Claims (4)
- Verschluss (1) ohne angeformte Dichtung zum Verschließen einer Flaschenhalsöffnung (2) eines Behälters, wobei dieser Verschluss von der Art ist, die Folgendes umfasst:- eine Verschlussabdeckung (3);- eine umlaufende Schürze (5), die bemessen ist, um um den Flaschenhals (2) herum zu passen, wobei die Schürze eine Innenfläche aufweist, die mit Anbringungsmitteln versehen ist, die in der Lage sind, direkt am Flaschenhals (2) einzugreifen, und um somit die Halterung des Verschlusses (1) direkt am Flaschenhals (2) sicherstellen zu können;- eine erste kreisförmige Lippe (11), die sich unter der Verschlussabdeckung (3) vorstehend in der Nähe der Öffnung des Flaschenhalses (2) befindet, wobei die erste Lippe (11) an den Flaschenhals (2) in Richtung auf seine Öffnung umgebogen ist, wenn der Verschluss (1) befestigt wird;- eine zweite kreisförmige Lippe (13) außerhalb der ersten Lippe (11), die positioniert ist, um ihrerseits in einer Richtung, die derjenigen der ersten Lippe (11) entgegengesetzt ist, an den Flaschenhals (2) umgebogen zu sein, wenn der Verschluss (1) befestigt wird; wobei- die Verschlussabdeckung (3) eine untere Oberfläche aufweist, die mit einer kreisförmigen Vertiefung (19) versehen ist, die eine Rille neben der ersten Lippe (11) bildet, wobei diese Rille einen Umschlagraum für die erste Lippe (11) bietet und somit einen leichteren Rückfluss im Falle einer Aufwallung sicherzustellen, wenn der Behälter umgestellt wird; wobei- die zweite Lippe (13) ebenfalls unter der Verschlussabdeckung (3) um die erste Lippe (11) herum vorsteht,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Lippe (13) ferner mit mehreren Zähnen oder Vorsprüngen (15) versehen ist, die positioniert sind, um mehrere Kontaktpunkte mit dem Flaschenhals (2) zu bilden, wenn sich die zweite Lippe (13) in der umgebogenen Position befindet, und um somit mehrere Dichtsperren mit einem Stufeneffekt zu bilden, wobei sich die Zähne oder Vorsprünge (15) somit an die Form des Flaschenhalses (2) anpassen und oberflächlichen Defekte und Kratzer absorbieren, die auf Herstellungsmängel oder Unfälle bei der Handhabung zurückzuführen sind; und
dass die umlaufende Schürze (5) einen inneren oberen Teil aufweist, der mit einer Rille (21) versehen ist, die durch ihre Position eine dritte Lippe (23) bildet, die außerhalb der beiden anderen liegt, die eine Radialspannung schaffen kann und einen Druck auf den Verschluss (1) ausüben kann, wenn dieser am Flaschenhals (2) befestigt wird, und somit ein besseres Spannen eines Spannrings (7) des Verschlusses (1) an einer umlaufenden Wulst (9) außerhalb des Flaschenhalses sicherstellen kann, und zwar ferner mit einer Kompression der ersten (11) und zweiten (13) Lippen in der umgebogenen Position und einem zusätzlichen Kontaktpunkt mit dem Flaschenhals (2). - Verschluss (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schürze (5) mit einer Zuglasche (25) versehen ist, die mit einem Sollbruchelement (27) verknüpft ist, um das Abnehmen des Verschlusses (1) von dem Flaschenhals (2) zu erleichtern.
- Verschluss (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus einem einzigen Stück Kunststoff gespritzt wird.
- Verschluss (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter eine Flüssigkeitskorbflasche ist und dass der Verschluss (1) am Flaschenhals (2) der Korbflasche befestigt ist.
