Definitions
- the invention relates to a strip-shaped profile element for providing a shadow on or in a building, the use of such a profile element as a body-integrated luminaire housing and a lamp with such a luminaire housing.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a lighting system with which the disadvantages described above avoided and universally applicable, variable, structurally simple, inexpensive producible and mountable lighting of building surfaces in the interior and exterior is possible.
- a strip-shaped shadow groove profile element is provided for a flush arrangement on or in a building.
- the profile element is designed for receiving luminous elements, so that it serves for the indirect illumination of at least one building surface and / or of a limited space of at least one building surface.
- such a strip-shaped profile elements is used to provide a shadow groove as a body-integrated luminaire housing, wherein the profile element is designed for flush mounting on or in a building and used to hold lighting elements such that an indirect illumination of at least one building surface and / or one of at least a building surface of limited space takes place.

- a core idea of the invention is to provide a luminaire arranged flush with or in the building for the indirect illumination of at least one building surface or a space delimited by at least one building surface.
- a space at least partially limiting preferably as part a building permanently mounted component or even a part of a building exterior facade understood, for example, a floor, a wall, a ceiling, a steel beam, a tile element, a mirror or the like.
- a structural body is a structural element whose structural area, which at least partially delimits the space, is substantially closed.
- the expert understands an arrangement in which the lamp is integrated in such a way in the building that it is substantially flush with the surrounding building surface.
- a strip-shaped profile element is used, which serves to provide a shadow groove.
- an illuminated shadow groove is provided, which realizes the above-mentioned indirect illumination of the building surface or space.
- the lighting elements are arranged in a receiving space formed by the profile element so that an illumination of the shadow groove and thus an indirect illumination of at least one building surface and / or of at least one building surface limited space. It is particularly advantageous if the indirect illumination is achieved with the aid of LED lighting elements.
- the use of LED elements provides a particularly homogeneous light. In addition, the use of LED elements is particularly energy efficient and therefore environmentally friendly.
- the illuminated shadow groove serving as a luminaire is hidden in the structure.
- the shadow groove closes with others Words flush with the space limiting the building surface.
- an additional housing for example in the form of a box or a veneer, is not required.
- the profile element forms as a carrier of the lighting elements at the same time the "housing" of the lamp, possibly together with parts of the building. This results in a particularly small footprint compared to conventional lighting systems. Due to the simple structure manufacturing and assembly costs remain low.
- the illuminated shadow groove is universally applicable. For example, it is particularly suitable for use as lighting corridors in hospitals and public buildings. But it is also very well for indirect lighting of living or working spaces. Due to the universality of the profile element according to the invention this can be used for all conceivable applications. It is therefore not necessary to provide different profile elements for wall, ceiling and floor shadow grooves.
- the lighting system according to the invention can not only be used universally. It can also be retrofitted so that, for example, it is possible to react flexibly to changed room uses.
- a building typically consists of a concrete material, of masonry, of a wood material or of another, a continuous, flat surface forming building material, such as plasterboard.
- the present invention is particularly advantageous in a lightweight construction, for example, in connection with the use of plasterboard used.
- use in massive structures is also readily possible.
- Fig. 1 is the known from the prior art "box solution” shown, in which a lamp housing 1 is fixed to a ceiling 2. On two sides of the lamp housing 1 lighting elements 3 are arranged in receiving spaces 4, which allow indirect lighting of the ceiling 2 and 5 of the room.
- the disadvantage is here in particular the reduced by the box-shaped structure of the lamp housing 1 ceiling height.
- FIG. 2 is shown in a sectional view of the illumination system 10 according to the invention.
- An inventive profile element 11 serves to form a shadow groove 12 between a first structure 13 and a second structure 14, here for example between a ceiling element and a wall.
- a substructure 15, z. As a wooden battens, provided at the 16 by means of fastening elements the strip-shaped profile element 11 is attached.
- the strip-shaped profile element 11 serves on the one hand as a support or receiving element for the ceiling element 13 and on the other to provide the shadow groove 12 between the ceiling element 13 on the one hand and the wall 14 on the other.
- the profile element 11 is formed such that a part 17 of the profile element 11 partially covers the shadow groove 12 formed by the distance between the two structures 13, 14 and thus forms a receiving space 18 for lighting elements 19, so that the profile element 11 to create a lit.
- Shadow groove 12 and thus for indirect illumination of at least one building surface 21, here a partial surface of the wall 14, or for indirect illumination of the space bounded by the wall 22 is suitable.
- the material used for the production of the profile element 11 can basically be chosen freely. Metal materials and plastic materials have proven to be useful, the profile 11 preferably being extruded. To have a particularly universal use Profile elements 11 made of sheet metal with a plate thickness of 0.6 millimeters and a profile length of 2.5 meters proved.
- Fig. 3 shows a one-piece profile element 11, which is preferably used when a wall 14 or a ceiling 13 is to be provided with an illuminated shadow groove 12.
- the open groove width 23 is generally at least 10 millimeters, so that even a simple arrangement of the light elements 19 in the receiving space 18 of the profile element 11 is possible, as well as a subsequent replacement of defective light elements 19.
- the profile element 11 has a substantially double-T-shaped cross-section, which is composed of two U-shaped areas.
- the common U-base 24 separates a limited by a longer upper U-flank 25 and a shorter lower U-flank 26 receiving space 27 for the first building, the ceiling element 13, a likewise from a longer upper U-flank 28 and a shorter lower U-flank 29 limited opposite, to the second structure 14 toward open receiving space 18 for a number of lighting elements 19th
- the plasterboard ceiling element 13 with a thickness 23 of 12.5 millimeters is in the assembled state in by the Profile member 11 provided building-receiving space 27 introduced and rests on the lower U-flank 26 of the profile element 11 with a support depth 31 of about 5 to 10 millimeters. Subsequent to the mounting of the ceiling element 13, the lower U-flanks 26, 29 are flush-fitted flush with the underside 32 of the ceiling element 13 and then ground, so that a flush arrangement of the profile element 11 results on the ceiling element 13.
- the remaining shadow groove width 23 results from the difference in length between the upper U-edge.
- the width 23 of the illuminated shadow groove 12 and thus the width of the lighting system 10 made available, flush with the bottom 32 of the ceiling element 13 final "luminous strip" and the intensity the indirect lighting is therefore variably selectable by a corresponding design of the profile element 11.
- Fig. 3 illustrated one-piece profile element 11 may also be made of a plurality of interconnected components, for example, two interconnected on the U-bottom 24 U-profiles. The same applies to the individual parts of the Fig. 4 illustrated profile element 11th
- This profile element 11 by two-part design differs from that in Fig. 3 imaged profile element 11 by in that the part 17 of the profile element 11 which delimits the light-emitting element receiving space 18 and which at least partly covers the shadow groove 12, here also the shorter lower U-flank 29, is designed as a component 34 which is detachable from a profile element base body 33.
- This separately manageable component 34 has the shape of a cross-sectionally L-shaped profile strip, wherein the one L-leg 35 in the mounted state (see FIG. 4a ) serves as a short U-flank 29 of the light-emitting element receiving space 18, while the other arranged at right angles to other L-leg 36 rests in the assembled state in a receiving groove 37, which provides the base body 33 of the profile element 11.
- the receiving groove 37 is thereby formed by the U-base 24 of the building-receiving space 27 serving web 38 on the one hand and by a parallel thereto, as a U-base 24 of the opposite light-emitting element receiving space 18 serving second land 39 on the other.
- the detachable component 34 is fixed in the mounted state in the receiving groove 37.
- a (adhesive) sealant for example, based on silicone, which ensures a moisture-proof attachment, as may be required, for example in wet rooms, or on the component 34 and / or in the receiving groove 37 are fasteners (not shown) for training a snap or snap connection provided. Since act on the component 34 in the assembled state no significant forces, no special requirements are placed on the type of attachment in this regard, so that even very inexpensive solutions can be used.
- the present invention can also be realized by a profile element 11, in which the light-emitting element receiving space 18 opposite area is not designed as a building-receiving space 27, but only as a structural body.
- the profile element 11 lacks the upper longer U-flank 25 of the building-receiving space 27.
- the structure 13 is then only on the lower shorter U-flank 26.
- light elements 19 in the light-emitting element receiving space 18 of the profile element 11 is variable in many respects.
- the type of light-emitting elements 19 used can be varied, but also LED elements are preferably used because of the particularly small design. It is also possible to change the type of indirect lighting by a different positioning of the lighting elements 19 in the receiving space 18. Exemplary is in Fig. 3 an arrangement of a light-emitting element 19 on the inside of the lower U-flank 29 and in Fig. 4 the arrangement of a light-emitting element 19 on the U-base 24 shown.
- the attachment of the lighting elements 19 can also vary.
- the profile element 11 made of a metallic material, it has proved to be particularly advantageous as light elements 19 on a strip-shaped magnetic carrier (not shown in detail) to use attached single LEDs.
- a magnetic carrier it is not only particularly easy to mount the light elements 19 (also retrofitted), since this only the magnetic carrier must be inserted into the receiving space 18 of the profile element 11.
- the lighting elements 19 are also releasably attached to the profile element 11 so that they can be easily removed or replaced again.
- the LEDs are preferably glued to the magnet carrier. However, they can also be otherwise attached to the carrier.
- the magnet carrier variant is particularly advantageous for profile elements 11 with comparatively wide shadow groove 12 applicable, as in Fig. 3 is shown.
- LED strips are preferably used (not shown in detail) as light elements 19. These are evenly spaced LEDs on a flexible substrate.
- a double-sided adhesive tape is provided on the back of the LED support, so that the LED strip, after being cut to the required length, can be glued into the light-emitting element receiving space 18 of the profile element 11 in a particularly simple manner.
- This variant is cheaper than the magnet carrier variant described above. Another advantage is that in this case too Plastic can be used as a material for the production of the profile elements 11.
- holes 41 are provided in the profile element 11 at regular intervals. These are located advantageously in the vicinity of the later position of the lighting elements 19.
- the operation of the lighting elements 19 is preferably carried out by means of a remote control (not shown), either wired or wireless.
- the invention is not limited to provide a shadow groove 12 between a first structure 13 and a second structure 14.
- the shadow groove 12 may be formed according to the principles of the invention in a building or between sub-elements of a building, for example, at a distance from a wall 14 position of the ceiling 13. Accordingly, in another, not shown in the figures embodiment of the invention, the use a substructure 15 for connecting the first structure 13 with the second structure 14 is not required.
- the profile element 11 is instead arranged in a spaced from the second structure 14 receiving opening in the first structure 13, for example, in an introduced in the first structure 13 receiving groove. In this case can the profile element 11 be structurally simpler, since it does not have a building-receiving space 27 must have.
- the profile element 11 is in turn mounted flush in the space provided receiving opening and provides the shadow groove 12 is available.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a strip-shaped profile element for providing a shadow on or in a building, the use of such a profile element as a body-integrated luminaire housing and a lamp with such a luminaire housing.
From the prior art it is known to perform on building structures, such as ceilings or walls of interiors, an indirect lighting of the building surfaces by a lamp housing in the form of a housing box is attached to the building. Such a "box solution" inevitably leads to a structure of the ceiling or the wall, whereby the space to be illuminated is reduced. If it is a luminaire box mounted on a ceiling, the room height is reduced and the attachment of additional conventional luminaires to the ceiling is made more difficult. If it is a luminaire box mounted on a wall, it is no longer possible to set up furniture on this wall without further ado.
An object of the present invention is to provide a lighting system with which the disadvantages described above avoided and universally applicable, variable, structurally simple, inexpensive producible and mountable lighting of building surfaces in the interior and exterior is possible.
This object is achieved by a profile element according to claim 1, the use of such a profile element according to claim 6 and a lamp according to claim 7.
According to the invention, a strip-shaped shadow groove profile element is provided for a flush arrangement on or in a building. The profile element is designed for receiving luminous elements, so that it serves for the indirect illumination of at least one building surface and / or of a limited space of at least one building surface.
According to the invention, such a strip-shaped profile elements is used to provide a shadow groove as a body-integrated luminaire housing, wherein the profile element is designed for flush mounting on or in a building and used to hold lighting elements such that an indirect illumination of at least one building surface and / or one of at least a building surface of limited space takes place.
According to the invention, a luminaire is thus provided with luminous elements arranged in a luminaire housing, wherein the luminaire housing is formed at least partially by a strip-shaped shadow groove profile element arranged flush with or in a building, which is designed to receive the luminous elements for indirect illumination of at least one building surface and / or a space bounded by at least one building surface.
A core idea of the invention is to provide a luminaire arranged flush with or in the building for the indirect illumination of at least one building surface or a space delimited by at least one building surface. Under a building is doing a space at least partially limiting, preferably as part a building permanently mounted component or even a part of a building exterior facade understood, for example, a floor, a wall, a ceiling, a steel beam, a tile element, a mirror or the like. In other words, a structural body is a structural element whose structural area, which at least partially delimits the space, is substantially closed. Under a flush arrangement, the expert understands an arrangement in which the lamp is integrated in such a way in the building that it is substantially flush with the surrounding building surface.
Instead of a light housing according to the invention a strip-shaped profile element is used, which serves to provide a shadow groove. As a result, an illuminated shadow groove is provided, which realizes the above-mentioned indirect illumination of the building surface or space.
The lighting elements are arranged in a receiving space formed by the profile element so that an illumination of the shadow groove and thus an indirect illumination of at least one building surface and / or of at least one building surface limited space. It is particularly advantageous if the indirect illumination is achieved with the aid of LED lighting elements. The use of LED elements provides a particularly homogeneous light. In addition, the use of LED elements is particularly energy efficient and therefore environmentally friendly.
The illuminated shadow groove serving as a luminaire is hidden in the structure. The shadow groove closes with others Words flush with the space limiting the building surface. By this flush arrangement, an additional housing, for example in the form of a box or a veneer, is not required. The profile element forms as a carrier of the lighting elements at the same time the "housing" of the lamp, possibly together with parts of the building. This results in a particularly small footprint compared to conventional lighting systems. Due to the simple structure manufacturing and assembly costs remain low.
The illuminated shadow groove is universally applicable.
The lighting system according to the invention can not only be used universally. It can also be retrofitted so that, for example, it is possible to react flexibly to changed room uses.

A building typically consists of a concrete material, of masonry, of a wood material or of another, a continuous, flat surface forming building material, such as plasterboard. The present invention is particularly advantageous in a lightweight construction, for example, in connection with the use of plasterboard used. However, use in massive structures is also readily possible.

The strip-shaped
The material used for the production of the

The
Since the

The

The invention is not limited to provide a
