Claims (12)
- A fan impeller (1)- with a plurality of fan impeller blades (2, 3),• which are arranged between a base plate (4) and a cover plate (5) radially around a fan impeller midpoint (M),• which have first and second blade faces (6, 7) that point in opposite directions, and• which have a radially outward directed outer edge (8) and a radially inward directed inner edge (9), as viewed from the fan impeller midpoint (M) in the radial direction (R), and- with a deflecting device (10) for contaminants present in the air conveyed by the fan impeller blades (2, 3), such as, in particular, oil particles,- wherein the deflecting device (10) is designed as a reinforcing profile (10A, 10B, 10C), which is associated with each fan impeller blade (2, 3) and is arranged between the base plate (4) and the cover plate (5) so as to maintain a radial distance (A) with respect to the outer edge (8) of the fan impeller blades (2, 3), as viewed from the fan impeller midpoint (M) in the radial direction (R), and- wherein the reinforcing profiles (10A, 10B, 10C) are fastened to the base plate (4) and/or the cover plate (5), and- wherein the reinforcing profiles (10A, 10B, 10C) are formed as grooves, which extend from the base plate (4) to the cover plate (5).
- The fan impeller according to claim 1, further characterized in that the reinforcing profiles (10A, 10B, 10C) are arranged tilted at an angle (α) with respect to the longitudinal midline (L) of the fan impeller.
- The fan impeller according to claim 2, further characterized in that the reinforcing profiles (10A, 10B, 10C) are tilted inward in the direction toward the fan impeller midpoint (M) and the base plate (4).
- The fan impeller according to claim 2 or 3, further characterized in that the outer edges (8) are tilted at the same angle (α) with respect to the longitudinal midline (L) of the fan impeller.
- The fan impeller according to one of claims 1 to 4, further characterized in that the reinforcing profiles (10A, 10B, 10C) are formed with a favorable flow.
- The fan impeller according to one of claims 1 to 5, further characterized in that, seen in plan view, the reinforcing profiles (10A) are formed with an arrowhead shape.
