Claims (10)

  1. Porte (10) comprenant un vantail (30), un châssis dormant (40) et un dispositif de penture (20) pour permettre le montage mobile en rotation du vantail (30) sur le châssis dormant (40) comprenant :
    une unité de penture (50) qui comprend au moins une penture (52),
    un dispositif de fixation de dormant (60) par l'intermédiaire duquel l'unité de penture (50) est fixée au châssis dormant (40), le dispositif de fixation de dormant (60) comprenant une unité de montage (70) réalisée pour permettre le montage d'un axe de rotation (22) et un premier dispositif de montage antagoniste (90) qui est introduit dans le châssis dormant (40), est positionné et fixé en étant associé à l'unité de montage (70), dans la position souhaitée, et qui comporte un premier corps de montage antagoniste (92) et un second corps de montage antagoniste (94),
    un dispositif de fixation de vantail (100) au moyen duquel l'unité de penture (50) est fixée au vantail (30),
    l'unité de penture (50) étant réalisée et fixée au châssis dormant (40) et au vantail (30) de sorte que, lors de la fermeture et de l'ouverture du vantail (30), l'axe de rotation (22) de l'unité de penture (50) s'étende dans le châssis dormant (40), et que lors de la fermeture du vantail (30), la penture (52) pénètre dans une poche de penture (44) du châssis dormant (40) et soit masquée lorsque le vantail (30) est en position fermée, et que la penture (52) soit déplacée pour sortir de la poche de penture (44) lors de l'ouverture du vantail (30),
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de fixation de dormant (60) comprend en outre une unité de fixation (80) qui est introduite par l'extérieur dans la poche de penture (44) et qui comprend un premier corps de fixation (82), un second corps de fixation (84) et un élément de liaison (85) qui relie le premier corps de fixation (82) et le second corps de fixation (84), le premier corps de fixation (82) et le second corps de fixation (84) comprenant chacun une ouverture de pénétration (86) d'un élément de fixation (156) pour permettre la fixation côté dormant de l'unité de penture (50), au moins l'un des corps de fixation (82, 84) comprenant un élément auxiliaire de positionnement (89), et le premier corps de montage antagoniste (92) et/ou le second corps de montage antagoniste (94) comprenant un évidement (95) pour permettre la mise en prise de l'élément auxiliaire de positionnement (89).
  2. Porte (10) conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    il n'est prévu qu'une seule penture (52) et/ou pour permettre le montage mobile en rotation de l'unité de penture (50), il n'est prévu qu'un axe de rotation (22).
  3. Porte (10) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la penture (52) comprend un bras de montage (56) qui comporte un oeillet de montage (58) pour permettre le montage mobile en rotation de l'unité de penture (50).
  4. Porte (10) conforme à la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le bras de montage (56) et un segment de penture (54) de la penture (52) qui est de préférence réalisée en forme d'arc sont réalisés en une seule partie.
  5. Porte (10) conforme à l'une des revendications 3 ou 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le bras de montage (56) s'étend essentiellement linéairement et/ou le bras de montage (56) comporte un canal (59) par l'intermédiaire duquel un agent lubrifiant peut être transféré de l'extérieur dans l'oeillet de montage (58).
  6. Porte (10) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité de montage (70) comprend deux corps de montage (72, 74).
  7. Porte (10) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de fixation de vantail (100) comprend une plaque de base (110) et un tourillon (120) dépassant de cette plaque de base.
  8. Porte (10) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de fixation de vantail (100) comprend un second dispositif de montage antagoniste (130),
    ce second dispositif de montage antagoniste (130) comprenant de préférence un élément auxiliaire de positionnement (132) pour permettre de positionner le second dispositif de montage antagoniste (130) dans la position souhaitée dans le vantail, en étant associé à l'unité de penture (50).
  9. Porte (10) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le dispositif de fixation de vantail (100) comprend une plaque d'écartement (140) qui est prévue pour permettre un réglage de la position de la penture dans une direction parallèle ou perpendiculaire à la profondeur du vantail.
  10. Porte (10) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce qu'
    il est prévu au moins un élément de réglage (99, 114) pour permettre de régler la position de la penture au moins une direction parallèle au plan du vantail (30) ou une direction perpendiculaire au plan du vantail (30).
