Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein elektromotorisch betriebenes Saugreinigungsgerät (S) mit einem Saugmund (15) und einem Saugkanal (14), wobei darüber hinaus ein Feuchtesensor (17) in dem Saugkanal (14) angeordnet ist. Um ein Saugreinigungsgerät der in Rede stehenden Art insbesondere hinsichtlich der Maßnahmen zum Schutze nachgeschalteter Komponenten wie Filterbeutel und Sauggebläse bei Feuchtedetektierung weiter zu verbessern, wird vorgeschlagen, dass der Saugkanal (14) bei Erfassung einer Feuchtigkeit im Sinne einer Nebenluftöffnung öffnet.
