Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren für die Herstellung eine Reihe (C) von Verpackungsbeuteln (S), gebildet aus zwei Wänden (21, 22), wobei diese Beutel (S) sind:
    - begrenzt durch oberen (210) und unteren (23) Längsrand und Querränder (26),
    - paarig individualisiert, zumindest teilweise, durch eine zu den Querrändern (26) parallele Trennung (25),
    - alle mit zwei Längsaufhängungsbändern (60) fest verbunden, die selbst jeweils mit einer entsprechenden Wand (21, 22) fest verbunden sind,
    wobei die Wände (21, 22) in der Nähe eines der Längsränder (210) und parallel zu diesem mit komplementären Verschlussprofilen (30, 31) ausgestattet sind,
    gemäß dem die folgenden Schritte durchgeführt werden:
    a) Verwenden eines Bogens (2) aus Kunststoffmaterial, das längs mit sich selbst gefaltet ist, oder von zwei unterschiedlichen Bögen, um die zwei parallelen Wände (21, 22) zu begrenzen;
    b) Formen der Anschlussregion der Wände (21, 22) des Bogens (2), um ihr ein M-förmiges Balgprofil (F) zu geben;
    c) Längsfixieren der komplementären Verschlussprofile (30, 31) auf den Flächen (230, 231) gegenüber dem Balg (F), und danach
    d) paariges Individualisieren der Beutel (S) durch Durchführen einer Trennung (25) und einer Schweißnaht senkrecht zu den Profilen (30, 31),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor Durchführung von Schritt d) ein Schieber (5) auf die Profile (30, 31) platziert wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Schritt a') durchgeführt wird, gemäß dem ein Aufhängungsband (60) längs entlang jedes freien Rands (210) der Wände (21, 22) befestigt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schritt a') mittels Schweißen durchgeführt wird.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Schritt a') die Aufhängungsbänder (60) auf den Flächen gegenüber den Wänden (21, 22) befestigt werden.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Schritt a') ursprünglich vereinte Bänder (60) verwendet werden, die nach der Platzierung voneinander getrennt werden.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte a), a'), b) und c) in dieser Reihenfolge oder in einer anderen Reihenfolge durchgeführt werden.
  7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Schritt a) ein Bogen oder zwei Bögen (2) verwendet werden, wovon ein Ende ein Längsaufhängungsband (60) darstellt.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass anstelle von Schritt c) Profile (30, 31) verwendet werden, die mit den Wänden einstückig ausgebildet sind.
