Description

The invention relates to snow gliding boards, in particular skis and in particular also to alpine skis according to the preamble of claim 1.

In modern ski constructions rail or strip-like guiding and fastening elements are increasingly used for connection or attachment of the respective binding or its functional elements on the ski body, which are provided in pairs and in the transverse direction of the ski body opposite one another and in each case with at least one guide - Are provided or anchoring groove for the positive engagement of the binding or the binding elements. In this case, it is also known in particular ( EP-A-1 815 894 A1 . EP-A-1 611 927 A1 , "Collection 07/08", 04.02.2007, BLIZZARD SKIS), which provide in Skiquerrichtung opposite each other, ie mutually associated guide and fasteners on mutually facing sides of bead-like projections on the top of the ski body, preferably in recesses thereof Projections or integrated into this or in the ski body, on the one hand to achieve a visually appealing appearance and on the other hand, the guide and fasteners protected, but at least but largely protected to arrange at the top of the ski body.

Especially in ski constructions of this kind there is often a problem with regard to an optimal transmission of the forces between the guide and fastening elements and thus between the binding and the ski outer edges, to a greater extent when the ski or ski body in question has a large width.

Snow sliding boards are also known with a central projection extending in the sliding board longitudinal direction on the sliding board upper side ( DE 203 21 008 U1 ), which forms on two longitudinal sides in each case a guide and anchoring groove for the positive engagement of the binding or the binding elements.

Finally, snow gliding boards are known (US-A-2003/0193169 A1) in which two rails projecting above the gliding board upper side are fastened to the gliding board upper side, which serve for a positive engagement of binding plates and with the aid of dowel pins engaging in the gliding board body are attached.

The object of the invention is to show a snow sliding board, the formation of which ensures optimal power transmission from the binding or from the guide or fasteners on the ski outer edges. To solve this problem, a snow sliding board is designed according to claim 1.

The snowboard according to the invention is preferably a ski and preferably an alpine ski. The guiding or fastening elements, the casually, respectively In pairs transverse to the sliding board body longitudinal direction are provided opposite each other or assigned to each other, are preferably strip or rail-like guide and fasteners, which are preferably arranged on opposite surfaces of bead-like formed on the Gleitbrettkörperoberseite projections or local recesses wholly or partially.

Further developments, advantages and applications of the invention will become apparent from the following description of exemplary embodiments and from the figures. In this case, all described and / or illustrated features alone or in any combination are fundamentally the subject of the invention, regardless of their summary in the claims or their dependency. Also, the content of the claims is made an integral part of the description.

jeweils identische Schnitte entsprechend den Linien I - I bzw.
The invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the figures of exemplary embodiments. Show it:
Fig. 1
in simplified representation and in plan view of a snow sliding board in the form of a ski;
FIGS. 2 and 3
identical sections corresponding to the lines I - I and II - II in two different embodiments of the invention.

The in the Figures 1 and 2 generally designated 1 ski consists of a ski body 2, which is made using known Skibaumaterialien in a generally skilled in the art multi-layer construction. In the central area or in the binding area of the ski body 2 is on its the tread 3 opposite upper side as a 3D ski with two extending in the ski longitudinal direction and between a recess 4 forming bead-like projections 5 formed on the inside for the attachment or connection of in the FIG. 1 only very schematically designated with 6 binding or binding elements 7 in there depression (10) strip-like fastening elements are arranged, each in the ski longitudinal direction over a Part length of the binding area extend. The fastening elements 7 produced, for example, from a suitable plastic material with sufficient strength are anchored in the ski body 2 with integrally formed dowel pins 8 which are oriented perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the plane of the running surface 3, specifically in bores 9 which extend from the bottom 4.1 of the recess 4 starting are introduced into the ski body 2.

The fastening elements 7 are each provided as individual elements in pairs in two pairs, in the ski longitudinal direction spaced apart such that in each case two mutually associated fastening elements 7 transverse to the longitudinal extent of the ski face each other. The fastening elements 7 are further shaped in the manner of a C-profile such that they each form an opening towards the ski center guide and Befestigungsnut 10 and the fasteners 7 of each pair of fasteners with the open side of the groove 10 are opposite to each other.
The grooves 10 serve for the positive reception of sections 6.1 of the binding 6 or the binding elements.

The forces acting during driving between the binding 6 and the ski body 2 are transmitted in part via the fastening elements 4, which are supported on the bottom 4.1 of the recess 4 and on the mutually facing inner surfaces of the projections 5 or on the supporting surfaces 5.1, but in particular via the dowel pins 8 ,

As the FIG. 1 shows the ski body 2 is waisted in the usual manner in the binding area, ie the width X, the ski body 2 has in the binding area is smaller than the width X in the blade area of the ski body 2, but also smaller than the width X at the rear end of the ski body.

In spite of a width X of the ski body 2 in the binding region, the (width) is substantially greater than the axial distance x, the axes of the dowel pins 8 of the opposite fasteners 7 from each other, a To achieve sufficiently good power transmission from the binding 6 to the outer edges of the ski body or to the tread 3, the center distance x is selected so that it is about 35% to 56% of the maximum width X of the ski body 2, or about 35% to 60% of the width X, the ski body 2 has in the binding area or in the region of its strongest sidecut.

For example, in the illustrated embodiment, the ski body has a maximum width of 80 to 130 units and in the area of the sidecut, i. in the binding area a width of about 77 to 127 units, the center distance x is then about 45 units. One unit is e.g. 1 mm. The distance between the two contact surfaces 5.1 opposite one another in the cross-section of the sliding board body is greater than the distance x, at least by a factor of 1.2, preferably by a factor of 1.3 to 1.4, preferably by a factor of approximately one , 32nd

Die Breite X des Skiköpers 2 ist jeweils die Breite an der Lauffläche 3.The width X of the ski body 2 is in each case the width at the running surface 3.

The FIG. 3 shows in a presentation like FIG. 2 as a further embodiment of the invention, a ski 1a with a ski body 2a, which is waisted at its outer edges or ski longitudinal sides much stronger than the ski 1. In this embodiment, the axial distance x is about 45% to 52% of the width X, the ski body 2a has at the binding area or in the region of its strongest sidecut and about 34% of the maximum width X of the ski body 2a. The distance between the two contact surfaces 5.1 opposite each other in the sliding board body transverse direction is also greater than the distance x in this embodiment, at least by a factor of 1.2, preferably by a factor of 1.3 to 1.4, preferably approximately by a factor of 1.35.

Die Breite X des Skiköpers 2a ist wiederum jeweils die Breite an der Lauffläche 3.The width X of the ski body 2 a is again in each case the width at the running surface 3.

The invention has been described above by means of exemplary embodiments. It is understood that changes and modifications are possible without thereby departing from the inventive concept underlying the invention.
