Claims (3)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un panneau OSB composé de copeaux de bois dispersés en procédé usuel continu ou discontinu, dans lequel des fibres de verre ou des fibres de laine de roche sont d'abord mélangées dans un dispositif d'encollage avec un adhésif pulvérulent, ou un adhésif liquide pulvérisé, puis sont dispersées en tant que couche extérieure supplémentaire supérieure et inférieure pour le panneau, et sont ensuite pressées avec les copeaux de bois dispersés.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la liaison entre les fibres de verre ou les fibres de laine de roche avec les copeaux de bois est effectuée au moyen de Phénol-Formaldéhyde-Résols ou de Phénol-Formaldéhyde-Novolaques.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des moyens coupe-feu et/ou des moyens pare-flamme, des absorbeurs de COV et de formaldéhyde, des fongicides et/ou des moyens contre l'infestation des termites sont ajoutés.
