Dabei schlägt die Erfindung vor, dass durch Verschwenken zumindest einer Spannrolle ein über die Bandbreite variabler Planiergrad eingestellt wird. Im Falle des Walzens (z. B. Dressierwalzens) oder Richtens (z. B. Streckbiegerichtens) beeinflusst das Verschwenken die Zugspannungsverteilung über die Bandbreite und damit den Planiergrad. Im Falle des Zugreckens beeinflusst das Verschwenken direkt die plastische Bandverlängerung bzw. die plastische Dehnungsverteilung. Die Spannrolle wird dabei z. B. in der Bandlaufebene und/oder quer bzw. senkrecht zur Bandlaufebene verschwenkt und folglich verkippt bzw. schräg gestellt. Die Spannrolle wird dabei um eine Schwenkachse verschwenkt, welche (im Wesentlichen) senkrecht auf die Rotationsachse der Spannrolle steht. Die Spannrolle (bzw. deren Achse) kann dabei zum Einstellen der Zugspannungsverteilung um einen Winkel von 0 bis 5°, vorzugsweise 0 bis 3°, verschwenkt werden. Dazu kann die Spannrolle im Bereich einer Lagerstelle oder auch im Bereich beider Lagerstellen um einen Weg von 0 bis 2 mm, z. B. 0 bis 1 mm verstellt werden. Vorzugsweise wird (nach dem Planieren des Bandes) die Planheit des Bandes ermittelt, z. B. mit einer Planheitsmessrolle oder dergleichen und die Einstellung der Spannrolle wird dann in Abhängigkeit von der ermittelten Planheit gesteuert und/oder geregelt.The invention also provides a method for leveling metal strips in the course of rolling, straightening and / or drawing.
