Definitions
- the invention relates to a vacuum cleaner filter bag.
- EP 0 960 645 a multilayer bag wall construction in which a coarse filter layer is arranged in front of a fine filter layer in the direction of air flow.
- the DE 20 2006 019 108 U1 relates to a vacuum cleaner filter bag for vacuum cleaner with a front bag wall containing an inlet opening through which a sucked air stream enters the vacuum cleaner filter bag during operation, and with a rear bag wall opposite the front bag wall, wherein the two bag walls are made of flexible filter material, wherein the inlet opening a Stauwand demo is arranged.
- the filter bag has a reinforcing insert 18 on the wall of the bag opposite the inlet opening.
- a vacuum cleaner filter bag which has in its interior a deflection device arranged in the region of the inlet opening for deflecting the air flow entering through the inlet opening. Furthermore, an air-permeable material layer is provided in the interior of the filter bag, which is unconnected to at least a part of the edge with the filter bag.
- the object of the present invention is to further improve the filter bags known from the prior art, so that a high service life is possible with high suction power. This object is achieved by a vacuum cleaner filter bag according to claim 1.
- the deflection strip ensures that an incoming air flow does not strike the strip of material directly.
- the piece of material may in particular be designed such that an air flow is thereby guided on the side of the material strip facing away from the inlet opening.
- the piece of material carries an air flow on the side of the material strip facing away from the inlet opening (ie behind the strip) in the direction of the material strip.
- the strip of material is lifted in a simple manner by the air flow and spaced from the bag wall. He can move very well in the air flow, which has an advantageous distribution of the dust in the bag inside result.
- the piece of material may in principle be at least partially connected to the strip of material; but it can not be connected to the strip of material.
- the deflection strip can be designed to split the air flow into at least two partial flows. By such a division into two or more part streams a more uniform distribution of the filter cake in the vacuum cleaner filter bag is achieved. In addition, the number of particles per partial flow is reduced in comparison with the incoming air flow, which reduces the burden of the bag walls by the individual partial flows.
- the deflection strip can be designed to split the air flow into at least two partial flows with different, in particular opposite, flow directions.
- air enters the flow direction (inlet flow direction) through the inlet port and strikes the deflection strip.
- the air flow is deflected, so that a change in the flow direction through the deflection strip with respect to the flow direction at the inlet opening, occurs.
- the flow direction of the air flow or air flow direction is meant the main flow direction of the air, which is generally parallel to one wall, for example a vacuum cleaner tube or nozzle runs.
- such a main flow direction results at every point through the vacuum cleaner tube into the bag, even if turbulence may possibly occur at individual points.
- Opposing directions of flow means that both directions of flow have a component in the plane perpendicular to the flow direction with which an air flow strikes the deflection strip, i. that is, a component perpendicular to the inlet flow direction, wherein the two components enclose an angle of about 180 °, and wherein the components in this plane are each larger than the corresponding component parallel to the inlet flow direction.
- the material strip can be arranged in particular on the inside of the vacuum cleaner filter bag on the side of the deflection strip facing away from the inlet opening. Seen from the inlet opening then the strip of material behind the deflection strip and the piece of material behind the strip of material. In particular, the material strip and / or the piece of material may lie opposite the inlet opening.
- the bag wall may comprise two wall pieces of filter material, wherein the inlet opening is provided in a first wall piece.
- the deflection strip may be connected to the first wall piece and / or to the second wall piece.
- the material strip and / or the piece of material may in particular be connected to the second wall piece.
- the second wall piece may face the inlet opening.
- the two wall pieces may be separate pieces of filter material, which are interconnected.
- the two wall pieces may be part of a continuous piece of filter material, the two wall pieces being defined by the gussets on the two sides of the block bottom bag.
- the vacuum cleaner filter bag may further comprise a holding plate for holding the vacuum cleaner filter bag in a vacuum cleaner housing.
- the deflection strip may be connected to the retaining plate.
- the deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material may have a smaller area than that of the bag wall. This allows a deflection of the air flow and a movement of the two strips in an advantageous manner.
- the deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material may have a smaller area than one of the wall pieces.
- the material strip and / or the piece of material may extend over the entire length of the bag wall, in particular of the second wall piece.

- each sub-strips are formed, which are optionally relatively independently movable.
- the slitting of the piece of material is particularly advantageous for separate pieces of material.
- four to ten slots can be provided.
- the slots can be the same distance.
- partial strips can be formed through the slits whose width is 0.3 cm to 3.5 cm, in particular 0.5 cm to 1.5 cm.
- the slots may be spaced apart from each other by said dimensions.
- the slots may each be formed parallel to a side edge of the deflection strip, the material strip or the spacer element.
- the slots may be formed parallel to a respective longitudinal edge.
- One or more slots may each extend substantially the entire length of the deflection strip, the strip of material or the piece of material and / or the entire length between two connection points. - the piece of material can also be formed by a treatment, in particular by solidification, of the bag wall.
- the piece of material is then not designed as a separate element.
- a region of the entire bag wall or a region of one or more layers of the bag wall can be solidified.
- the solidification can be achieved for example by a full-scale thermal calendering. This reduces the air permeability in this area compared to the surrounding area.
- the vacuum cleaner filter bags described above may be disposable bags. In particular, they can be designed as flat bags. In particular, these may consist of two rectangular wall pieces, which are interconnected along their edges, for example, welded or glued, are. On each of two opposite sides of the vacuum cleaner filter bag, one side fold can be introduced in each case. On the first wall piece may be arranged at the inlet opening, a holding plate for holding the vacuum cleaner filter bag in a vacuum cleaner housing.

- wet laid nonwovens and conventional wet laid paper is as defined above, as used by the International Association Serving The Nonwoven and Related Industries EDANA (www.edana.org).
- nonwoven fabric When referring to paper or filter paper, it is meant (conventional) wet laid paper which is excluded in the above definition of nonwoven fabric.
- a web By a web (“Web”) is meant a layer of still loose, ie unconnected, fibers. By solidifying the loose fibers, a nonwoven fabric can be obtained.
- the basis weight was determined according to DIN EN ISO 9073-1.
- the thickness of the materials was determined according to DIN EN ISO 9073-2 (method A).
- the air permeability was determined according to EN ISO 9237 with an area of 20 cm 2 and a differential pressure of 200 Pa.
- the two wall pieces may for example have a structure as described in European Patent Application no. 07 013 312.9 is described. This advantageously makes it possible to provide a disposable bag.
- the two rectangular wall pieces are stacked and joined together along its edge, so that a seam 4 is formed by the peripheral seam. It may be, for example, an adhesive or weld.
- the first wall piece 2 has an inlet opening 5, through which an air stream enters the vacuum cleaner filter bag during operation of the vacuum cleaner filter bag.

- a deflection strip 7 is arranged on the first wall piece 2.
- the strip in the example shown is rectangular and connected along the two short edges (perpendicular to the plane of the drawing) with the filter material of the first wall piece, for example glued or welded. With the exception of the two connecting seams along the short edges, the deflecting strip 7 is loose, i. H. not connected to the bag wall. In particular, no seam is provided along the long edges.
- the deflection strip can also be connected to the holding plate and / or the second wall piece (at least along one edge).
- the deflection strip 7 is arranged in the region of the inlet opening 5, ie does not extend over the entire length of the first wall piece 2. It may have a length of 20 cm and a width of 7 cm.

- airflow enters the vacuum cleaner filter bag through inlet port 5 and is deflected by deflector strip 7.
- deflector strip 7 Depending on the design and arrangement of the deflection strip, the incoming air flow is divided in particular into two partial flows with different flow directions.
- the air can in particular flow under and between the two strips and set them in motion, so that the sucked-in dust can be distributed evenly inside the vacuum cleaner filter bag.
- the piece of material can be arranged symmetrically with respect to the inlet opening and / or the bag wall, in particular of the second wall piece (ie with the same spacing in the width and / or the length from the edge of the bag).
- the arrangement may also be asymmetrical with respect to the inlet opening and / or the bag wall, in particular the second wall piece.
- Fig. 2 schematically a plan view (from the interior of the vacuum cleaner filter bag) to an example of a first wall piece 2 is shown.
- the inlet opening 5 is drawn in dashed lines.
- a deflection strip 7 is connected to the first wall piece 2.
- this connection can take place via welded or adhesive seams along the short edges of the deflection strip. Otherwise, the deflection strip is unconnected, ie loose.
- the deflection strip 7 has a rectangular shape and is arranged parallel to but spaced from the edges of the first wall piece.
- the deflection strip can be a continuous strip.
- slots 10 may be provided in the deflection strip.
- the deflection strip then consists of several partial strips, in the example shown, consisting of five partial strips.
- the slots extend over the entire length of the deflection strip, or over the entire length between the two connecting seams at the short edges. Alternatively, however, a part of the slots or all slots may be formed shorter than the length of the deflection strip. In the example shown, the slots are arranged parallel to the longitudinal side of the deflection strip. Again, other orientations of the slots are alternatively possible.
- the slots allow different portions of the deflection strip to be relatively independently movable. Furthermore, air can flow through the slots relatively unhindered, so that the expression of the two partial flows is somewhat reduced.
- Fig. 3 is a plan view of the inside of a second wall piece 3 shown schematically. This page is in the prefabricated vacuum cleaner filter bag in Fig. 2 shown side and thus the inlet opening opposite.
- a strip of material 8 is connected, which is arranged over a strip-shaped piece of material, the latter can not be seen in this plan view.
- the material strip 8 extends over the entire length of the second wall piece 3, but it has a smaller width; In particular he may be related to FIG. 1 have mentioned dimensions. Alternatively, however, the material strip may also have a shorter length than the length of the second wall piece.
- the strip of material 8 is connected via the peripheral seam of the vacuum cleaner filter bag with the second wall piece.
- the material strip 8 can consist of a continuous piece of material.
- the strip 8 may have slots 11 formed by the partial strips, in the example shown four partial strips. In the example shown, the slots extend the full length of the strip. Alternatively, however, the slots may be shorter or have a different orientation.
- the partial strips may have, for example, a width of 12.5 mm.
- the strip-shaped piece of material has in the example a smaller length and width than the strip of material and is thus covered by this.
- the strip-shaped piece of material can also be slotted.
- the material strip and the strip-shaped material piece each have slots of the same type (orientation, length, width, etc.).
- one of the two strips may have slots over the entire length and the other strip may only have shorter slots or none at all.
- FIG. 4 Comparative measurements for different vacuum cleaner filter bag configurations are shown. A dust load test with DMT dust (Type 8) according to EN 60312 (Draft 4th edition) was carried out.
- the vacuum cleaner used is a Miele S 712 SAC.
- the standard engine protection filter and the standard exhaust filter were used.
- the basis for the investigations are the vacuum cleaner filter bags F / J / N series (batch 56 12.14) available from Wolf GmbH & Co. KG.
- the dimensions of this flat bag are 290 x 260 mm.
- a material strip (“SR 2") is provided, which has a size of 260 x 110 mm and is thus attached to both short edges on the hem.
- This strip of material has 9 continuous slots with a width of about 12 mm.
- the total thickness of the strip of material is about 4 mm.
- SR3 a piece of material
- the piece of material has the dimensions 220 x 80 mm and is made of the same material as the material strip.
- the piece of material is symmetrical with respect to the inlet opening and the second wall piece arranged.
- the piece of material has 6 continuous strips with a width of about 12.5 mm.
- 290 x 260 - SR 1 + SR 2/12 + SR3 / 12.5 SB again refers to the same vacuum cleaner bag with the aforementioned deflection strips and strips of material.

An important goal in the development of vacuum cleaner filter bags is to increase the service life of the filter bag. The operating time over which a vacuum cleaner filter bag can be used until it is filled with dust and / or the pores of the filter material are clogged, should be as long as possible, at the same time a high suction power of the vacuum cleaner is sought over this time. This object is achieved by a vacuum cleaner filter bag according to
- a bag wall of filter material, wherein an inlet opening is provided in the bag wall,
- a deflection strip for deflecting an air flow entering through the inlet opening, the deflection strip being arranged inside the vacuum cleaner filter bag,
- a strip of material disposed within the vacuum cleaner filter bag and connected to the bag wall, at least a portion of the edge of the strip of material being unconnected to the bag wall, and
- a piece of material which is provided on the side facing away from the inlet opening of the material strip.
It has surprisingly been found that such an arrangement of a deflection strip, a material strip and a piece of material enable a high suction power over a long period of time. The deflection strip ensures that an incoming air flow does not strike the strip of material directly. The piece of material may in particular be designed such that an air flow is thereby guided on the side of the material strip facing away from the inlet opening. The piece of material carries an air flow on the side of the material strip facing away from the inlet opening (ie behind the strip) in the direction of the material strip. Thus, the strip of material is lifted in a simple manner by the air flow and spaced from the bag wall. He can move very well in the air flow, which has an advantageous distribution of the dust in the bag inside result. The piece of material may in principle be at least partially connected to the strip of material; but it can not be connected to the strip of material.
In particular, the deflection strip can be designed to split the air flow into at least two partial flows. By such a division into two or more part streams a more uniform distribution of the filter cake in the vacuum cleaner filter bag is achieved. In addition, the number of particles per partial flow is reduced in comparison with the incoming air flow, which reduces the burden of the bag walls by the individual partial flows.
The deflection strip can be designed to split the air flow into at least two partial flows with different, in particular opposite, flow directions. In operation of the vacuum cleaner filter bag, air enters the flow direction (inlet flow direction) through the inlet port and strikes the deflection strip. By this, the air flow is deflected, so that a change in the flow direction through the deflection strip with respect to the flow direction at the inlet opening, occurs. By the flow direction of the air flow or air flow direction is meant the main flow direction of the air, which is generally parallel to one wall, for example a vacuum cleaner tube or nozzle runs. During operation of the vacuum cleaner, such a main flow direction results at every point through the vacuum cleaner tube into the bag, even if turbulence may possibly occur at individual points.
Opposing directions of flow means that both directions of flow have a component in the plane perpendicular to the flow direction with which an air flow strikes the deflection strip, i. that is, a component perpendicular to the inlet flow direction, wherein the two components enclose an angle of about 180 °, and wherein the components in this plane are each larger than the corresponding component parallel to the inlet flow direction. This means that (in vectorial view of the flow direction) the two partial flow directions are arranged in anti-parallel in the vertical projection in the plane perpendicular to the inlet flow direction.
The material strip can be arranged in particular on the inside of the vacuum cleaner filter bag on the side of the deflection strip facing away from the inlet opening. Seen from the inlet opening then the strip of material behind the deflection strip and the piece of material behind the strip of material. In particular, the material strip and / or the piece of material may lie opposite the inlet opening.
The bag wall may comprise two wall pieces of filter material, wherein the inlet opening is provided in a first wall piece. The deflection strip may be connected to the first wall piece and / or to the second wall piece. The material strip and / or the piece of material may in particular be connected to the second wall piece. The second wall piece may face the inlet opening. In particular, in a vacuum cleaner filter bag in flat shape, the two wall pieces may be separate pieces of filter material, which are interconnected. In a vacuum cleaner filter bag having a block or block bottom shape, the two wall pieces may be part of a continuous piece of filter material, the two wall pieces being defined by the gussets on the two sides of the block bottom bag.
The vacuum cleaner filter bag may further comprise a holding plate for holding the vacuum cleaner filter bag in a vacuum cleaner housing. The deflection strip may be connected to the retaining plate.
The deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material may have a smaller area than that of the bag wall. This allows a deflection of the air flow and a movement of the two strips in an advantageous manner. For example, the deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material may have a smaller area than one of the wall pieces.
The material strip and / or the piece of material may extend over the entire length of the bag wall, in particular of the second wall piece. However, the width of the material strip and / or of the piece of material can also be smaller than the width of the bag wall, in particular of the second wall piece. The width may in particular be at most two thirds, preferably at most half the width of the bag wall, in particular of the second wall piece.
The material of the piece of material may have a lower air permeability than the material of the bag wall and / or the material strip. Thus, an air flow from the rear (ie on the side facing away from the inlet opening) is advantageously guided in the direction of the material strip and thus makes it possible to lift it from the bag wall and to space it.
The material of the piece of material may have an air permeability of less than 2000 l / (m 2 s), in particular less 1000 l / (m 2 s), in particular less than 500 l / (m 2 s).
In the previously described vacuum cleaner filter bags, the piece of material may be disposed inside the vacuum cleaner filter bag or outside the vacuum cleaner filter bag or may be formed as part of the bag wall. In particular, both in an arrangement inside and outside the piece of material may be connected to the bag wall. In an arrangement inside or outside the piece of material is thus formed as separate or separate from the bag wall element.
According to one possibility, the piece of material may be arranged in the interior of the vacuum cleaner filter bag and connected to the bag wall, wherein the piece of material is arranged such that the strip of material is kept with its side facing away from the inlet opening at least partially spaced from the bag wall. The spacing allows a simple way of guiding the air flow under the strip of material.
The piece of material may be formed such that the strip of material is kept at least partially spaced apart by at least 0.1 mm, preferably at least 1.5 mm, more preferably at least 4 mm, from the bag wall, in particular the second wall piece. The piece of material can therefore in particular have a thickness of at least 0.1 mm, preferably at least 1.5 mm, more preferably at least 4 mm. The spacing and thus the thickness can reach up to several centimeters.
The material strip and / or the piece of material may be formed in particular rectangular. The material strip and / or the piece of material can be aligned parallel to the side edges of the bag wall, in particular of the second wall piece. In particular, the two longitudinal sides of the material strip and / or of the piece of material may be spaced from the corresponding (parallel) side edges of the bag wall or the second wall piece, for example centrally with respect to the width of the second wall piece.
The piece of material may be in the form of a strip. The material strip and the piece of material can be arranged one above the other or one above the other; In this case, the piece of material is arranged inside the vacuum cleaner filter bag. In particular, in the case of a strip-shaped piece of material, the two strips lie flat against one another in this way. Alternatively, the strip-shaped piece of material can also be fastened outside on the bag wall. This also makes it possible to achieve an air deflection from behind on the strip of material, since the air permeability is reduced overall in this area of the bag wall.
The piece of material and the strip of material may have the same width and / or length. Alternatively, they may have a different width and / or length. In particular, the strip of material may have a greater length and / or width than the piece of material.
The deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material can be rectangular; they can, in particular if they are formed as strips, in each case along two opposite edges, in particular along the short edges, be connected to the bag wall. In particular, the deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material can be connected to the bag wall only at these locations, that is, at two edges or edges.
In the previously described vacuum cleaner filter bags, the bag wall may have a seam and the strip of material and / or the piece of material at the seam may be connected to the bag wall (in particular if the piece of material is formed as a separate element from the bag wall). In particular, a first wall piece and a second wall piece can be connected to one another via a seam and the material strip and / or the piece of material at the seam can be connected to the second wall piece. This simplifies in particular the production of the vacuum cleaner filter bag and makes it possible to form the material strip and / or the piece of material over the entire length of the second wall piece. The seam can be formed by a connecting seam, for example by a welded or adhesive seam.
The deflection strip may have a shorter length than the length of the bag wall or the first wall piece. Alternatively, however, the deflection strip may extend over the entire length of the bag wall or the first wall piece. The piece of material may have a smaller area than the strip of material. In particular, the piece of material may have a smaller width and / or a shorter length than the strip of material. Alternatively, however, the piece of material can also protrude over the strip of material in one or both dimensions, in particular be made larger in one or both dimensions.
The deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material may have a width that is greater than the diameter of the inlet opening. The width of the deflection strip may be less than the width of the material strip and / or the piece of material.
In the previously described vacuum cleaner filter bags, the deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material may be slotted, in particular have a plurality of slots. In this way, each sub-strips are formed, which are optionally relatively independently movable. The slitting of the piece of material is particularly advantageous for separate pieces of material. In particular, four to ten slots can be provided. The slots can be the same distance. In particular, partial strips can be formed through the slits whose width is 0.3 cm to 3.5 cm, in particular 0.5 cm to 1.5 cm. In particular, the slots may be spaced apart from each other by said dimensions.
The slots may each be formed parallel to a side edge of the deflection strip, the material strip or the spacer element. In particular, the slots may be formed parallel to a respective longitudinal edge.
One or more slots may each extend substantially the entire length of the deflection strip, the strip of material or the piece of material and / or the entire length between two connection points. In particular, all slots can extend over the entire length. Thus, the sub-strips would extend over the entire length of the deflection strip or the respective strip. The connection points are the locations at which the deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material are connected to the bag wall, that is, for example, the connection seams at the short edges.
The connection of the deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material with the bag wall and / or a holding plate can be effected in particular by gluing or welding. The deflection strip, the material strip and / or the piece of material can be glued or welded pointwise or linearly with the bag wall or the holding plate. For example, the strips may be formed rectangular and connected at their short edges pointwise or line with the bag wall. However, the piece of material can also be glued or welded to the entire surface of the bag wall.
In the previously described vacuum cleaner filter bags, the deflecting strip may comprise or consist of an air-permeable or an air-impermeable material. The baffle may comprise a nonwoven fabric, particularly an extrusion nonwoven such as a spunbond nonwoven or a spunbond fabric, a nonwoven web, a wet laid web and / or a dry laid web, a paper, a paperboard , a net, a woven fabric and / or a foil, for example perforated. The deflection strip may comprise or consist of a laminate of a plurality of said layers. The basis weight of the deflection strip can range from 10 g / m 2 to 300 g / m 2 , in particular from 50 to 200 g / m 2 .
The piece of material can also be formed by a treatment, in particular by solidification, of the bag wall. Thus, the piece of material is then not designed as a separate element. In particular, a region of the entire bag wall or a region of one or more layers of the bag wall can be solidified. The solidification can be achieved for example by a full-scale thermal calendering. This reduces the air permeability in this area compared to the surrounding area.
The vacuum cleaner filter bags described above may be disposable bags.

The first wall piece 2 has an
In the interior of the vacuum cleaner filter bag, a deflection strip 7 is arranged on the first wall piece 2. The strip in the example shown is rectangular and connected along the two short edges (perpendicular to the plane of the drawing) with the filter material of the first wall piece, for example glued or welded. With the exception of the two connecting seams along the short edges, the deflecting strip 7 is loose, i. H. not connected to the bag wall. In particular, no seam is provided along the long edges. Alternatively, the deflection strip can also be connected to the holding plate and / or the second wall piece (at least along one edge).
In the example shown, the deflection strip 7 is arranged in the region of the
In principle, the deflection strip 7 may consist of an air-impermeable or air-permeable material. It can be single or multi-layered. For example, the deflecting strip 7 may consist of a filament spunbonded nonwoven layer joined to an (air impermeable) film. The deflection strip can have a basis weight of 150 g / m 2 .
In the interior of the vacuum cleaner filter bag, a
The piece of material can for example also be folded or pleated. The piece of material does not have to be strip-shaped. It may, for example, also be a piece of cardboard that has a fold structure such that a spacing of the material strip is achieved by a desired amount. Furthermore, the piece of material can also be fastened in the same way on the outside of the bag wall. According to a further alternative, the piece of material can also be obtained by solidification of a region of the bag wall.
In the example shown, the strip of material extends over the entire length of the
It has been found that, for example, pieces of material with other dimensions also show very good results. For example, a 80 x 40 mm size film disposed transverse to the material strip underneath and connected to the bag wall at each of four corners via a weld point may also be used.
In the example shown, the connection of the material strip with the second wall piece is realized in that the material strip extend into the seam 4 and are connected via the connection of the seam (for example a welded or glued seam) to the second wall piece and also to the first wall piece , The strip-shaped piece of material is glued or welded to the second wall piece. In particular, the piece of material can be glued or welded either point or line shape from the full surface with the bag wall.
The two strips can, but need not, be the same. They may differ in particular in the dimensions, materials, air permeabilities and / or basis weights. Preferably, however, both strips have a width that is greater than the diameter of the
Thus, for example, the material strip and the piece of material can have two cover nonwovens in the form of a filament spunbonded nonwoven fabric, between which a web of loose fibers (in particular crimping pases) is arranged, which is connected to the filamentary spun-bonded layers by means of calendering. The basis weight of the strip of material and the piece of material may in the example be between 100 and 200 g / m 2 ; The thickness of both strips can be 3 - 4 mm. The air permeability of the piece of material is preferably less than 2000 l / (m 2 s). Alternatively, the piece of material may also be formed in the form of a film, which may be impermeable to air or perforated, for example. Such a film may have a thickness of, for example, 0.1 mm.
In operation, airflow enters the vacuum cleaner filter bag through
Due to the deflection, the air can in particular flow under and between the two strips and set them in motion, so that the sucked-in dust can be distributed evenly inside the vacuum cleaner filter bag.
The piece of material can be arranged symmetrically with respect to the inlet opening and / or the bag wall, in particular of the second wall piece (ie with the same spacing in the width and / or the length from the edge of the bag). Alternatively, the arrangement may also be asymmetrical with respect to the inlet opening and / or the bag wall, in particular the second wall piece.

The deflection strip 7 has a rectangular shape and is arranged parallel to but spaced from the edges of the first wall piece.
In principle, the deflection strip can be a continuous strip. Alternatively, however, as in the example shown,
In the example shown, the slots extend over the entire length of the deflection strip, or over the entire length between the two connecting seams at the short edges. Alternatively, however, a part of the slots or all slots may be formed shorter than the length of the deflection strip. In the example shown, the slots are arranged parallel to the longitudinal side of the deflection strip. Again, other orientations of the slots are alternatively possible. The slots allow different portions of the deflection strip to be relatively independently movable. Furthermore, air can flow through the slots relatively unhindered, so that the expression of the two partial flows is somewhat reduced.

The strip of
The strip-shaped piece of material has in the example a smaller length and width than the strip of material and is thus covered by this. The strip-shaped piece of material can also be slotted.

Furthermore, in this variant, a material strip ("SR 2") is provided, which has a size of 260 x 110 mm and is thus attached to both short edges on the hem. This strip of material has 9 continuous slots with a width of about 12 mm. These are two filament spunbonded nonwoven layers, between which a layer of crimping fibers is arranged. The total thickness of the strip of material is about 4 mm. For a bag modified in this way, a dust volume of 400 g results in a substantially improved volume flow.
For "290 x 260 -
From these examples, it can be seen that a piece of material with which the air is directed from the back to the strip of material significantly improves the volume flow even with a dust load of 400 g compared to a conventional vacuum cleaner bag.
