  • ● wobei mittels in diese Bohrungen eingesteckter Spreizmittel, vorzugsweise eingedrehter Montageschrauben eine Verspreizung und damit Verankerung der Kunststoffspreizen an der Tragplatte erfolgt und
  • ● wobei die Montageplatte an ihrer Frontseite mit Führungs-/Haltemitteln versehen ist, in welche korrespondierend hierzu angeordnete, an der Rückseite des Leuchtenelements vorgesehene Haltemittel eingreifen.

Fig. 4 zeigt des Weiteren vier in symmetrischer Art und Weise längs eines "gedachten" Kreises - siehe den gestrichelt angedeuteten Kreis A - angeordnete Führungs-Haltemittel 15 sowie vier ebenfalls in symmetrischer Art und Weise an den Kanten der Montageplatte 10 angebrachte Markierungen 16, welche den "Verdrehwinkel" angeben, um welchen das Leuchtenelement zunächst auf die Montageplatte 10 aufzusetzen ist. Dabei können unterschiedlich ausgestaltete Leuchtenelemente 18 auf ein und dieselbe Montageplatte unter Verwendung ein und desselben Unterputz-Gerätesockels aufgesetzt werden:

  • gemäß Fig. 8 ist der Leuchtkörper 19 in Form eines Acrylkörpers ausgebildet, welcher nach außen sichtbar von keinerlei Rahmen eingefasst wird,
  • gemäß Fig. 9 wird der Leuchtenkörper 19 von einem auch in der montierten Position von außen sichtbaren Rahmen 21 umschlossen. Bei Verwendung des Rahmens 21 ist eine formschöne Einbindung / Integration der Unterputz-LED-Leuchte in ein Installationsgeräte-Programm respektive Schalter- und Steckdosenprogramm möglich.

  3. 3. Verdrehtes Aufsetzen des Leuchtenelements 18 auf die Montageplatte 10 unter Beachtung der Markierungen 16 und anschließendes Drehen des Leuchtenelements 18 in die Endposition, wodurch Führungs-/Haltemittel 15 / Haltemittel 22 im Sinne eines Bajonett-Verschlusses zusammenwirken. Zweckmä-βig erfolgt in der Endposition eine geringfügige und wieder lösbare Verrastung von Führungs-/Haltemittel 15 / Haltemittel 22.

  3. 3. Gegebenenfalls Demontage des Unterputz-Gerätesockels 3 aus der Unterputz-Gerätedose durch Zurückstellen der Federspreizen und/oder Ausdrehen der durch die Schlüsselloch-Ausnehmungen greifenden Befestigungsschrauben.

Während des abschließenden Montageschritts wird das Leuchtenelement 18 in der vorstehend erläuterten Art und Weise auf die Montageplatte 10 aufgesetzt und verdreht. Dabei ist in Fig. 10 diejenige Ausführungsform gezeigt, bei welcher das Leuchtenelement einen quasi nach außen hin unsichtbaren Rahmen aufweist und bei welcher der in Form eines Acrylquaders ausgeführte Leuchtkörper 19 optisch im Sinne eines Designelements in den Vordergrund tritt.In Fig. 10 a perspective view of a mounting plate / lamp element configuration shown before assembly. Claims (5)

Unterputz-LED-Leuchte (1), insbesondere Deckenleuchte, für den elektrischen und mechanischen Anschluss in einer handelsüblichen Unterputz-Gerätedose (24), mit einem eine Tragplatte (5) besitzenden Unterputz-Gerätesockel (3), welcher ein Leuchtmittel (4) und einen dieses Leuchtmittel (4) speisenden Konverter inklusive Anschlusseinheit für 230V-Netzleitungen aufweist, ● wobei eine zusätzliche Montageplatte (10) zur Befestigung eines Leuchtenelements (18) am Unterputz-Gerätesockel (3) vorgesehen ist, ● wobei an der Rückseite der Montageplatte (10) angeordnete Kunststoffspreizen (12) in entsprechende Aufnahmen (8) der Tragplatte (5) eingreifen, ● wobei die Kunststoffspreizen (12) Bohrungen (13) aufweisen, welche von der Frontseite der Montageplatte (10) aus zugänglich sind, ● wobei mittels in diese Bohrungen (13) eingesteckter Spreizmittel, vorzugsweise eingedrehter Montageschrauben (14), eine Verspreizung und damit Verankerung der Kunststoffspreizen (12) an der Tragplatte (5) erfolgt und ● wobei die Montageplatte (10) an ihrer Frontseite mit Führungs-/Haltemitteln (5) versehen ist, in welche korrespondierend hierzu angeordnete, an der Rückseite des Leuchtenelements (18) vorgesehene Haltemittel (22) eingreifen.
