Claims (15)
- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties pour établir un joint de construction, comprenant:- une partie inférieure (1),- une partie supérieure (2),- une bande couvre-joint (3),- dans lequel la partie inférieure (2) comprend des étriers inférieurs (5) s'étendant transversalement aux deux côtés du joint de construction,- dans lequel les étriers inférieurs (5) présentent respectivement un bras vertical (7) fixé à une partie de coffrage inférieure (6) et un bras latéral (8),- dans lequel la partie supérieure (2) comprend des étriers supérieurs (10) s'étendant transversalement aux deux côtés du joint de construction,- dans lequel les étriers supérieurs (10) présentent respectivement un bras vertical (12) fixé à une partie de coffrage supérieure (11) et un bras latéral (13),caractérisé en ce que- la partie supérieure (1) et la partie inférieure (2) sont reliées l'une à l'autre de manière amovible de telle sorte qu'une zone pour la réception de la bande couvre-joint (3) est disposée entre la partie supérieure (1) et la partie inférieure (2),- un élément d'assemblage (9), s'étendant sur la longueur du joint de construction, étant fixé aux bras latéraux (8) des étriers inférieurs (5),- la partie supérieure (1) et la partie inférieure (2) étant reliées l'une à l'autre de manière amovible de telle sorte que la partie de coffrage inférieure (6) et la partie de coffrage supérieure (11) se trouvent en alignement l'une au-dessus de l'autre,- le bande couvre-joint (3) étant fixée sous tension, à l'aide de moyens de fixation, aux étriers inférieurs (5) et/ou supérieurs (10), et- la partie de coffrage inférieure (6) et la partie de coffrage supérieure (11) étant en contact avec la bande couvre-joint (3).
- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, concernant les moyens de fixation, il s'agit d'agrafes de bande couvre-joint (80) et de fil de ligature (81).
- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les parties de coffrage inférieure (6) et/ou supérieure (11) comprennent une plaque de coffrage en une tôle métallique percée à jour, en particulier une plaque de métal déployé ou de tôle perforée.

- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le tasseau inférieur (54) présente, en coupe verticale perpendiculairement au plan de la partie de coffrage inférieure (46) et/ou en ce que le tasseau supérieur (55) présente, en coupe verticale perpendiculairement au plan de la partie de coffrage supérieure (51), une forme triangulaire, rectangulaire ou carrée.
- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties selon l'une des revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des tasseaux se compose de béton à adjuvant fibreux.
- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la zone du bord de la partie de coffrage inférieure (46) et/ou supérieure (51) sont collées aux tasseaux à l'aide d'un adhésif dans la zone des évidements semblables à une fente des tasseaux (54, 55).
- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les bras latéraux (28) des étriers inférieurs et les bras verticaux (27) fixés à la partie de coffrage inférieure (26) forment entre eux un angle α supérieur à 90°.
- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'angle α est compris entre 90° et 120°.
- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'angle α est compris entre 100° et 110°.
- Elément de coffrage en plusieurs parties selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'élément inférieur (1) comprend des éléments de pied (49) pour l'installation de l'élément de coffrage de manière autoportée.
