Further, two crimping vanes 17 and 17' of the connecting part 19 can be seen, which vanes can be bent around a cable for a secure fastening of the male terminal with a corresponding terminal cable.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un connecteur électrique mâle (1) comprenant un élément principal de connecteur ayant une partie de connexion sur une extrémité et une partie de réception de broche (11) sur l'autre extrémité; et une broche de contact séparée (20) maintenue par la partie de réception de broche (11). Les parois de la partie de réception de broche (11) forment un canal pour la réception de la broche de contact (20). Au moins deux éléments de butée (15, 16) sont prévus sur les parois intérieures du canal, ces éléments de butée (15, 16) étant espacés l'un de l'autre par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'élément de connecteur principal allongé (10) et la broche de contact étant dotée d'au moins une partie agrandie (21) qui est disposée dans la section du canal entre lesdits éléments de butée espacés (15, 16).

Claims (10)

  1. Borne électrique mâle (1), comprenant :
    a. un élément principal allongé de borne (10) comportant une partie de réception de broche (11) sur une extrémité ; et
    b. une broche de contact séparée (20) retenue par la partie de réception de broche (11),
    la partie de réception de broche (11) comprend deux parois latérales (12, 12') sensiblement parallèles l'une à l'autre et une paroi inférieure (13), lesdites parois formant une gorge de préférence ouverte pour la réception de la broche de contact (20), caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux éléments de butée (15, 16) sont prévus sur les parois intérieures de la gorge, lesquels éléments de butée (15, 16) sont espacés l'un de l'autre par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de l'élément principal allongé de borne (10) et la broche de contact est pourvue d'au moins une partie agrandie (21) qui est agencée dans la section de la gorge entre lesdits éléments de butée espacés (15, 16).
  2. Borne mâle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de butée (15, 16) sont prévus sous forme de rétrécissements des parois (12 ; 12' ; 13).
  3. Borne mâle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de butée (15, 16) sont sertis ou nervurés dans les parois (12 ; 12' ; 13).
  4. Borne mâle selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les au moins deux éléments de butée (15, 16) sont prévus sous forme de rétrécissements dans les parois latérales (12, 12') et la paroi inférieure (13) définissant ainsi un espace de retenue borné sur trois côtés par les parois de la partie de réception de broche et dans laquelle la broche de contact (20) est pourvue d'au moins une partie agrandie de façon correspondante (21) qui va dans l'espace de retenue entre les au moins deux rétrécissements.
  5. Borne mâle selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la broche de contact (20) est fixée à au moins une des parois latérales (12, 12') au moyen d'au moins un point de soudage (40, 41) ou joint.
  6. Borne mâle selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'au moins un point de soudage (40, 41) ou joint est prévu de façon adjacente à un des éléments de butée (15, 16).
  7. Borne mâle selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément principal de borne (10) et la broche de contact séparée (20) sont faits de matériaux différents.
  8. Borne mâle selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la partie agrandie (21) est prévue au moyen de deux ailes sur des côtés opposés de la broche de contact.
  9. Borne mâle selon une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la borne mâle (1) comprend en outre un élément de retenue (30) agencé autour d'au moins une partie de la partie de réception de broche (11) et de la partie de la broche de contact (20) agencée dans celle-ci.
  10. Borne mâle selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de retenue (30) présente la forme d'une boîte comportant deux extrémités ouvertes opposées.
