Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Zerteilen von Bearbeitungsgut, insbesondere zum Würfeln von Lebensmitteln, mit einem entlang eines Schneidgatters um eine Drehachse rotierenden Schneidwerkzeug, welches mittels mindestens einer Abstützeinrichtung radial außen in axialer Richtung gestützt ist. Der komplementär zur den konischen Stützrollen geformte Außenumfang jeder Messerklinge läuft beim Betrieb der Vorrichtung je Umdrehung einmal in die Rolle ein, welche die auf das Messer wirkenden axialen, vom Würfelgatter weg gerichteten Reaktionskräfte aufnimmt und in das Maschinengestell ableitet. Hierdurch wird ein unzulässiges Verbiegen des Messers vermieden, welches zu einem ungleichmäßigen Bearbeitungsergebnis und zu einem Kontakt des Messers mit dem Zuführschacht führen kann. Claims (12)
- Device (1) for comminuting stock to be processed, particularly for dicing foodstuffs, comprising a cutting tool (6) which is rotatable along a cutting grating (7) about an axis of rotation and which is supported radially outwardly in axial direction by means of at least one support device (21), characterised in that the cutting tool (6) comprises at least one cutting knife (20) as well as a knife carrier which completely encircles in the region of its outer circumference and which is provided for support on the at least one radially outwardly acting support device (21), that the at least one support device (21) is provided at a housing part (5) on which the cutting tool (6) can be rotatably placed and that the support device (21) comprises a number of releasable locking elements (22) which are constructed for engagement around the outer circumference of the cutting tool (6).
- Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the support is provided continuously between knife carrier and support device (21).
- Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the knife carrier is provided in the region of the axis of rotation with a coupling device (10) for introducing a drive moment.

- Device according to claim 1 or 7, characterised in that the support device (21) comprises a plurality of releasable locking elements (22) constructed for engagement around the outer circumference of the cutting tool (6), particularly an annular element (19).
- Device according to claim 8, characterised in that the outer circumference of the cutting tool (6) is furnished on its axial surface (26) remote from the housing part (5) with an encircling bead (27) engaged around in detenting manner by the locking elements (22).
- Device according to claim 8 or 9, characterised in that the locking elements (22) are of hook-shaped construction and pivotably connected with the housing part (5) tangentially with respect to the circumference thereof.
- Device according to any one of claims 8 to 10, characterised in that preferably four locking elements (22) are arranged to be uniformly distributed over the circumference of the housing part (5).
