Claims (9)

  1. Apparatus (1) for producing sacks from tubular pieces (2), which tubular pieces (2) comprise woven fabrics made from drawn small plastic strips and consist of two material webs which lie above one another, at least the following devices being provided:
    • a transport apparatus, by way of which the tubular pieces (2) can be conveyed in a horizontal position in a transport direction (x) which runs transversely with respect to their direction of extent (z),
    • a bottom opening station (3), by way of which bottom opening station (3) open bottom squares (5) can be produced at at least one end (5) of a tubular piece (2),
    • a closing-up station (7), by way of which closing-up station (7) the bottoms (4) which were opened at the bottom opening station (3) can be folded closed,
    • a bottom covering sheet station (8), by way of which bottom covering sheet station (8) a bottom covering sheet can be applied in order to close the sack bottom,
    characterized
    in that the bottom opening station (3) on the operating side (BS), by way of which the open bottom square can be produced at one end of the tubular piece (2), is arranged at least partially offset with respect to the bottom opening station (3') on the drive side (AS), by way of which the open bottom square can be produced at the second end of the tubular piece (2), the bottom opening station (3) on the operating side (BS) being arranged upstream of the bottom opening station (3') in the transport direction (x), and
    in that a valve panel station (9) which is arranged only on one side is provided, the said valve panel station being arranged on the operating side.
  2. Apparatus (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that merely the bottom opening stations (8, 8') on the operating side (BS) and drive side (AS) are arranged at least partially offset with respect to one another.
  3. Apparatus (1) according to either of the preceding claims, characterized in that the valve panel station (9) on the operating side (BS) is arranged so as to lie opposite the bottom opening station (8') on the drive side (AS).
  4. Apparatus (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the processing stations (3, 6, 7, 8) on the operating side (BS) and the identical processing stations (3', 6', 7', 8') of the drive side (AS) are arranged completely offset with respect to one another (in a zip-shaped manner).
  5. Apparatus (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that first of all the processing stations (3, 6, 7, 8) are arranged so as to follow one another on the operating side (BS), and the identical processing stations (3', 6', 7', 8') are arranged completely offset on the drive side (AS).
  6. Apparatus (1) according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that first of all the processing stations (3', 6', 7', 8') are arranged so as to follow one another on the drive side (AS), and the identical processing stations (3, 6, 7, 8) are arranged completely offset on the operating side (BS).

Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one first transport apparatus, by way of which the tubular pieces (2) can be conveyed in the transport direction (x), is provided on the operating side (BS) and a second transport apparatus is provided on the drive side (AS) so as to overlap only partially with the first transport apparatus.
  8. Apparatus according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one first transport apparatus, by way of which the tubular pieces (2) can be conveyed in the transport direction (x), is provided on the operating side (BS), and a second transport apparatus is provided on the drive side (AS) so as to not overlap with the first transport apparatus.
  9. Method for producing sacks from tubular pieces (2), which tubular pieces (2) comprise woven fabrics made from drawn small plastic strips and consist of two material webs which lie above one another, the following devices being provided:
    • at least one transport apparatus, by way of which the tubular pieces (2) are conveyed in a horizontal position in a transport direction (x) which runs transversely with respect to their direction of extent (z),
    • at least one bottom opening station (3), by way of which bottom opening station (3) open bottom squares (5) are produced at at least one end (5) of a tubular piece (2),
    • at least one valve panel station (6), by way of which valve panel station (6) a valve panel is applied to the bottom square,
    • at least one closing-up station (7), by way of which closing-up station (7) the bottoms (4) which were opened at the bottom opening station (3) are folded closed,
    • at least one bottom covering sheet station (8), by way of which bottom covering sheet station (8) a bottom covering sheet is applied in order to close the sack bottom,
    characterized
    in that the bottom opening station (3) on the operating side (BS), by way of which the open bottom square (19) is produced at one end of the tubular piece (2), is arranged at least partially offset with respect to an identical processing station (3', 6', 7', 8') on the drive side (AS), by way of which the open bottom square (19') is produced at the second end of the tubular piece (2), the open bottom square (19) first of all being formed by way of the bottom opening station (3) on the operating side (BS), and the open bottom square (19') subsequently being produced at the second end of the tubular piece by way of the bottom opening station (3') on the drive side, and
    in that by way of which a valve is applied to the open bottom square (19) by way of a valve panel station (9) which is arranged only on the operating side.
