Claims (14)
- Papiermachergewebe (1, 21, 31, 41), insbesondere Formiersieb, mit einer ersten, für die Papierseite vorgesehenen Gewebelage (2) aus miteinander verwebten ersten Fäden (4, 5, 6), welche sich wiederholende erste Geweberapporte ausbilden, und einer zweiten, für die Maschinenseite vorgesehene Gewebelage (3), welche sich wiederholende zweite Geweberapporte ausbilden, wobei die beiden Gewebelagen (2, 3) durch von ersten Fäden (5, 6) gebildeten ersten Bindefäden (6) miteinander verbunden sind, und wobei die sich in einer Richtung erstreckenden ersten Fäden (5, 6) aufgeteilt sind in erste Basisfäden (5), die mit den quer dazu verlaufenden ersten Fäden (4) eine Leinwandbindung bilden, und in die ersten Bindefäden (6), die mit den quer dazu verlaufenden ersten Fäden (4) nur abschnittsweise eine Leinwandbindung bilden, wobei die ersten Bindefäden (6) an den Bindepunkten (7, 8) nur einen einzigen quer zu den ersten Bindefäden (6) verlaufenden zweiten Faden (9) außenseitig einbinden und dabei von der ersten Gewebelage (2) zur zweiten Gewebelage (3) und wieder zurück wechseln, wobei an den Bindepunkten (7, 8) jeweils drei quer zu den ersten Bindefäden (6) verlaufende erste Fäden (4) durch die letzteren nicht eingebunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils nur ein einziger Bindefaden (6) zwischen zwei benachbarten ersten Basisfäden (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Papiermachergewebe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Bindefäden (6) jeweils unmittelbar benachbart zu zwei benachbarten ersten Basisfäden (5) angeordnet sind, und zwar ein erster Basisfaden (5) auf jeder Seite.
- Papiermachergewebe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Bindefäden als erste Bindequerfäden (6) quer zur vorgesehenen Laufrichtung des Papiermachergewebes (1, 21, 31, 41) verlaufen und an den Bindungspunkten (7, 8) nur einen einzigen zweiten Längsfaden (9) einbinden oder dass die ersten Bindefäden als erste Bindelängsfäden in der vorgesehenen Laufrichtung des Papiermachergewebes verlaufen und an den Bindepunkten nur einen einzigen zweiten Querfaden einbinden.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Bindepunkten (7, 8) die von den ersten Bindefäden (6) eingebundenen zweiten Fäden (9) mit den parallel zu den zweiten Fäden (9) verlaufenden ersten Fäden (4) jeweils ein Paar übereinanderliegender Fäden bilden und die ersten Fäden solcher Paare von zu den ersten Bindefäden (6) benachbarten ersten Basisfäden (5) in gleicher Weise eingebunden sind wie die zweiten Fäden (9) von den ersten Bindefäden (6).
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Bindefäden (6) vom jeweils benachbarten ersten Bindefaden (6) durch einen einzigen dazu parallelen ersten Basisfaden (5) oder mehrere solcher erster Basisfäden getrennt sind, insbesondere die Anzahl der zwischen zwei ersten Bindefäden (6) parallel verlaufenden ersten Basisfäden (5) maximal 4 beträgt.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Bindepunkten (7, 8) benachbart zu dem von dem jeweils ersten Bindefaden (6) eingebundenen zweiten Faden (9) jeweils zumindest ein Paar (14, 15) von übereinander angeordneten ersten und zweiten Fäden (4, 9) verlaufen und der betreffende erste Bindefaden (6) beim Wechseln der Gewebelagen (2, 3) zwischen diesen beiden ersten und zweiten Fäden (4, 9) hindurchgeht.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten Bindefäden (6) in deren Verlauf zwischen zwei benachbarten Bindepunkten (7) und jeweils symmetrisch zu diesen unter die Unterseiten von zu den ersten Bindefäden (6) quer verlaufenden ersten Fäden (4) flottieren, wobei die Anzahl der ersten Fäden (4) der Anzahl der an den Bindepunkten (7) parallel verlaufenden ersten Fäden entspricht, die dort von dem jeweiligen ersten Bindefaden (6) nicht eingebunden sind.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der zu den ersten Bindefäden (6) quer verlaufenden ersten Fäden (4) im Verhältnis zur Anzahl der dazu parallel verlaufenden zweiten Fäden (9) 1:1, 2:1, 3:2, 1:2 oder 2:3 beträgt.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der ersten Bindefäden (6) und der zu den ersten Bindefäden (6) parallel verlaufenden ersten Basisfäden im Verhältnis zur Anzahl der dazu parallel verlaufenden zweiten Fäden (10) 1:1, 2:1 oder 3:2 beträgt.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zu den ersten Bindefäden von zweiten Fäden gebildete zweite Bindefäden vorhanden sind, die quer zu den ersten Bindefäden verlaufen und an den Bindungspunkten mit zumindest einem ersten Faden einbinden, der quer zu den zweiten Bindefäden verläuft.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Gewebelage (3) mindestens vier-schäftig und höchstens 24-schäftig gewebt ist, vorzugsweise sechs- oder acht-schäftig gewebt ist.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die in vorgesehener Laufrichtung des Papiermachergewebes verlaufenden Fäden (4, 9) aus PET, PEN oder aus Mischungen oder Copolymeren dieser Materialien bestehen und/oder die quer zur vorgesehenen Laufrichtung verlaufenden Fäden (5, 6) aus PET, PA oder Mischungen oder Copolymeren dieser Materialien oder Mischungen dieser Materialien mit PU bestehen.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fäden (4, 5, 6, 9, 11) einen runden, ovalen, rechteckigen oder anders profilierten Querschnitt haben.
- Papiermachergewebe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Fäden (4, 5, 6, 9, 11) vorgesehen sind, die aus wenigstens zwei Monofilamenten oder Multifilamenten gedreht oder geflochten sind und/oder die mit einer Beschichtung versehen sind, die insbesondere aus Urethan oder Acryl besteht oder Nanopartikel verwendet.
