt den Passer PN vom Klischee N auf. Der Tampon 4 fährt nun zum Objekt 17 und druckt auf diesem den Passer PN. Die Kamera 22 nimmt nun ein Bild des Druckes auf und speichert die ermittelten Korrekturwerte N (X) / N (Y) im Rechner 23. Das Objekt 17 wird wiederum gereinigt und damit der aufgedruckte Passer PN entfernt. Der Rechner 23 berechnet nun die Differenz der Y-Achse, zwischen A (Y-Korrektur) und N (Y-Korrektur). Der berechnete Y-Wert wird an dem Bedienerfeld 11 angezeigt. An den Rändelschrauben 24 wird nun manuell um diesen Wert nachjustiert. Claims (12)
- A pad printing machine for the at least two-stage printing of an object (17), with a machine frame (10), on which at least one printing pad carrier (3) and a printing plate carrier (5) for at least two printing plate regions (20) are mounted, and with a camera (22) as well as a computer (23) for evaluating the images generated by the camera (22) wherein the camera (22) is arranged so that it can generate an image at least of a part region of a printed object (17), and wherein the printing plate carrier (5) is arranged on a displacement unit (6), which is adjustable in X-direction and Y-direction, characterized in that the displacement unit (6) comprises means (24) on which the displacement unit (6) is manually re-adjustable with respect to the Y-axis.
- The pad printing machine according to Claim 1, characterized in that the printing pad carrier (3) can be moved for ink absorption and for ink discharge centrically to a machine axis (A).
- The pad printing machine according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the printing plate regions (20) each have a register mark (PA, PB, PC, PN) .
- The pad printing machine according to any one of the Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the object (17) can be printed multiple times with merely one printing pad (4).
- The pad printing machine according to any one of the Claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the printing pad carrier (3) is movably mounted on an arm (9) of the machine frame (10) which extends horizontally.
- The pad printing machine according to Claim 5, characterized in that the arm (9) extends over the displacement unit (6) and the mounting (2) for fixing the object (17) to be printed.
- The pad printing machine according to Claim 5 or 6, characterized in that it comprises a cleaning device (8) with which the printing pad (4) can be cleaned after each printing.
- A method for the at least two-stage printing of an object with a pad printing machine according to any one of the Claims 1 to 7, characterise in that for adjusting the print with the printing pad (4) at least one register mark (PA, PB, PC, PN) is printed onto the object (17) to be printed, in that with the camera (22) the printed register mark (PA, PB, PC, PN) is recorded and correction values are stored and in that based on these correction values the print positions of the at least two printing plate regions (20) are corrected.
- The method according to Claim 8, characterized in that the printing plate regions (20) are arranged on a displacement unit (6) which is adjustable in Y-direction and X-direction and which extends at a right angle to a machine axis (A).
- The method according to Claim 9, characterized in that in a first adjusting cycle correction values with respect to the Y-axis of the displacement unit (6) are determined and in a second adjusting cycle correction values for the individual printing plate regions (20) are determined and stored.
- The method according to Claim 9 or 10, characterized in that in the first adjusting cycle the displacement unit in (6) is readjusted manually with respect to the Y-axis.
- The method according to any one of the Claims 9 to 11, characterized in that for readjusting the Y-axis, correction values of two outer printing plate regions (20a, 20n) each are determined.
