Claims (13)

  1. Flasche zur Abgabe eines flüssigen Produkts mit einem Körper (1), der ein Behälter (2) zum Verpacken des Produkts aufweist, und einem Abgabesystem für das Produkt, das auf dem Körper so angebracht ist, dass es mit dem Behälter mittels einer Einrichtung zur Einspeisung des Produkts in Verbindung steht, wobei das Abgabesystem einen Ring (3), der einstückig mit dem Körper (1) ausgebildet ist, und einen Balg (4) aus elastisch verformbarem Material umfasst, der eine Basis (5), die an dem Ring angebracht ist, umfasst, wobei über die Basis ein Kopf (6) ragt, der elastisch zusammendrückbar ist, um ein variables Volumen innerhalb des Kopfes auszubilden, wobei der Ring mit einem Zufuhrkanal (19) für das Produkt von der Einrichtung zur Einspeisung ins Innere des Balgs (4) versehen ist, wobei der Kanal mit einem Einlassventil (21) für das Produkt ins Innere des Balgs versehen ist, und die Flasche ferner ein Auslassventil (26) für das Produkt aus dem Inneren des Balgs aufweist, wobei das Auslassventil zwischen dem Ring (3) und dem Balg (4) vorgesehen ist, um eine obere Dosierkammer (22), deren Volumen variabel ist, und eine untere Abgabekammer (23), die im Inneren der Basis (5) ausgebildet ist, um mit einer Abgabeöffnung (24) in Verbindung zu sein, die in der Basis ausgebildet ist, abzugrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeöffnung (24) außen von einem vorspringenden Schnabel (29) umgeben ist, der mit dem Balg (4) aus elastisch verformbaren Material ausgebildet ist, und dass die Flasche ferner eine steife Abdeckung (28) umfasst, die dazu vorgesehen ist, den Balg (4) zwischen Abgaben abzudecken, wobei die Abdeckung in Abdeckstellung eingerichtet ist, um zumindest das Basisteil (5) mit ausreichender Überschneidung zu umgeben, so dass sie dichtend an dem Schnabel (29) anliegt, um das Verschließen der Öffnung (24) zwischen den Abgaben zu gewährleisten.

Flasche zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (3) einen oberen Schacht (20) umfasst, der im Inneren des Balgs (4) angeordnet ist und in dem der stromabwärts gelegene Abschnitt des Zufuhrkanals (19) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Auslassventil eine ringförmige Membran (26) aufweist, die auf der Außenwand des Schachts ausgebildet ist, indem sie ein freies Ende (27) darstellt, wobei die Membran durch Kompression des Produkts in der Dosierkammer (22) zwischen einer Ruhestellung, in der das freie Ende (27) dichtend an dem Balg (4) anliegt, und einer gespannten Stellung, in der das freie Ende (27) entfernt von dem Balg angeordnet ist, biegbar ist, um das Durchströmen des Produkts unter Druck aus der Dosierkammer (22) zu der Abgabekammer (23) zu ermöglichen.
  3. Flasche zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Balg (4) eine axiale Überlagerung von ringförmigen Falten aufweist, die den Kopf (6) bilden, wobei die ringförmige Basis (4) im verbundenen Zustand axial an der unteren radialen Wand (8) der unteren Falte verläuft, wobei das freie Ende (27) der Membran (26) in der Ruhestellung dichtend an der Unterseite der Wand anliegt.
  4. Flasche zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das freie Ende (27) der Membran (26) einen Wulst (27a) zum Kontakt mit dem Balg (4) aufweist.
  5. Flasche zur Abgabe nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schacht (20) eine obere Tragfläche (20a) aufweist, die sich axial über das freie Ende (27) der Membran erstreckt (26).
  6. Flasche zur Abgabe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenfläche der Basis (5) Vorsprünge (30) zur Zentrierung der Abdeckung (28) in der Abdeckstellung aufweist.
  7. Flasche zur Abgabe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (5) einen unteren Abschnitt (5a), der um eine Tragfläche (3a) des Rings (3) vorgesehen ist, und einen oberen Abschnitt (5b) aufweist, in dem die Kammer (23) und die Abgabeöffnung (24) ausgebildet sind.
  8. Flasche zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragfläche (3a) des Rings (3) Mittel (25) zur Verankerung des unteren Abschnitts (5a) der Basis (5) aufweist.
  9. Flasche zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (1) der Flasche aus einem steifen Material hergestellt ist, wobei der Ring (3) auf dem Körper so vorgesehen ist, dass eine radiale Klemmung des unteren Abschnitts (5a) der Basis (5) durch den Körper sichergestellt ist.
  10. Flasche zur Abgabe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ring (3) eine obere Tragfläche (3a) zum Verbinden mit der Basis (5) und eine untere Tragfläche (3b) zum Verbinden mit dem Körper (1) aufweist, wobei der Durchmesser der oberen Tragfläche (3a) kleiner ist als derjenige der unteren Tragfläche (3b) ist, um so eine Aussparung zwischen der oberen Tragfläche und dem Ende (1a) des Körpers (1) zu bilden, wobei der untere Abschnitt (5a) der Basis (5) in der Aussparung festgeklemmt ist.
  11. Flasche zur Abgabe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper (1) ein flexibles Rohr aufweist, auf dem der Ring (3) integriert ist.
  12. Flasche zur Abgabe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basis (5) mit einem Wulst (31) versehen ist, der sich nach außen erstreckt, wobei die Abdeckung (28) in der Abdeckstellung axial an dem Wulst anliegt.
  13. Flasche zur Abgabe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kopf (6) eine obere Auflagefläche (11) umfasst, wobei die Auflagefläche konvex ist.
