Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung zum Beschichten eines Bauteils weist eine Verteilvorrichtung für einen Beschichtungswerkstoff auf, die einen Brenner zum Aufschmelzen des Beschichtungswerkstoffs und eine Druckgasdüse für den Transport des aufgeschmolzenen Beschichtungswerkstoffs umfasst, wobei die Verteilvorrichtung einen auf die zu beschichtende Oberfläche des Bauteils gerichteten Sprühstrahl aus aufgeschmolzenem Beschichtungswerkstoff erzeugt. Erfindungsgemäß ist mindestens einen zweiter Druckgasauslass (6,10') vorgesehen, der eine auf die zu beschichtende Oberfläche gerichtete Druckgasströmung erzeugt, mittels der an der Oberfläche anliegende Verunreinigungen, insbesondere Overspray entfernt wird.
