Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Holzfaserplatte, die auf ihrer Oberseite ein Dekor aufweist, indem beleimte Holzfasern in wenigstens einer Schicht zu einem Faserkuchen gestreut werden, und der Faserkuchen anschlieĆend unter Druck und Temperatur zu einer Platte gewĆ¼nschter Dicke verpresst wird. Die Bedruckung des teilweise vorverdichteten Faserkuchens bei der Herstellung von Holzfaserplatten wie MDF oder HDF im Tiefdruckverfahren gestaltet sich durchaus schwierig. Der Grund dafĆ¼r liegt darin, dass bei diesem Druckverfahren entweder ein druckstabiler TrƤger oder ein Substrat, das auf einer stabilen Unterlagen aufliegt, zur Anwendung kommt. Vorteilhafter Weise erfolgt die Bedruckung des Faserkuchens daher berĆ¼hrungslos, insbesondere im Inkjet-Verfahren. Geeignete Tintenstrahldrucker werden beispielsweise von der Firma J. Zimmer Maschinenbau GmbH, Kufstein/Ćsterreich angeboten. Durch dieses Verfahren ist es mƶglich, an einer einzigen Druckstation das komplette Druckbild auf den Faserkuchen aufzubringen. Mehrere verschiedene Druckwerke, beispielsweise fĆ¼r verschiedene Farben, sind nicht mehr nƶtig. Dies fĆ¼hrt zu einer erheblichen Platz- und damit Kosteneinsparung. Die Verwendung eines oder mehrerer Inkjet-Druckwerkes ist in einer herkƶmmlichen ProduktionsstraĆe fĆ¼r Holzfaserplatten ohne Probleme mƶglich, da heutige Inkjet-Drucker Druckgeschwindigkeiten erreichen, die problemlos an die Produktionsgeschwindigkeit der Holzfaserplattenpresse angepasst werden kƶnnen.The printing of the partially precompacted fiber cake in the production of wood fiber boards such as MDF or HDF by gravure printing is quite difficult. Claims (11)
- Method for producing a wood fibre board, which has a decoration on its upper side, by scattering glued wood fibres in at least one layer to form a fibre cake and subsequently compressing the fibre cake under pressure and temperature to form a board of the desired thickness, the decoration being applied to the fibre cake by means of at least one inkjet printer before the compression, wherein a protective layer is applied to the decoration before the compression.
- Method according to Claim 1, wherein the decoration is applied in a contactless manner.
- Method according to Claim 1, characterized in that a fibre-resin mixture is scattered on as the protective layer.
- Method according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that pigments and/or resins and/or salts are scattered into the fibre cake as further constituents.
- Method according to Claim 4, characterized in that a layer of wood fibres that comprises the further constituents is scattered onto wood fibres already scattered on.
- Method according to Claim 5, characterized in that the wood fibres in the additional layer are finer than the wood fibres already scattered on.
- Method according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that, during the compression of the fibre cake (4) to form a board (8), the previously applied printed image is compressed.
- Method according to Claim 7, characterized in that, during the compression, the image dots are either superimposed or move closer together, as a result of which there are more image dots per unit area after the compression than before the compression.
- Assembly for producing a wood fibre board, comprising a scattering device (1), by means of which a fibre cake (4) consisting of at least one layer of wood fibres glued with resin is scattered, and a conveying device (2), which conveys the fibre cake (4) in a process direction (T) to a pressing device (7), in which the fibre cake (4) is pressed to form a board (8) of the desired thickness, a printing device (5) being arranged above the conveying device (2) between the scattering device (1) and the pressing device (7), wherein a first additional application device (6) is arranged between the printing device (5) and the pressing device (7) in the process direction (T).
