Description

The invention relates to a trained as a composite pipe, provided with water inlet openings seeping pipe.

Drain pipes, as they are primarily used for agricultural applications, have according to DIN 1187 slit-shaped water inlet openings between the wave crests of the composite pipe, the width of these water inlet openings is a maximum of 2.0 mm.

As far as such composite pipes are used as seepage pipes in Verkehrswegebau, the usual slot widths are between 0.8 and 1.4 mm. In the extent usual geometry of composite pipes, as in Fig. 3 is shown, the slit-like water inlet openings can be easily arranged in the trough. Fig. 3 indicates for this purpose such a composite tube, which is formed from an inner tube 1 and a curved outer tube 2. The corrugated outer tube 2 has - in cross-section - wave crests 3, which are bounded by two mutually outwardly inclined flanks 4, 5 and a these flanks 4, 5 limiting annular cylindrical peripheral surface 6. Two adjacent wave crests 3 are welded to the two inner facing flanks 4, 5 connecting foot web 7 with the inner smooth inner tube 1. This region forms in each case a wave trough 8. In this wave trough 8, a slot-like water inlet opening 9 is formed centrally between two adjacent wave crests 3 with a width a in the longitudinal direction of the tube. For this width a, as already mentioned, 0.8 mm ≤ a ≤ 1.4 mm applies. For the width b of the wave crests 3 in the region of the circumferential surface 6, in relation to the width c of the corrugation 8 in the region of the circumferential surfaces 6, b> c. For the pitch t of the corrugation, t = b + c. For the width d of the wave crests 3 in Area of the footbridges 7 applies in comparison to the width e of the footbridges 7: d> e. The not cut by the water inlet opening 9 area of the footbridge 7 has a width f.

The above-described known composite pipes are not suitable for use in track and tunnel construction, since there water inlet openings are required with a slot width of 2.5 to 5.0 mm and also beyond. These large slot widths serve the purpose of preventing a Verockerung or sintering of the tube. In addition, the flushing of sealed water inlet openings should be made possible.

Such pipes with wide slot-like water inlet openings can be readily formed as solid wall pipes. However, this is not possible for composite pipes with the usual composite pipe geometry.

The invention is therefore the object of designed as a composite pipes seepage pipes in such a way that slot-shaped water inlet openings can be provided with a large slot width.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that deviating from the usual composite tube geometry, the distance of adjacent wave crests from each other is increased such that wider slot-like water inlet openings can be formed without the bond between outer tube and inner tube is destroyed.

Claim 2 is an advantageous embodiment in the foot of the wave mountains again.

The wave crests 3 have the same cross section as the wave crests 3 in the prior art Fig. 3 ie they also have the appropriate dimensions b and d. For the dimensions of the respective wave trough 8 ', there is a width c' in the region of the circumferential surfaces 6 and a width e 'in the region of the foot land 7'. The water inlet openings 9 'have a width a', wherein it also applies here that the water inlet openings 9 'are formed centrally in the footbridge 7'. For the width f 'of the two not through the water inlet openings 9 'cut parts of the footbridge 7' applies: f '> 2.0 mm. It is further f '≥ a' / 2. In addition: t <t '. After all, the same applies here as for the composite pipes Fig. 3 in that they are in the range of DN 100 to DN 300.
