Definitions

  • the invention relates to a fitting for windows or doors according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • a fitting is made EP 1357243 A2 known.
  • window handles which can be brought into an open position only after pressing a separate pressure element (push-to-open function).
  • a separate pressure element push-to-open function
  • Such, for example in DE 295 04 329 U1 disclosed fitting has in the handle head axially displaceably mounted lock cylinder, with its bolt-shaped end a spring-loaded lever arm can be actuated, which prevents pivoting of the handle against the stop body in the blocking position.
  • the one-armed lever arm is mounted in the stop body and provided with two engagement elements which enter in Sperrslellung in associated recesses in the handle head. Only when one operates the lock cylinder, the handle can be pivoted about its axis of rotation.
  • the lock cylinder When the lock cylinder is released, it returns to its original position and the lever arm returns to its locking position upon reaching the closed position of the handle. Due to the lever arm housed in the stop body, the fitting can be made relatively narrow overall, but this is at the expense of resilience. Another disadvantage is that the fitting is secured only in its closed position. Operating errors in other positions can not be prevented. There are also no locking means available that can lock the handle in excellent working positions.
  • the aim of the invention is to avoid these and other disadvantages of the prior art and to provide a fitting for windows or doors, which is inexpensive and easy to handle by simple means.
  • the aim is also improved security, both in terms of capacity and in terms of operation.
  • unauthorized opening or tilting of a window should only be possible if an additional element is actuated (push-to-open).
  • the handle should be secured at all times in selected functional positions.
  • the invention provides that the locking sleeve has a toothing, which corresponds to a toothing of the stopper body.
  • the rotatably mounted on the stop body locking sleeve takes in an excellent working position of the handle relative to the stopper body on the locking member of the locking unit and thus blocks any rotational movement of the handle against the stopper body.
  • the fitting is secured against accidental or unauthorized operation.
  • the locking sleeve can be made of a different and preferably more robust material than the stop body. For example, this consists of a low-cost material such as plastic, while the locking sleeve is made of metal.
  • the stopper body preferably has a neck portion, wherein the locking sleeve is positively and / or positively seated on the neck portion.
  • the teeth have in relation to the axial direction oblique edges of the same pitch, which has a favorable effect on the assembly of the locking sleeve, because the Locking sleeve must not be positioned exactly opposite the stop body for the joining process. Position deviations are reliably compensated by the oblique flanks of the axially interlocking teeth, so that the locking sleeve always reaches its intended position on the neck and thus on the stop body.
  • the production is also simplified because the geometry of all components allows rapid and easy demoulding.
  • a further improvement of the rotational security is achieved by the toothing of the locking sleeve tooth ends, which engage positively and / or positively in corresponding recesses in the stop body, wherein the recesses are formed for the tooth ends between the teeth of the toothing of the stopper body.
  • the teeth and the neck portion are integral with the stopper body, while the teeth of the locking sleeve is integral therewith. This also reduces the costs in production.
  • the components are simple and can be produced inexpensively.
  • At least one recess for engagement of the locking member of the locking unit is formed in or on the locking sleeve.
  • the locking member comes when reaching an excellent functional position of the handle relative to the stopper body automatically with a recess of the locking sleeve into engagement.
  • the handle is always automatically locked, for example when reaching the closed position or the tilted position, without further measures having to be taken.
  • the window can not be accidentally opened.
  • the locking unit has an actuating element for the locking member, wherein the locking member by pressing of the actuating element counter to a restoring force with the locking sleeve can be disengaged. The handle can now be rotated and the window can be opened, for example.
  • a further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the actuating element is a lock cylinder. This makes it possible to lock the locking unit and thus the locking member itself, so that the handle is not operated and a window or a door can not be opened. Only after release of the locking member by the lock cylinder can actuate the locking unit and bring the locking member out of engagement with the locking sleeve.
  • a locking bushing is mounted concentrically with the axial direction within the stopper body and is rotatably connected to the handle. It has a neck portion which is rotatably seated in the neck portion of the stopper body, so that a stable as well as precise storage is ensured.
  • the locking bushing is further preferably latched by means of latching means in at least one excellent functional position of the handle, wherein the latching means are formed on the stopper body and engage in reaching the at least one excellent functional position in corresponding locking recesses in the locking bushing.
  • a trained on the locking sleeve collar increases their stability, the locking recesses are circumferentially introduced into the collar.
  • the locking bush also has a polygonal recess which receives the handle form-fitting manner. This is provided for this purpose with a handle neck which is positively connected to the recess of the locking bush in engagement.
  • This composite ensures a high torsional strength, which easily withstands even high continuous loads, especially when the locking bushing is made of plastic. The latter is advantageous because it can save considerable costs compared to conventional locking sockets made of zamak.
  • the axial securing of the handle neck in the locking bush by means of a flanging, which is introduced into the end of the handle neck.
  • the in Fig. 1 generally designated B fitting is designed as a window fitting. He has a handle 10, the handle head 12 is mounted with a handle neck 18 about an axis of rotation A axialfest-rotatably mounted on a stop body 30.
  • a square pin V is provided, the front side is inserted into a recess 17 in the handle neck 18, which - such as Fig. 3 shows - extends into the handle head 12 inside.
  • the square pin V is pressed from below into the recess 17, so that it is non-positively and positively held therein.
  • a longitudinally displaceably mounted locking unit 20 is provided which serves to block the rotational movement of the handle 10 relative to the stop body 30.
  • the locking unit 20 has a locking member 21 in the form of an elongate locking bolt which is engageable with a rotatably mounted on the stop member 30 locking sleeve 40 upon reaching an excellent functional position of the handle 10 into engagement.
  • the locking pin 21 is mounted such that it automatically engages with a recess 42 in the locking sleeve 40 upon reaching an excellent functional position of the handle 10.
  • a recess 16 is parallel to the rotational or longitudinal axis A introduced in the handle head 12, which is formed as a stepped bore and - starting from a first portion 16 'for receiving the locking unit 20 via another section 16 "with smaller diameter extends to the bottom of the handle head 12 (see Fig. 3 ).
  • the further section 16 serveses to guide the locking pin 21st
  • an actuating element 22 is provided, which is preferably a lock cylinder.
  • This has a lock cylinder core 24 which is mounted longitudinally displaceably in a lock cylinder housing 25 and can be brought by means of a key S from a release position into a blocking position.
  • a compression spring 23 is arranged, which permanently loads the lock cylinder core 24 in the axial direction A.
  • Stop in the lock cylinder housing 25 prevents the lock cylinder core 24 can slide out of its housing 25.
  • the Sch physicallyzylinderkem 24 carries at its end facing the stopper body 30, the locking pin 21 which extends through the recess 16 and the portion 16 "and ends with a locking head 26 in an annular recess 14. This is coaxial with the handle neck 18 and formed in the Bottom of the handle head 12 introduced (see Fig. 2 ). Before the locking head 26, the locking pin 21 has a diameter-tapered portion 27, wherein the locking pin 21 is formed so long that also the portion 27 can always protrude into the annular recess 14 upon actuation of the lock cylinder core 24.
  • the stopper body 30 is designed as a rosette body, which is fastened by means of screws (not shown) to a window wing (also not shown). To accommodate the screws 31 two screw holes 33 are symmetrical to both sides of a through hole 31 are introduced in the rosette body, which - like Fig. 3 shows - ends in the back (not marked) cams. These align the rosette body 30 during assembly of the fitting B on the window frame, which is provided for this purpose with corresponding holes.
  • the stopper body also has centric to the passage opening 31 a cylindrical neck portion 35 which is provided for receiving the locking sleeve 40 and on the outer periphery of a toothing 34 is formed.
  • the (unspecified) tips of the toothing 34 terminate short of the upper edge 38 of the neck portion, while the flanks 36 of the teeth extend obliquely to the axial direction A.
  • recesses 37 are introduced in the transition from the neck portion 35 to the rosette body, which continue the oblique edges 36 and thus the tooth gaps in the rosette body 30 inside.
  • the locking sleeve 40 provided between the handle 10 and the stop body 30 has a cylindrical main part 41, which is provided at the edge with a toothing 44, which corresponds to the toothing 34 of the stop body 30 and the neck portion 35. Accordingly, the teeth 44 of the locking sleeve 40 have sloping flanks 46, which have the same pitch with respect to the axial direction A as the teeth 34 of the stopper body 30, so that the teeth 34, 44 interlock positively and without play.
  • the locking sleeve 40 is fitted snugly on the neck portion 35, wherein the outer diameter is equal to the inner diameter of the locking sleeve 40.
  • the latter sits so both radial and in the circumferential direction always free of play and rotation on the rosette body 30.
  • the Riegehülse 40 When placing the Riegehülse 40 on the neck portion 35, it is automatically centered by the teeth 34, 44, because they fit into each other.
  • the position of the locking sleeve 40 relative to the rosette body 30 thus plays during the joining process hardly a role, which significantly simplifies the assembly.
  • the axial length of the toothing 44 of the locking sleeve 40 is formed such that the teeth 44 with their tooth ends 47 non-positively and / or positively in the corresponding recesses 37 in the stop body 30 intervene.
  • the locking sleeve 40 thus sits permanently firmly on the stopper body 30 and can withstand even larger torques. Other fastening measures are not necessary.
  • opposite ends of the locking sleeve 40 carry a collar 48, in the circumferential side two recesses 42 are introduced for the locking pin 21.
  • the recesses 42 are diametrically opposite each other. Its inner diameter corresponds to the outer diameter of the locking head 26, so that it can engage in the locking position of the handle 10 positively one of the recesses 42.
  • the radial projection of the collar 48 over the outer wall of the main part 41 corresponds substantially to the radial depth in the tapered portion 27 of the locking pin 21 (see Fig. 4 ).
  • the locking sleeve 40 is placed on the rosette body 30 such that the opposing recesses 42 are aligned on the (unspecified) longitudinal axis of the rosette body 30.
  • a locking bush 70 is mounted within the rosette body 30 concentric to the axial direction A, the axial and rotatably connected to the handle 10 is connected.
  • the locking bushing 70 has a neck portion 75 which receives the handle neck 18 of the handle 10 in a form-fitting manner.
  • a through hole 78 is introduced with a polygonal inner contour. This corresponds to a polygonal outer surface of the handle neck 18 so that it is rotationally fixed in the locking bushing 70.
  • the free end 13 of the handle neck 18 - as in 3 and 4 seen with the locking bush 70 crimped by the handle neck 18 is formed within the locking sleeve 70 to the outside.
  • the passage opening 78 in the bushing 70 is provided on the inner circumference with a shoulder or a step 79. There, the neck portion 75 of the locking bushing 70 also goes into a flange-like collar 76, which is supported on the underside of the rosette body 30, so that the handle 10 is axially secured by the bushing 70.
  • the locking bushing 70 is rotatably mounted with its neck portion 75 in the neck portion 35 of the rosette body 30, while the collar 76 is supported in a recess 39 of the rosette body 30. It is advantageous if the locking bush 70 is not - as usual - made of metal, but made of plastic. The handle 10 is thus mounted relatively low friction in the also made of plastic rosette body 30 and easy to handle.
  • Fig. 2 shows in detail - in angular distances of 90 °, a total of four locking recesses 72 for locking means 32 introduced.
  • the latter are formed in the rosette body 30 (not shown) spring webs which lie symmetrically on both sides of the recess 39 for the collar 76 of the locking bushing 70.

  • this is provided with a recess 52 which surrounds the neck portion 35 of the rosette body 30 except for a slight movement play.
  • a plastic ring 53 placed on the cover 50 is supported on the locking bushing 40, which is provided with a step 49 on its outer wall between the toothing 44 and the collar 48 for this purpose.
  • the plastic ring 53 can also be integral with the cover 50, which can be latched at the edge to the rosette body 30.
  • Fig. 3 shows the fitting according to the invention B in the locked position, wherein the handle 10 is in an excellent working position, for example, in which the window is closed.
  • the locking elements 32 of the rosette body 30 are on both sides of the through hole 31 in the locking recesses 72 of the locking sleeve 70.
  • the spring 23 pushes the lock cylinder core 24 of the locking unit 20 against its stop to the outside, so that the locking head 26 of the locking pin 21 in a first position and in engagement with the locking sleeve 40 is located.
  • the distance between the axis of rotation A and the longitudinal axis L of the locking unit 20 is dimensioned such that the locking head 26 can engage positively in the lateral recess 42 in the collar 48.
  • a rotation of the handle 10 relative to the stopper body 30 is not possible because the locking unit 20 locks together with the non-rotatably seated on the stopper body 30 locking sleeve 40 any movement.
  • the locking unit 20 via the actuator 22 - here the lock cylinder - are operated.
  • the lock cylinder core 24 and the locking pin 21 are pressed against the spring 23 in the handle neck 12, so that the locking head 26 is no longer in a second position with the recesses 42 of the Riegehülse 40 is engaged (see Fig. 4 Rather, the tapered portion 27 of the locking pin 21 now lies at the level of the collar 48 of the locking sleeve 40. This is no longer blocked by the locking pin 21.
  • the handle 10 can be pivoted about the axis D relative to the stop body 30. In this case, the locking pin 21 slides with its locking head 26 on the underside of the collar 48 of the locking sleeve 40 along so that you can release the lock cylinder head 24 also.
  • the locking head 26 of the locking bolt 21 passes under an associated recess 42 in the Locking sleeve 40.
  • the spring 23 pushes the lock cylinder core 24 and thus the locking pin 21 outwardly against its stop, so that the locking head 26 again positively engages the recess 42 in the locking sleeve 40 in engagement.
  • the handle 10 is thus automatically locked in its functional position.
