Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Verpacken von portionierten Produkten in einem Einwickler, indem wenigstens zwei Bahnen eines Packstoffes im wesentlichen parallel, an ihren einander zugewandten Längsrändern überlappend ausgerichtet und in Richtung jeweils eines nach oben offenen Faltschachtes transportiert, die Bahnen quer zu ihren überlappenden Längsrändern unter Bildung von im wesentlichen ebenen Zuschnitten der Einwickler getrennt und die Zuschnitte mittels eines in den Faltschacht eingreifenden Faltstempels unter Bildung eines nach oben offenen Einwicklers in den Faltschacht eingefaltet werden, wonach den nach oben offenen Einwicklern die Produktportion aufgegeben wird und anschließend die nach oben überstehenden Abschnitte der Einwickler nach innen umgeschlagen werden. Verfahren und Vorrichtungen der vorgenannten Art sind bekannt und finden insbesondere zum portionierten Verpacken von mehr oder minder pastösen Lebensmitteln, wie Butter, Margarine, pastösen Fetten, Schmelz- und Frischkäse, Schokolade, Suppenpasten und dergleichen, verbreiteten Einsatz. Mittels eines Faltstempels wird der Zuschnitt durch den Faltschacht gezogen, wobei der Faltstempel und/oder der Faltschacht mit entsprechenden Führungen zur Bildung der Falten und zum Überlappen der aufeinander zu legenden Abschnitte des Zuschnittes ausgestattet sind. Auf diese Weise wird ein nur nach oben offener Einwickler erzeugt, welcher anschließend z.B. in einer Zelle abgelegt werden kann, in welcher der Einwickler sodann mit der Produktportion befüllt wird. Schließlich werden die nach oben überstehenden Seitenteile des Einwicklers nach innen auf die freiliegende Seite des Produktes auf- bzw. umgefaltet. Hat der Zuschnitt durch entsprechenden Einzug seiner Ränder nach innen infolge des zentralen Anhebens desselben seine gewünschte Ausrichtung in Bezug auf die Faltschächte erreicht, so wird der Zuschnitt zentral unter Bildung der beiden zu faltenden Einwickler in Längsrichtung durchtrennt, was z.B. mittels eines auf der Hubeinrichtung angeordneten Messers geschieht. Sodann werden die Einwickler mittels der Faltstempel in die Faltschächte eingefaltet und werden die vorgefalteten, nach oben offenen Einwickler weiteren Verarbeitungsstationen (Befüllung etc.) zugeführt. Im weiteren Verlauf der Packstoffbahnen 7, 8 in Richtung der Faltschächte 25, in Transportrichtung T betrachtet, werden die Bahnen 7, 8 weiterhin parallel, aber an ihren einander zugewandten Längsseiten 7a, 8a überlappend ausgerichtet, indem sie jeweils über ihre zugehörige, parallel zueinander angeordnete Umlenkachse 10, 11 der Ausrichteinheit 9 geführt und dabei - im vorliegenden Fall um etwa 90° - umgelenkt werden, wenn die Umlenkachsen unter einem Winkel von etwa 45° in Bezug auf die Bahnen 7, 8 angeordnet sind. Nach dieser Umlenkung haben die Bahnen 7, 8 bereits ihre endgültige Ausrichtung in Bezug auf die Faltschächte 25 bzw. in Bezug auf das spätere Produktformat erreicht. Sie erreichen nun den Packstoffpuffer 18 und gelangen nach Verlassen desselben zwischen die Walzen 21, 22 des Vorschub- oder Fördermittels 20.
