Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for the angled support of a steel cable loop, as they are often used in the manufacture of wall elements in the construction industry, according to the preamble of claim 1, and an angled steel cable loop according to the preamble of claim 8.
- a corresponding device for angled holding a cable loop and a corresponding angled cable loop are known from the DE 203 06 280 U1 and from the DE 20 2007 011 243 U1 ,
- a common method for connecting wall element and beams of a building, which is made of reinforced concrete partially made of prefabricated wall elements, is to bring in the formworks corresponding wall elements and in the formwork of Trägem called so-called rope loops.
- rope loops consist of a portion of a steel cable, which typically has a total length of for example 50 to 100 cm and whose free ends are collapsed in parallel and interconnected, for example, by a ferrule, so that the middle portion of the rope, the corresponding loop of rope in the form of a elongated, round at one end and forming a pointed eyelet at the other end.
- This loop of rope is inserted into the formwork so that the free, held-together ends of the rope lie inside the formwork and are poured with the concrete, while the loop with a length of typically 8 to 15 cm length protrudes from the edge of a cast wall element.
- This edge or edge surface is often still structured and has the shape of a groove extending parallel to the plane of the plate.
- the rope loops or their eyes are protruding from the bottom of the groove and they are bent at right angles for the transport and handling and in general also during concreting in the formwork with respect to the section extending into the wall element, so that the eyelet itself extends in the groove and substantially parallel to the bottom of the groove.
- plastic brackets are partially provided through which corresponding cable loops passed or in which the cable loops are inserted in an angled form (see DE 20 2007 011 243 U1 ).
- These plastic holders are in turn housed in rope loop boxes or rope loop rails, which are placed together with the rope loops in a formwork to shed the free ends of the rope loops with the corresponding concrete part.
- Such plastic holder for holding cable loops must be cast in a corresponding injection mold, they must also withstand the outgoing of the rope loops tension forces and finally still with appropriate cable loop boxes or - rails are connected.
- the US 931,754 shows a top view of an E-shaped cable loop connector, in which a cable section from different sides and successively passed through the two eyelets, which are defined by the E-structure, while a free end of the cable with an additional closed eyelet to one end of the E-shaped connecting member is fixed, so that the connecting member holds the rope in a loop shape.
- a similar device is from the CH 174 732 known.
- brackets for angled cable loops which are easy to use and also inexpensive, as well as to angled by appropriate brackets loops.
- the holder according to the invention consists of a substantially S-shaped bracket, wherein the S-shape is formed by two open on opposite sides of rectangles, which have one side in common and in which only the corner regions are rounded.
- the "S" is defined by more or less straight sections, which have only curved transitions and wherein at least one of the free ends of the S-shape additionally has an angled perpendicular to the plane of the formed by the S-shape eyelets end portion.
- a corresponding cable loop holder defined by each two horizontal and connecting them vertical section a rectangular, closed on three sides and on one side open "eye", which is so dimensioned and designed that two parallel sections of a rope in this Eyes are insertable.
- the two parallel sections of a cable loop are accordingly placed in the eyes of such an S-shaped (or E-shaped) bracket, that the two cable sections in a lateral plan view of the bracket above the outer horizontal Sections and below the central horizontal portion or vice versa below the two outer horizontal sections and above the middle horizontal section. This means that the two sections of the rope are passed from opposite sides through the corresponding "eyes" of the stirrup.
- the S-shape over an E-shape has the advantage that it can be made of a wire or rod-shaped rectilinear element by bending, which is not so easy in the case of the E-shape.
- fiber-reinforced plastic which can be processed by injection molding or by extrusion molding, as a material for the headband but the E-shape in the same way is easy to manufacture as the S-shape and accordingly similarly well suited.
- the planes defined by the two eyes of the S or E-shaped bracket coincide or, in other words, if all the horizontal and vertical sections of the S or E-shape lie in the same plane.
- the two planes of the eyes are angled against each other, which corresponds to a rotation of the one eye relative to the other about an axis which extends along the central horizontal portion.
- one and the same S-shaped bracket is suitable for cable loops consisting of different ropes, in particular ropes with different cross sections. Due to the angling of the eyes of the cable loop holder, the parallel cable sections extend in a viewing direction along the horizontal central bow of the "S" at an angling of the eyelet by 90 ° substantially along a quarter circle, with an outer and an inner radius of curvature whose difference corresponds to the diameter of Ropes corresponds. The outer quarter circle has contact points with the two outer brackets and the inner quarter circle touches the middle bracket.
- the angle at which the cable loop in question is angled depends not only on the distance of the horizontal sections of the S-shape, but also on the diameter of the cable sections passed through. Deviations from a 90 ° angle can then optionally be compensated by bending the planes of the S-eyes, so that one and the same bracket size can be used for different cable strengths, to adapt to different cable strengths, the bracket only with respect to the through the middle bracket section must be angled axis defined.
- the length of the individual strap sections, in particular the horizontal strap sections should correspond at least approximately twice the rope diameter, so that both parallel cable sections fit next to each other in the eyes of this strap.
- the additionally angled end section ensures that the two cable sections accommodated in the relevant eye can not easily slip out of this eye.
- the angle between the two planes of the eyes may be between 5 ° and 50 ° in the case of a bend, which would cover a wide range of different cable cross-sections when using one and the same bracket size at a 90 ° angle between the corresponding portions of the cable loop wants to make sure.
- the eyes of this S have approximately the shape of rectangles, which should have typical side dimensions between 10 and 30 mm.
- a corresponding bracket whose overall external dimensions are approximately 20 x 35 to 30 x 60 mm (width by height), i. the S would fit into a rectangle with the dimensions given above.
- such a bracket made of solid steel wire with a diameter between 2 and 5 mm, for example 3 to 4 mm.
- such a steel wire has sufficient stability and strength to securely hold the matching loop of cable at an angle of 90 ° with the dimensions specified.
- the angled steel cable loop consists of a looped cable with parallel cable sections and a corresponding headband, as defined in claim 8, wherein the parallel cable sections in the S or E-shaped headband are inserted in the way that they are passed from opposite ends through the eyes of the Soder E-shaped bracket, resulting in corresponding dimensions of the cable sections and the retaining clip causes the plane of the cable eye to the guided through the headband end portions of the rope angled at right angles.
- the S- or E-shaped headband and the ropes or the cable eye are coordinated so that the plane of the cable eye encloses an angle of about 90 ° with the guided through the headband cable sections.
- the open sides of the eyes of the S- or E-shaped retaining bracket should be sufficiently large to move the cable sections laterally through these openings into the eyes and back out.
- FIG. 1 a (left part of the figure) can be seen formed from a round steel wire S-shaped headband 1, which consists of three approximately parallel, horizontal bracket sections 2, 3, 4 and two vertical bracket sections 5, 6, wherein the vertical bracket section 5 the middle, horizontal Stirrup portion 3 with the parallel thereto lower horizontal stirrup portion 4 to one another in the plan view in approximately rectangular eye 7 interconnects, and the vertical portion 6 connects the middle bracket portion 3 and the outer bracket portion 2 to a likewise substantially rectangular eyes 7 ', wherein the Eyes 7, 7 'defined on three sides closed, rectangular recesses, which are open on one side.
- the individual bracket sections 2 to 6 are substantially rectilinear with a corresponding (partially dependent on the material of the strap) bending curvature at the transition between horizontal and vertical sections.
- the bending radius between the rectilinear sections 2, 3, 4 on the one hand and 5, 6 on the other hand (measured in the middle of the material strand) is typically between 2 and 8 mm, preferably between 2.5 and 5 mm.
- the upper horizontal bow section 2 and the lower horizontal bow section 4 additionally have a further angled end section 8 or 8 ', which is aligned perpendicular to the plane formed by the horizontal and vertical bow sections 2, 3, 6. Both end portions 8 and 8 'are angled relative to the plane of the eyes to the same side.
- FIG. 2 is different from the one in FIG. 1 illustrated embodiment only in that only the end of the upper bracket portion 2 is provided with an angled out of the plane of the eye 7 additional end portion 8.
- FIG. 3 is a variant of the embodiment according to FIG. 2 shown, but also on the variant according to FIG. 1 could be transferred.
- the S-shaped bracket initially identical, only in the side view with a line of sight parallel to the horizontal bracket sections 2, 3, 4 can be seen that the of the eyes 7 and 7 'spanned planes are angled ⁇ at an angle to each other.
- This embodiment is readily obtained by bending the embodiment accordingly FIG. 1 about a bending axis that coincides with the axis of the central horizontal bracket section 3.
- FIG. 4 shows finally the combination of a cable loop with the headband according to the invention, so that there is a total of about 90 ° angled cable loop whose free ends 11, 12 are connected by a ferrule 13 and the different sides through the eyes 7, 7 'A retaining clip 1 are passed, so that the plane of the cable eye 15 is angled relative to the longitudinal extent of the cable sections 11, 12 by about 90 °.

Description
The present invention relates to a device for the angled support of a steel cable loop, as they are often used in the manufacture of wall elements in the construction industry, according to the preamble of claim 1, and an angled steel cable loop according to the preamble of
A common method for connecting wall element and beams of a building, which is made of reinforced concrete partially made of prefabricated wall elements, is to bring in the formworks corresponding wall elements and in the formwork of Trägem called so-called rope loops. Such rope loops consist of a portion of a steel cable, which typically has a total length of for example 50 to 100 cm and whose free ends are collapsed in parallel and interconnected, for example, by a ferrule, so that the middle portion of the rope, the corresponding loop of rope in the form of a elongated, round at one end and forming a pointed eyelet at the other end. This loop of rope is inserted into the formwork so that the free, held-together ends of the rope lie inside the formwork and are poured with the concrete, while the loop with a length of typically 8 to 15 cm length protrudes from the edge of a cast wall element. This edge or edge surface is often still structured and has the shape of a groove extending parallel to the plane of the plate. The rope loops or their eyes are protruding from the bottom of the groove and they are bent at right angles for the transport and handling and in general also during concreting in the formwork with respect to the section extending into the wall element, so that the eyelet itself extends in the groove and substantially parallel to the bottom of the groove. Before connecting corresponding elements these cable loops or their eyelets are folded out of their right angle angled position, so that the eyelets formed by the loops adjacent wall elements and / or supports overlap each other and a straight reinforcing bar through the aligned eyelets of cable loops of adjacent wall elements / supports can be pushed through. This boundary area or joint area between adjacent wall elements or between wall elements and columns is subsequently cast, whereby a secure bond between the wall elements or wall elements and columns is made.
Since corresponding steel cables are elastic and generally have a tendency to stretch into their more or less straight starting position, special holders are provided, the eyelet forming portion of the cable loop against the parallel cable ends, which are embedded in the wall or a support to hold in a typically angled position about 90 °.
Such plastic holder for holding cable loops must be cast in a corresponding injection mold, they must also withstand the outgoing of the rope loops tension forces and finally still with appropriate cable loop boxes or - rails are connected.
These plastic holders are relatively expensive and expensive to manufacture.

Although the latter devices can hold ropes in loop form, they are not suitable and, in particular, are not intended to hold a pair of parallel steel cable sections which together form a cable loop in an angled position of the cable loop plane relative to the free end portions of the cable this is required for casting concrete slabs in the construction industry.
There is therefore a need for simple or improved brackets for angled cable loops, which are easy to use and also inexpensive, as well as to angled by appropriate brackets loops.
This object is achieved according to the present invention by a holder with the features of claim 1 and an angled steel cable loop with the features of
In other words, the holder according to the invention consists of a substantially S-shaped bracket, wherein the S-shape is formed by two open on opposite sides of rectangles, which have one side in common and in which only the corner regions are rounded. The "S" is defined by more or less straight sections, which have only curved transitions and wherein at least one of the free ends of the S-shape additionally has an angled perpendicular to the plane of the formed by the S-shape eyelets end portion.
The terms "horizontal" and "vertical" refer to the usual orientation of the letter "S", but this S-shape, as already mentioned, consists of two on one side open and one common side having rectangles and similar as in a representation on a digital matrix has three parallel horizontal and two vertical sections, each of which connects one of two of the three horizontal sections.
It is understood that a mirror image of this definition should be encompassed, with embodiments in the form of an "E" or this mirror image of a "3" in a similar manner would be functional and should be encompassed by the invention. However, the S-shape or its mirror image with respect to the E-shape and its mirror image has proven to be better suited and easier to produce.
A corresponding cable loop holder defined by each two horizontal and connecting them vertical section a rectangular, closed on three sides and on one side open "eye", which is so dimensioned and designed that two parallel sections of a rope in this Eyes are insertable. The two parallel sections of a cable loop are accordingly placed in the eyes of such an S-shaped (or E-shaped) bracket, that the two cable sections in a lateral plan view of the bracket above the outer horizontal Sections and below the central horizontal portion or vice versa below the two outer horizontal sections and above the middle horizontal section. This means that the two sections of the rope are passed from opposite sides through the corresponding "eyes" of the stirrup.
In this case, the S-shape over an E-shape has the advantage that it can be made of a wire or rod-shaped rectilinear element by bending, which is not so easy in the case of the E-shape. When using, for example, fiber-reinforced plastic, which can be processed by injection molding or by extrusion molding, as a material for the headband but the E-shape in the same way is easy to manufacture as the S-shape and accordingly similarly well suited.
It is expedient here if the planes defined by the two eyes of the S or E-shaped bracket coincide or, in other words, if all the horizontal and vertical sections of the S or E-shape lie in the same plane. However, according to another embodiment, it is also possible that the two planes of the eyes are angled against each other, which corresponds to a rotation of the one eye relative to the other about an axis which extends along the central horizontal portion.
For simplicity, only the S-shaped headband will be discussed below, with corresponding features and properties are to be included in an analogous way for the E-shape.
By the mentioned bending of the planes of the two eyes can be achieved that one and the same S-shaped bracket is suitable for cable loops consisting of different ropes, in particular ropes with different cross sections. Consequently, the angle at which the cable loop in question is angled depends not only on the distance of the horizontal sections of the S-shape, but also on the diameter of the cable sections passed through. Deviations from a 90 ° angle can then optionally be compensated by bending the planes of the S-eyes, so that one and the same bracket size can be used for different cable strengths, to adapt to different cable strengths, the bracket only with respect to the through the middle bracket section must be angled axis defined.
Of course you can also set other bends than 90 ° between the corresponding sections of rope and use either a flat or an angled S-bracket depending on the rope strength.
It is understood that the length of the individual strap sections, in particular the horizontal strap sections should correspond at least approximately twice the rope diameter, so that both parallel cable sections fit next to each other in the eyes of this strap.
In addition, at at least one end, the additionally angled end section ensures that the two cable sections accommodated in the relevant eye can not easily slip out of this eye.
For example, the angle between the two planes of the eyes may be between 5 ° and 50 ° in the case of a bend, which would cover a wide range of different cable cross-sections when using one and the same bracket size at a 90 ° angle between the corresponding portions of the cable loop wants to make sure.
The S-shape described above, the eyes of this S have approximately the shape of rectangles, which should have typical side dimensions between 10 and 30 mm. In many practical cases, one will have to deal with a corresponding bracket whose overall external dimensions are approximately 20 x 35 to 30 x 60 mm (width by height), i. the S would fit into a rectangle with the dimensions given above.
Conveniently, such a bracket made of solid steel wire with a diameter between 2 and 5 mm, for example 3 to 4 mm. In any case, such a steel wire has sufficient stability and strength to securely hold the matching loop of cable at an angle of 90 ° with the dimensions specified.
It is understood that it is not limited to the production of appropriate headband on steel wire, and you can in principle any, sufficiently dimensionally stable and solid material, such as glass fiber reinforced plastic use, with round material with a diameter between 2 and 5 mm according to a Embodiment has proven to be particularly suitable or inexpensive.
The angled steel cable loop according to the present invention, consists of a looped cable with parallel cable sections and a corresponding headband, as defined in
In this case, therefore, the S- or E-shaped headband and the ropes or the cable eye are coordinated so that the plane of the cable eye encloses an angle of about 90 ° with the guided through the headband cable sections. Furthermore, the open sides of the eyes of the S- or E-shaped retaining bracket should be sufficiently large to move the cable sections laterally through these openings into the eyes and back out.
Further advantages, features and possible applications of the present invention will become apparent from the following description of a preferred embodiment and the associated figures.

By such angling can, depending on the nature of the passage of the cable sections, the angle between the actual cable loop and the end portions of the rope are varied or it can be set a desired 90 ° angle between the plane of the eyelet and the free ends of the rope which would not result in a given rope strength for a non-angled stirrup.
