Abstract

An inlay sole for shoes is made up of sole pieces of varying Shore hardness which engage with each other on abutting edges, the width of which corresponds to the thickness of the sole pieces, with matching sinuous projections and matching recesses. The projections form extensions which engage in backcuts in the recesses, the inlay sole being made of several layers of sole pieces assembled as above. The abutting edges are offset with relation to each other from layer to layer.

Description

The invention relates to an insole for shoes, consisting of different Shore hardness having sole pieces which are integrally interlocked with serrated edges whose width corresponds to the thickness of the sole pieces, serpentine manner over projections and mating recesses such that the projections form extensions, which engage in undercuts in the recesses, wherein the insole consists of several layers of such composite sole pieces.

Such insoles are often used to make the contact between the shoe and the foot of the wearer pleasant, including a particularly elastic material is used for the insole. This elasticity is referred to in a known manner as Shore hardness. In addition, insoles are also used for therapeutic purposes, in particular to bring about at certain points a particularly soft padding, including at the point in question then a particularly soft material is inserted into the insole.

With a heel bed limited to the heel according to DE-GBM 298 06 187.2, a pad has already sunk into the material of the heel bed in the area of an occurring heel spur, which does not protrude from the heel bed, so practically forms a uniform surface with the heel bed. This cushion has over the material of the heel bed greater elasticity, so that a heel spur is cushioned by a correspondingly soft region of the heel bed, without exerting on the heel spasm a particularly high pressure. The sunken in the material of the heel bed pad goes over a serrated edge in the material of the heel bed and thus provides a transition zone from the pad to the material of the heel bed, in which the elasticity is felt as a transition of elasticity from the wearer due to this gearing.

An insole with the design features given at the outset is shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 EP 1 593 360 A2 it is mentioned in the description that individual soles can be placed on each other. The abutting sole pieces have different mechanical characteristics, which allows them to be adapted to the special needs of the person wearing shoes with such insoles. If the same soles in matching internal design are placed on each other, results in two superimposed soles against only one sole at the superimposed abutting edges of the sole pieces a correspondingly steep hardness transition, which is particularly felt by the person concerned.

The invention has for its object to equalize the transition of the Shore hardness of sole piece to sole piece, which is a special comfort for the use of such an insole. According to the invention, this is achieved in that the respective butt edges are offset from one another in relation to one another.

Due to the displacement of the sole pieces from layer to layer results in a wide range of variation of the transition slope of the sole hardness along the entire insole, wherein the distance, which is provided by the respective butt edges from layer to layer, a more or less gentle transition of the Shore Hardness of sole piece to sole piece is achievable.

For insoles with a particularly large thickness, it is sufficient to assemble them over the abutting edges with the respective overlapping projections, without the need for a special bonding of the abutting edges. It is However, also possible to ensure the cohesion of the individual sole pieces on the butt edges even more so by providing the butt edges with an adhesive, which also provides a permanent connection between adjacent sole pieces. For this purpose, preferably also an adhesive that remains elastic during curing. The cohesion of the individual sole pieces can also be created by a coating extending over the sole pieces. Such a coating is suitably adhered to the assembled sole pieces. The cover may also be formed by a sole support with a supporting effect, is given by the particular the metatarsal a special support.

In the case of the use of two adjacent layers of composite sole pieces can advantageously accommodate a sole support between the two layers, which results in an insole with built-in sole support, the sole support can then be adapted to the particular particular foot shape, in particular specially shaped to to support the foot in a particularly desirable therapeutic effect.

In the figures, an embodiment of the invention is shown. Show it:

Fig. 2

FIG. 1 shows the insole in plan view with five sole pieces 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, each having a different Shore hardness. As an example, insole according to FIG. 1 the sole piece 1 of a material having a higher Shore hardness, the sole piece 2 of a medium Shore hardness material and the sole pieces 3, 4 and 5 of a material of low Shore hardness. In this case, of course, the sole pieces may be arranged in another way to each other within the insole, with a different number of sole pieces can be selected. In particular, it is possible to construct the insole only from the sole pieces 1, 2 and 4, so omit the sole pieces 3 and 5, of course, the butt edges 6, 7, 8 and 9 can be placed differently depending on the particular therapeutic purpose.

The butt edges 6, 7, 8 and 9 are designed to become wedged into one another, i. Each sole piece engages with its projections 10 between the projections 11 and 12 of the adjacent sole piece, as is the case with the two sole pieces 1 and 2. Due to the shape of the projections along the abutting edges 6, 7, 8 and 9 to the extensions of the projections (eg 10) undercuts to the respective adjacent projections, so that between adjacent sole pieces on the thus formed abutting edges 6, 7, 8 and 9 arise interlocking teeth that virtually prevent a pulling apart of the individual sole pieces 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, resulting in a self-contained insole. In addition, of course, an adhesive can be inserted along the butt edges 6, 7, 8 and 9.

FIG. 2 shows a section along the line II-II FIG. 1 passing through the sole pieces 5 and 2. The sectional view according to FIG. 2 illustrates that each sole piece extends over the entire thickness of the sole pieces 5 and 2. Of course, this also applies to the other sole pieces. In the Fig. 2 Furthermore, the cover 13 is shown, which extends on the foot-facing top of the sole pieces 2 and 5 over the entire insole. One Such coating is used in a known manner to improve the foot climate in the shoe. He is preferably glued to the sole pieces.

In addition, in the Fig. 2 a sole support 14 is shown, which gives the insole a desired supporting curvature, as used in known deposits. Such a sole support essentially serves to give the metatarsus a special support. The sole support 14 is here attached to the underside of the sole pieces 2 and 5 and of course the other sole pieces in a fixed connection.

If smooth transitions from sole to sole piece are desired, then the individual layers are assembled as in the FIG. 3 is shown. The two layers 17 and 18 have the sole pieces 2 and 5, which are offset from each other, so that the respective butt edges 7 are arranged at a distance from each other, so that a softness transition from the sole piece 2 to the sole piece 5 at the respective abutting edge 7 by the respective other sole piece arises. Depending on how pronounced this transition is desired, you can move the individual sole pieces from layer 17 to layer 18 accordingly.

A composite of two layers insole is also in a particularly favorable way to enclose a sole support. This is in the FIG. 4 shown. The two layers 19 and 20 with their sole pieces 21, 22, 23 and 24 summarize the sole support 25, of which the support plate 26 is drawn in section. This is supported with its ends 26 and 27 in a known manner in the direction of the shoe down and thus carries the upper layer 19. With such an arrangement, as shown in Figure 5, can be in a particularly favorable manner, the effect of the two individual Layers 19 and 20 with a sole support, namely the sole support 25 connect, creating an insole with special support function is created.
