Hierdurch kann der gesamte Schallschlauch sowohl für ein linkes als auch für ein rechtes Hörgerät eingesetzt werden. Insbesondere lässt er sich für niederpreisige Hörgeräte auch als linker Tragehaken und als rechter Tragehaken verwenden.
