B. in Form von kalibrierten Schraubbolzen vorzusehen, sodass die Steuer- und Vortriebseinheit bei einem Stoss über einer definierten Grösse vom Rumpf abreisst, ohne dass an der Abrissstelle ein Leck gebildet wird. Ein Problem kann jedoch dann auftreten, wenn die abgerissene Steuer- und Vortriebseinheit nach hinten, d. h. in achterliche Richtung und gleichzeitig nach oben gegen die Unterseite des Bootsrumpfes geschleudert wird. Claims (9)
- Boat drive which can be inserted into an opening of a boat hull and has a propulsion and control unit (9) which can be pivoted about a vertical axis (z) and can be fastened on the hull side by way of predetermined break points (12), characterized in that the boat drive comprises a protective plate (13) which can be fastened to the boat hull behind the propulsion and control unit (9) in the abaft direction, that is to say counter to the direction of travel (F), and in that the protective plate (13) has a hydrodynamic fairing (16) in the region of its leading edge.
