- Fig. 3 shows the basic structure of the integrated in the container lid resealable opening according to the invention in a sectional view along the line EE in Fig. 2 ,
- a resealable container lid One of the essential requirements placed on a resealable container lid is that the container, which is closed with a container lid, must be liquid-tight and gas-tight, especially in the area of the resealable opening. Even after the container has been opened via the resealable closure, this closure must ensure that gas-tightness is ensured, since internal pressures in the range of approximately 2 bar may occur due to shaking or shaking effects, in particular in the case of carbonated beverages, with undesirable outgassing effects could adjust if the resealable closure would not ensure the required tightness.
- Fig. 3 indicates that the resealable closure according to the invention is a unit in which the closure components are integrated into the lid 1.
- the tear-open area is defined by a conventional tear notch 4 in the lid surface 3.
- the essential components of the closure according to the invention are formed by a circumferential lid receiving part 10 and a co-operating therewith in the manner of a snap-lock closure collar part 5, which forms together with the located within the tear notch 4 opening portion 11, the swing-lid part, which is connected via a pivot plate connection 16 with the anchoring element 14.
- On the collar part 5 engages on the outside and the anchoring element 14 opposite the pull tab 15 at.
- the lid surface 3 comprises a peripheral viewing surface 23 and a lid surface portion 23 a, which receives the essential components of the closure according to the invention.
- the lid surface portion 23 a is recessed relative to the viewing surface 23.
- the lid surface portion 23a comprises the opening portion 11 defined by the circumferential tear-open groove 4 of known type.
- the visible surface 23 and the lid surface portion 23a with the opening portion 11 are formed integrally.
- Fig. 4 shows a significantly enlarged sectional view corresponding to the circular marked portion of Fig. 3 whereby details of the structure of the container lid 1 can be seen more clearly.
- the lid receiving part 10 is formed, wherein an annular recess 12 is provided, which has approximately the shape of a downwardly widening U in cross section and is suitable, a snap-locking receptacle for a corresponding / complementary To form counter element.
- the adjacent to the tear notch 4 circumferentially provided lid receiving part 10 is associated with the collar part 5, which consists of one of the Cover surface 3 - and thus also the lid receiving part 10 - different plastic material and is chosen so that it does not connect with the injection molding process with the material of the lid surface 3 and the cover receiving part 10.
- the collar part 5 is firmly and gas-tightly connected to the opening region 11 of the container lid, for which purpose a peripheral, web-like attachment projection 6 with openings 7 is provided adjacent to the tear-open groove 4 in the region of the outer circumference of the opening region 11.
- These perforations 7 allow the formation of webs of the material of the collar part 5, which extend through the formed on the opening portion 11 mounting lug 6 and thus allow a reliable connection of the opening portion 11 and the collar part 5.
- the pivot plate connection 16 is also provided with the anchoring element 14 also formed simultaneously.
- the anchoring element 14 can be formed in substantially the same way and is constructed in an analogous manner as the connection between the collar part 5 and the opening portion 11.
- film hinges 21, which are provided adjacent to the anchoring element 14, is in the pivot plate connection 16 from the the same material existing buckling spring element 22 integrated by conventional design.
- This buckling spring element 22 holds the collar part 5 with the attached opening portion 11 in the open position when it is swung by more than 90 °.
- the buckling spring element 22 snaps over and obstructs the closing process in any way.
- the collar part 5 is connected to a fixing region 13 with the flexibly formed pull tab 15, wherein the connection preferably takes place in the context of an injection process.
- the pull tab 15 extends to the opposite inner region of the collar member 5, is applied to this and extends substantially parallel to the plane of the opening portion 11, i. it is in the closed state of the resealable opening before a very space-saving, compact arrangement.
- a plastic material is used, which ensures a slight expansion of the recess 12 when pressing the dome rib 9 and then holding this dome rib 9 via a rounded undercut.
- a plastic material is used, on the one hand with the material of the lid receiving part 10 no connection and on the other hand also significantly inelastic than the material of the lid receiving part 10. This is also important because the collar part 5 must have a basic stiffness, which is required for the container opening operation.
- the plastic material used for the pull tab 15 preferably again differs from the already mentioned plastic materials and is so elastic that the pull tab 15 can be easily raised by grasping and then operated in the manner required for opening.
- the shorter lever is thereby moved inward, ie towards the container interior and the resulting deformation causes - possibly supported by a provided for increasing the rigidity local projection, which can be provided if necessary - a local breaking of the tear 4, then on further pulling the pull tab 15 is separated with little force over the entire circumference.
- the dome rib 9 leaves the corresponding recess 12 in the lid receiving part.
- the lid part can then after complete separation of the snap-locking connection via the pivot plate connection 16 and the film hinges 21 of the formed free opening and swung up.
- the existing buckling spring element 22 the open lid part is held in the open position.
- the initial opening of the container differs from subsequent opening and closing operations as a rule by the fact that the force required for initial opening is significantly greater than the force required for reopening after reclosure force and above all, the case perceptible noise significantly different is.
- Fig. 5 shows a lid 1, the edge portion 2 is provided with an internal thread 17, so that the lid 1 can be screwed onto a container with a complementary external thread, such as a bottle.
- the container can be refilled in a simple manner, since the cover 1 can be unscrewed if necessary and refilling does not have to be done by the resealable opening portion 11.
- a sealing ring 18 is provided.
- the above-described embodiments of the subject invention each have a rim portion 2 and a lid surface 3 formed integrally from a plastic.
- the edge portion 2 may be made of a different material, such as metal, and / or coated. Even with such embodiments, a reliable and strong and above all gas-tight coupling between the material of the edge portion 2 and the plastic of the lid surface 3 must be ensured.
- the metal sheets used for many beverage containers are provided with paint layers. These paint layers often do not reliably connect with one of the plastics which are suitable for the formation of the cover surface 3. The resulting in a direct encapsulation of the edge portion 2 by the material of the lid surface 3 coupling of the two components is therefore not gas-tight in many cases.
- adhesion promoters can be used. Another solution is to create a connection with sealing materials.
- Fig. 6 shows schematically how such a connection can be constructed.
- a region of the metallic edge section 2 which adjoins a recess and is provided for the shaping of the cover surface 3 is first encapsulated by an elastic sealing material 8 (usually a plastic).
- the recess is covered on the face side and in the vicinity of the end face with the sealing material 8.
- the sealing material 8 is set by the plastic material of the lid surface 3 under tension, so that even the container interior against the atmosphere can be completely closed gas-tight, if the plastic materials with the connect paint used for coating the edge section 2, because it is realized here working with a permanent mechanical bias seal.
- the bias voltage is achieved by the injection pressure and the resulting during spraying emphasis.
- Fig. 7 shows a further embodiment of the lid 1 for closing a bottle 24.
- the edge portion 2 of the lid 1 is formed substantially like a crown cap. However, in contrast to conventional bottle caps, in its central region it has a recess into which the lid surface 3 is injected. In order to improve a mechanical connection between the annular edge portion 2 and the lid surface 3, the former has perforations 7 '. Through the openings 7 'can occur in the injection process of the lid surface 3 plastic material and form webs that reliably connect the two components together.
- connection described above can be formed analogous to the gas-tight connection, which is based on the Fig. 6 was explained. However, this is not necessary because it is not in contact with the interior of the bottle 24.
- the tightness of the bottle closure therefore depends only on the tightness of the reclosable opening portion 11 associated snap-locking connection and the tightness of the contact between the lid surface 3 and an edge of the bottle 24.
- Fig. 8 shows an enlargement of the marked with a circle area of Fig. 7 .
- the structure of the resealable closure is basically constructed as in the covers 1 of Fig. 1 to 4 or 5.
- the collar part 5 not only has an annular structure, but is additionally provided with a collar portion 25 which covers the opening area 11 of the lid surface 3 and which, inter alia, has an additional stabilizing effect.
- the anchoring element 14 does not necessarily have to be formed on the cover surface 3. It can also be provided on the edge portion 2. For this purpose, for example, a recess with one or more undercuts in the edge portion 2 may be formed. Alternatively, an anchoring recess can be provided in the edge section 2, in which the anchoring element 14 analogous to that in connection with the in Fig. 6 anchoring the lid surface 3 described in the edge portion 2 is fixed.
- the edge portion 2 is first made, for example punched from a piece of metal, wherein a recess for the lid surface 3 is provided.
- the recess can be extrusion coated on the face side and in the vicinity of its end face with the elastic sealing material 8.
- the lid surface 3 is injected into the recess to form a positive and / or non-positive gas-tight connection with the edge portion 2, wherein in the lid surface 3, the opening portion 11 circumferential tear-4 and the tear-4 adjacent at least on the outside a lid receiving part 10 with the recess 12 are formed.
- edge portion 2 and top surface 3 is then used with integrated lid receiving part 10 for the next injection molding process as a counter-mold, and the annular collar part 5 is injected from a non-connecting with the material of the lid receiving part 10 plastic material and the tear-4 on the inside adjacent to the opening portion 11 positively and / or non-positively connected, said annular collar part 5 is designed such that it engages over the lid receiving part 10 and has a recess 12 to the complementary shaped rib 9.
- the annular recess 12 in the lid receiving part 10 thus forms the counter-forming region for the positively engaging dome rib 9, which is an integral part of the annular collar part 5.
- the pull tab 15 is sprayed simultaneously with the collar part 5, with one end in a radially outer portion of the collar part 5 is anchored and extends in the form of a ring tab 15 to the container lid center region.
- a supporting area for the pivoting-plate connection 16, which is located on the side of the anchoring element 14, is also formed.
- the pull tab 15 is also injected using an inclined shape, wherein the pull tab material in the fixing region 13 can penetrate into correspondingly provided recesses of the collar member 5 and in this way the pull tab 15 is fixed.
- All embodiments of the invention have in common that the resealable container lid in the conventional production process, i. the process of processing container lids without resealable opening, processable and thus applied with the available facilities a Be enjoyederab Stahl on the respective container and the container can be closed.
- the gas tightness achieved according to the invention also ensures that the durability of the respective contents of the container is in no way adversely affected in comparison with non-resealable containers.

The known constructions for reclosable container lids are disadvantageous in terms of the required ease of handling, the essential gas-tightness for the durability of the respective container contents and the usability in conventional installations of a container filling line, which have led to these container closures not being used industrially.
The object of the invention is to provide a container lid, in particular for beverage containers, with a reclosable opening which not only processes in the available installations of a container filling line, i. applied to the container and can be connected to this airtight and gas-tight, but above all ensures a high-quality, gas and liquid-tight closure in the reclosable opening, only low opening and reclosing forces requires and in particular a one-handed operation when opening and Close allows.
This object is achieved according to the invention starting from a container lid with the features cited in the preamble of
By turning away from previously known, prefabricated closure units that had to be connected via flange elements and the like with the container lid, and the integration of lid receiving part and collar part according to the invention in the lid having a circumferential tearing notch a very compact, liquid-tight and gas-tight reclosable unit is created on the one hand which can be opened with little force by exploiting a partial circumferential region of the collar part as supported on the lid receiving part lever and easily meets the required requirements for the tightness in the case of reclosing the container opening due to the provided positive snap-locking connection.
In order to ensure the captivity of the reclosure ensuring collar part, a pivot plate connection is preferably provided opposite the fixing region between the collar part and at least one provided on the cover surface anchoring element, wherein anchoring element, pivot plate connection and collar part made of the same plastic material.
According to one embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the existing in particular of a third plastic pull tab rests in the rest state on the collar part and extending from the fixing approximately to the opposite inner edge of the collar part, wherein the elasticity of the material of the pull tab is in particular greater than the elasticity the material of the lid receiving part, which in turn is then more elastic than the material of the collar part, when the lid receiving part of the snap-locking connection associated recess is provided. This embodiment promotes easy handling while minimizing the space required for the pull tab. According to an alternative embodiment of the invention, it is provided that recesses, in particular with undercuts, and / or at least one attachment lug are provided for the fixed connection of the collar part with the opening region and the anchoring element with the cover surface or with the edge section in the opening region and in the cover surface or edge region are, and that collar part, lid receiving part and / or anchoring element are positively and / or non-positively fixed in the recesses and / or on the mounting boss by an injection molding process.
Conveniently, in the preferably at least one single- or multi-limbed film hinge comprehensive swivel flap connection between the collar part and the anchoring element a known buckling spring element integrated, which during pivoting of the cover part performing collar part over a Aufschwenkwinkel of advantageously more than 90 ° this cover part in the pivoted position holds. A pivoting back of the cover part is possible in connection with such a buckling spring element without problems.
In particular, the circumferential dome rib on the collar part and the complementarily shaped recess in the lid receiving part are provided. A reverse arrangement may be used to prevent liquid flowing through the opening from accumulating in the recess of the lid receiving member.
In order to ensure the requirement for stackability of a vessel equipped with the container lid according to the invention as in the case of conventional doses, the height of the above the lid surface located structure of lid receiving part, collar part and pull tab is designed so that it is less than the distance between the lid surface and a in relation to the lid surface in the vertical direction extending edge of the edge portion. It is also possible to keep the container lid peripheral edge free while maintaining a further container parked on a container lid and at the same time to ensure that the lid components provided for the closure of the container are spatially compact enough to fit in the inside curvature usually formed in a container bottom Find.
The lid surface and the edge portion of the container lid may be integrally formed. Alternatively, it is possible to provide a metallic edge portion connectable, for example, with a flare connection, to a container (e.g., a conventional can). In this embodiment of the container lid, a recess for receiving the lid surface is provided in the edge portion. The cover surface is injection-molded into the recess, wherein the recess adjacent areas of the edge portion are encapsulated on both sides edge-spreading with the plastic material of the cover surface.
Preferably, the end faces and the adjacent edge regions of the recess are encapsulated with a third plastic material in the form of an elastic sealing material in order to ensure a tightness of the connection lid surface / edge portion. The sealing effect of the sealing material is increased if the sealing material is set under pretension by the plastic material of the cover surface surrounding it and connecting with it.
For practical handling of particular advantage is further that the particular ring-shaped pull tab is easily gripped by the pull tab for actuation or engaged, since the collar part is kept spaced with respect to the opening portion and the pull tab due to their distance with an opening finger can be detected and operated under cross. In other words, between the pull tab and the opening area always a defined, in particular by the collar part height predetermined distance. This distance makes it possible to easily grasp the pull tab with a finger, easily lift the pull tab and then apply the required for the purpose of full container opening traction. Any risk of injury or damage to a fingernail during the opening process is thus eliminated, and a one-hand or blind operation is possible without any problem.
Further advantageous features of a container lid according to the present invention are specified in the subclaims, the description and the attached drawings.
The invention further relates to a method for producing a container lid with an outer edge portion and a recessed to the inside lid surface in which a resealable opening portion is provided.
The method according to the invention, which is characterized by particular simplicity and by the achievable quality of the resealable opening unit, consists in particular in that the edge section is punched, wherein a recess for the cover surface is provided. Then, the cover surface is injected to form a positive and / or non-positive gas-tight connection with the edge portion in the recess of a plastic material possessing a predetermined elasticity, wherein in the cover surface, a circumferential opening tearing notch and the tear notch at least on the outside adjacent a lid receiving part are formed with a first coupling element.
Alternatively, the edge portion and the lid surface are integrally molded from a plastic material possessing a predeterminable elasticity, wherein a lid receiving portion having a first coupling element is formed in the lid surface adjacent to the opening portion and the tear notch adjacent at least on the outside.
Both methods have in common that then the container lid with the lid receiving part used as a counter-mold and an annular collar part injected from a not connected to the material of the lid receiving part plastic material and the tearing notch inside the opening area is positively and / or non-positively connected, said this annular collar part is designed such that it engages over the lid receiving part and has a complementary to the first coupling element second coupling element and both coupling elements form a snap-locking connection. In particular, a pull tab of elastic material is injected simultaneously with the collar part, which is anchored at one end in a radially outer portion of the collar part and extending in the form of a ring tab to the container lid center region.
The individual injection molding operations required for the production of the container lid can be realized problem-free in conventional technology, it being evident that in the course of production the lid surface can be used with the already formed lid receiving part as a negative mold for the next injection molding process to form collar part and anchoring element, so that the optimal interaction and the required form-fit in connection with the reclosability can be perfectly achieved.
Further special features of the method according to the invention are specified in the subclaims, the description and the attached drawings.
Finally, the invention is also directed to a complete container for packaging flowable or pourable products, which is characterized in that it is closed with a container lid with the characteristics of one or more of the container lid claims related.

One of the essential requirements placed on a resealable container lid is that the container, which is closed with a container lid, must be liquid-tight and gas-tight, especially in the area of the resealable opening.
The
In the common spraying of the
The adjacent to the
The
In the shaping of the
Simultaneously with the formation of the
At the region of the
The plastic material used for the
For the first-time opening of a container provided with the
Since a relatively small opening force is required with respect to the opening operation, an opening force transmission is realized in the application subject, which is realized in that the
The initial opening of the container differs from subsequent opening and closing operations as a rule by the fact that the force required for initial opening is significantly greater than the force required for reopening after reclosure force and above all, the case perceptible noise significantly different is.
If desired, between the

The above-described embodiments of the subject invention each have a
For example, the metal sheets used for many beverage containers are provided with paint layers. These paint layers often do not reliably connect with one of the plastics which are suitable for the formation of the

Alternatively, the
All embodiments of the invention have in common that the resealable container lid in the conventional production process, i. the process of processing container lids without resealable opening, processable and thus applied with the available facilities a Behälterabfülllinie on the respective container and the container can be closed. The gas tightness achieved according to the invention also ensures that the durability of the respective contents of the container is in no way adversely affected in comparison with non-resealable containers.
