Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verschlusskappe (3) aus Kunststoff für den Ausgießstutzen (2) eines Behälters mit einem am unteren Kappenrand (4) angeordneten Originalitätsband (5a, 5b), das über mindestens einen Abreißsteg (8) mit der Kappe verbunden ist, wobei ein erstes Ende (6) des Originalitätsbandes an der Kappe unlösbar und das zweite Ende (7) über den Abreißsteg an der Kappe befestigt ist, und dass das zweite Ende des Originalitätsbandes beim öffnenden Drehen der Kappe gegen einen Vorsprung (10) insbesondere eine Stufe des Stutzens (2) zur Anlage gelangt, durch die das Originalitätsband stauchbar und der Abreißsteg trennbar ist.

Description

Verschlusskappe mit Originalitätsband
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verschlusskappe aus Kunststoff für den Ausgießstutzen eines Behälters mit einem am unteren Kappenrand angeordneten Originalitätsband, das über mindestens einen Abreißsteg mit der Kappe verbunden ist.
Es ist bei Verschlusskappen für Behälter bekannt, den unteren Rand der Verschlusskappe über Abreißstege an einem Originalitätsring zu befestigen, der am Behälterstutzen unverlierbar fest ist. Beim Abdrehen der Kappe und einem Trennen der Abreißstege verbleibt der Originalitätsring am Stutzen bzw. Behälter. Ein Trennen der Abreißstege entsteht hierbei durch das Anheben der Kappe während des Aufschraubens, so dass erhebliche Zugkräfte während des Aufschraubens erzeugt werden müssen. Ferner erfolgt ein Trennen der Abreißstege erst nach mehrmaligem Drehen der Kappe, so dass es geschehen kann, dass Kohlensäure aus dem Behälter ausströmt, ohne die Originalitätssicherung betätigt zu haben.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine Verschlusskappe der eingangs genannten Art so zu verbessern, dass ein Trennen der Abreißstege im wesentlichen durch das Drehen der Kappe und nicht so früh erfolgt, dass ein vorzeitiges Öffnen des Behälters insbesondere ein vorzeitiges Ausströmen von Gasen aus dem Behälter verhindert wird. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass ein erstes Ende des Originalitätsbandes an der Kappe unlösbar und das zweite Ende über den Abreißsteg an der Kappe befestigt ist, und dass das zweite Ende des Originalitätsbandes beim öffnenden Drehen der Kappe gegen einen Vorsprung insbesondere eine Stufe des Stutzens zur Anlage gelangt, durch die das Originalitätsband stauchbar und der Abreißsteg trennbar ist.
Bei einer solchen Konstruktion verändert nicht das Abheben der Kappe, sondern das Drehen der Kappe die Originalität, d. h. durch das Drehen der Kappe wird sichtbar, dass der Verschluss geöffnet wurde. Hierbei führt schon ein Drehen der Kappe um wenige Winkelgrade zu einem Abriss der Abreißstege, so dass ein vorzeitiges Öffnen sicher verhindert wird. Auch führt das Drehen der Kappe zu einer bleibenden Verformung des oder der Originalitätsbänder. Dabei verbleibt auch nach dem Öffnen das Originalitätsband stets an der Kappe.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, dass das Originalitätsband derart stauchbar ist, dass sich das Originalitätsband nach außen vorwölbt, so dass die Veränderung des Originalitätsbandes leicht sichtbar ist.
Besonders vorteilhaft ist es, wenn das Originalitätsband nahe des ersten Endes eine Dünnstelle aufweist, um die das Originalitätsband beim Stauchen auslenkbar insbesondere knickbar ist. Hierdurch ist sichergestellt, dass zum einen das Originalitätsband bleibend verformt ist und zum anderen eine gute Sichtbarkeit der Verformung erzielt wird. Hierzu wird auch vorgeschlagen, dass das Originalitätsband zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Ende insbesondere in einem mittleren Bereich mindestens eine Dünnstelle aufweist, durch die das Originalitätsband beim Stauchen knickbar ist.
Vorzugsweise wird vorgeschlagen, dass am unteren Rand der Kappe zwei Originalitätsbänder befestigt sind, die jeweils im wesentlichen eine Hälfte des Kappenumfangs umfassen bzw. bilden. Dies erhöht die Sicherheit, dass zumindest ein Originalitätsband sichtbar verformt ist. Ferner führt es zu dem Vorteil, dass nach dem Öffnen die Originalitätsbänder nicht zu weit und damit störend seitlich vorstehen. Auch führt dies zu einem optisch ansprechenden Ergebnis nach dem Öffnen des Verschlusses.
Vorzugsweise wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Ausgießstutzen an einem Einschweißteil befestigt insbesondere angeformt ist.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in den Zeichnungen dargestellt und wird im Folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigen
Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht des Verschlusses an einem Einschweißteil vor dem Öffnen,
Fig. 2 den Verschluss nach dem Öffnen,
Fig. 3 eine Ansicht während des Öffnens in einem Schnitt direkt unterhalb des unteren Kappenrandes, so dass von der Kappe nur die Originalitätsbänder sichtbar sind und
Fig. 4 die Ansicht entsprechend Fig. 3 nach dem Trennen der Abreißstege.
Für einen Behälter insbesondere für einen nicht dargestellten Beutel ist ein schiffchenförmiges Einschweißteil 1 vorgesehen, das zwischen die oberen Wandränder des Beutels einschweißbar ist und an seiner Oberseite einen angeformten Ausgießstutzen 2 aufweist. Der Ausgießstutzen 2 ist durch eine Schraubkappe 3 verschließbar, die mit ihrem Innengewinde auf das Außengewinde des Stutzens 2 aufschraubbar ist.
Am unteren Kappenrand 4 sind zwei Originalitätsbänder 5a und 5b in der Weise befestigt, dass sie unterhalb des Kappenrandes 4 vorstehen und bei nicht geöffneter Kappe jeweils im wesentlichen eine Hälfte des Kappenumfangs im unteren Bereich bilden. Hierbei ist jeweils ein erstes Ende 6 des Originalitätsbandes 5a, 5b an der Kappenunterseite bzw. unteren Kappenrand 4 unlösbar angeformt. Von diesem ersten Ende 6 erstreckt sich der übrige Bereich des Originalitätsbandes 5a, 5b in Aufdrehrichtung bis zum zweiten Ende 7 des Originalitätsbandes, das nur über einen Abreißsteg 8 mit der Kappe insbesondere mit dem ersten Ende 6 des anderen Originalitätsbandes lösbar befestigt ist.
Das zweite Ende 7 des Originalitätsbandes 5a, 5b bildet eine Anschlagfläche 9, die beim Aufdrehen der Kappe gegen einen Vorsprung 10 stößt, der an der Außenseite des Ausgießstutzens 2 vorsteht. Anschlagfläche 9 und Vorsprung 10 haben die Wirkung, dass bereits nach einem Aufdrehen der Kappe 3 um wenige Winkelgrade die Anschlagfläche 9 vom Vorsprung 10 festgehalten wird und damit das Weiterdrehen der Kappe 3 zu einem Ausbauchen der Originalitätsbänder 5a, 5b führt, solange der Abreißsteg 8 noch nicht abgerissen ist. Dieses Stauchen und Ausbauchen der Originalitätsbänder 5a, 5b wird noch dadurch erleichtert, dass das Originalitätsband nahe dem ersten Ende 6 eine Dünnstelle 11 aufweist, um die das Originalitätsband beim Stauchen auslenkbar insbesondere knickbar ist, und dass ferner das Originalitätsband in seinem mittleren Bereich und damit etwa mittig zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Ende eine weitere Dünnstelle 12 besitzt, die ein weites Ausbauchen ermöglicht, ohne dass der Abreißsteg 8 frühzeitig abreißt. Das Abreißen des Steges 8 erfolgt aber bereits nach einer geringen Drehung der Kappe, so dass ein frühzeitiges Öffnen des Behälters und ein frühzeitiges Ausströmen von Gasen aus dem Behälter verhindert wird.
Statt der im Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellten zwei Originalitätsbänder 5a, 5b kann auch ein einziges Originalitätsband an der Unterseite der Kappe 3 angeordnet sein, das dann vorzugsweise um mehr als 180° den Stutzen 2 umfasst. Auch kann der Stutzen statt an einem Einschweißteil direkt an einem Behälter insbesondere an einer Flasche angeformt sein.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Verschlusskappe (3) aus Kunststoff für den Ausgießstutzen (2) eines Behälters mit einem am unteren Kappenrand (4) angeordneten Originalitätsband (5a, 5b), das über mindestens einen Abreißsteg (8) mit der Kappe (3) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein erstes Ende (6) des Originalitätsbandes (5a, 5b) an der Kappe (3) unlösbar und das zweite Ende (7) über den Abreißsteg (8) an der Kappe befestigt ist, und dass das zweite Ende (7) des Originalitätsbandes beim öffnenden Drehen der Kappe (3) gegen einen Vorsprung (10) insbesondere eine Stufe des Stutzens (2) zur Anlage gelangt, durch die das Originalitätsband (5a, 5b) stauchbar und der Abreißsteg (8) trennbar ist.
2. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Originalitätsband (5a, 5b) derart stauchbar ist, dass sich das Originalitätsband nach außen vorwölbt.
3. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Originalitätsband (5a, 5b) nahe des ersten Endes (6) eine Dünnstelle (11) aufweist, um die das Originalitätsband beim Stauchen auslenkbar insbesondere knickbar ist.
4. Verschlusskappe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, d a d u r c h gekennzeichnet, dass das Originalitätsband (5a, 5b) zwischen dem ersten und zweiten Ende insbesondere in einem mittleren Bereich mindestens eine Dünnstelle (12) aufweist, durch die das Originalitätsband beim Stauchen knickbar ist.
5. Verschlusskappe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am unteren Rand (4) der Kappe (3) zwei Originalitätsbänder (5a, 5b) befestigt sind, die jeweils im wesentlichen eine Hälfte des Kappenumfangs umfassen insbesondere bilden.
6. Verschlusskappe nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgießstutzen (2) an einem Einschweißteil (1) befestigt insbesondere angeformt ist.
