Such a packaging box is for example known from the patent application GB 2 398 293 or the patent application US 2004/0140345 .

This type of box is particularly intended for perfumeries or jewelery shops or other high value goods businesses requiring relatively luxurious box-type packaging. This type of cabinet must meet several crucial requirements. First, it must have a small footprint in order not to increase the costs of storage and transportation. This is why, generally, the trend is packaging having a folded position, relatively flat, and a deployed position forming a container.

The packaging box must also have a flawless finish, it can not seem to be a foldable package. It would indeed be particularly unacceptable to pack a jewel or a watch in a collapsible cardboard box that does not fit perfectly straight, whose bottom and cover are deformed by the assembly and which does not have a flawless finished appearance. The same requirement applies to cosmetics and perfumes. Perfumers and creators of beauty products believe that their brand image is not ridiculed by packaging with a poor aesthetic appearance.

The packaging box for patent applications GB 2 398 293 or US 2004/0140345 has an acceptable aesthetic appearance, while having a flat folded position and an extended position forming a container.

The kit of these patent applications comprises an outer box body body comprising a bottom wall, a cover wall, a front end wall and a rear end wall. The box of these patent applications GB 2 398 293 or US 2004/0140345 also comprises an inner box body comprising a front wall, a back wall, two side walls and a bottom wall.

Three external walls are glued at least partially to three internal walls. Therefore, mounting the cabinet requires manually maintain the front and rear end walls at 90 ° to the bottom wall for assembly with adhesive.

The cabinet of the aforementioned prior art is therefore complex to manufacture and not easily convertible from its position forming a flat assembly into a packaging box in the deployed position forming a container.

The invention aims to overcome the disadvantages of the state of the art by providing a cabinet that takes up little space during the storage, which has an aesthetic appearance of impeccable finish and which is extremely simple to assemble and manufacture. Advantageously, it must be easily mounted with one hand, without the need for dexterity or complex handling. It should preferably not require a sticking step for the user.

To solve these problems, there is provided according to the invention, a packaging box as indicated at the beginning in which said inner box body is attached to the bottom wall of the outer box body and wherein said intermediate wall connecting said cover wall and said bottom wall of the outer box body has an opening in which the inner box body is housed and is held in its extended position when the outer box body is in the extended position.

In this way, the box according to the invention is storable flat, and form in the mounted state a container.

The fact that there is only one wall of the outer box body integral with the inner box body substantially simplifies mounting. It can be made integral, for example, by gluing, in the workshop.

The intermediate wall includes an opening in which the inner box body is housed and held in the upright or extended position, in the manner of a strapping. This avoids any use of glue. In the same way, this intermediate wall brings a particularly original and luxurious finish and thus meets the requirement of an aesthetic appearance of impeccable finish. The inner box body is therefore confined in an intermediate wall which is only, with one hand, raised upwards to mount the box according to the invention. It can be left flat on a small surface for mounting, it must not be manipulated in space and requires no dexterity on the part of the user.

Advantageously, the inner box body in its extended position maintains parallel and spaced said bottom wall and said cover wall of the outer box body in the deployed position.

In this way, the inner box body cooperates with the outer box body and the two bodies support each other in the deployed position, which improves the finish appearance of the box according to the invention and the rigidity thereof.

Advantageously, said inner box body has two end walls and two side walls.

In this way, the box according to the invention is parallelepipedic. The square or rectangular section is generally the simplest section to be produced and stored and the square or rectangular boxes correspond best to the needs of the aforementioned stores.

In a particular embodiment, the inner box body further comprises a bottom wall which is attached to the bottom wall of the outer box body.

In this way, during the manufacture of the box, it is only necessary to fix together two bottom walls, which is an extremely simpler step than fixing together the front and / or side walls of the box body internal on the bottom wall of the outer box body.

In addition, this makes it possible to manufacture boxes of a material color for the outer box body and another material color for the inner box body and this necessarily increases the finish of the box.

Advantageously, said front and / or side walls are foldably connected to said bottom wall of the outer and / or outer box body, so that when said inner box body is in the folded position, said end walls are provided for to be folded against said bottom wall of the outer and / or inner box body inside the packaging box.

This means that the assembly of the cabinet requires a traction movement of the front walls towards oneself or on the side, which is a movement quite natural and very simple to achieve. In addition, the production of internal walls folded inside is very easy.

In a particular embodiment, said front and / or side walls are foldably connected to said bottom wall of the outer and / or outer box body, so that when said inner box body is in the folded position, the said side walls are provided to be folded against said bottom wall of the outer and / or outer box body, outside the packaging box.

This means that the assembly of the cabinet requires a thrust movement of the front walls towards the inside of the cabinet, which is also a movement quite natural and very simple to achieve. In addition, the production of internal walls folded outwardly is very easy.

The combination of the above is also included in the invention. Indeed, in a particular embodiment, the front walls (front and back) of the inner box body are folded inwardly while the side walls (left and right) of the inner box body are folded to the outside .

Of course, the opposite is also conceivable as the fact of folding all the walls inward, provided that the mounting of the inner box body requires no unnecessary dexterity or gluing.

Preferably, the cover wall, the bottom wall and the intermediate wall have, in a side view, a Z-shaped arrangement.

Advantageously, when the outer box body is in the folded position, said cover wall is disposed under the bottom wall.

In a variant, when the outer box body is in the folded position, said cover wall is disposed against said intermediate wall.

As can be seen at figure 1 , the box 1 according to the invention comprises an inner box body 2 and a box body external 3. The outer box body 3 has been drawn with thicker lines to promote understanding of the drawings. The outer box body is preferably made of thicker board, optionally glazed to improve the finished appearance of the box according to the invention, but it goes without saying that the outer box body 3 and inner 2 can be made in any type of cardboard, thick or thin, depending on the desired finish.

The outer box body 3 comprises a cover wall 4, an intermediate wall 5 and a bottom wall 6.

The inner box body 2 comprises, in this preferred embodiment, two end walls 7 and two side walls 8 connected to an inner bottom wall 9. The front and side walls 7 and 7 are foldably connected to each other and are also connected. at the inner bottom wall 9 foldably.

As can be seen more clearly, the inner box body 2 in a deployed position comprises a plurality of walls lateral 7 and / or front 8 interconnected foldably and erected relative to said outer bottom wall 6.

The inner box body 2 is attached to the bottom wall 6 of the outer box body 3. When the inner box body 2 comprises a bottom wall 9, as in the embodiment illustrated in the drawings, it is this bottom wall 9 which is fixed to the bottom wall 6, for example by gluing. When the inner box body 2 does not comprise a bottom wall 9, the side walls 8 and / or front walls 7 each comprise a flap foldably connected to the side walls 8 and / or front walls 7 and it is this flap which is attached to the bottom wall 6 of the outer box body 3.

In that a single wall of the outer box body 3 is fixed to the inner box body 2, the assembly by the user is extremely easy and does not require a sticking step by the user. The gluing is for example made in the factory during the manufacture of the box so that the user only has to deploy the cover wall 4, erect the side walls 8 and / or front 7 on the bottom wall 6 of the outer box body 3 and then, as can be seen at figure 5 , deploy the outer box body 3 to form the container that is the box 1 according to the invention.

The figure 5 illustrates the box according to the invention when the inner box body 2 is in the deployed position, the outer box body 3 being deployed.

When the side walls 8 and / or front 7 are erected on the bottom wall 6 of the outer box body 3, the user only has to raise the lid wall 4. This results in the deployment of the intermediate wall 5 such that it forms a strapping or belting around the inner box body 2 in the deployed position, which prevents the latter (2) to fall back into the folded position as described above.

As can be seen very clearly in this figure, the intermediate wall 5, connecting the lid wall 4 and the bottom wall 6 of the body outer box 3, has an opening in which the inner box body 2 is housed and is held in its extended position when the outer box body 3 is in the extended position.

Of course, when the inner box body contains the products to be packaged, they exert a weight force on the receptacle of the inner box body 2 which further stabilizes the inner box body 2. In addition, before the body 2 internal box is ringed or surrounded by the intermediate wall 5, it is clear to the skilled person that the products contained in the box 1 according to the invention also maintain the inner box body 2 in the deployed position.

Then, as we can see at figure 6 , the user must still close the box 1 according to the invention by rotating about 180 ° to the cover wall 4. The box 1 is therefore extremely simple to mount, to manufacture and requires neither exceptional dexterity neither sticking on the part of the end user. In addition, when it is no longer necessary, it is very easy to put the casing 1 in the folded position in which it forms a substantially flat assembly, for example to reduce the clutter in the garbage bags or for storage in for later use.

When the lid wall 4 closes the container and the cabinet 1 forms a closed container, the bottom wall 6 and the lid wall 4 are parallel to each other and spaced from each other, particular spaced from each other by a distance substantially equal to the height of the side walls 8 and / or front 7 of the inner box body 2.

As can be seen, when the inner box body 2 and the outer box body 3 are in the deployed position, the lid walls 4, bottom 6 and intermediate 5 have a Z-shaped arrangement.

Similarly, the inner box body 2 and the outer box body 3 cooperate with each other to provide the necessary rigidity to the box 1 according to the invention. The inner box body 2 in its position deployed maintains parallel and spaced the bottom wall 6 and the cover wall 4 of the outer box body 3 in the deployed position.

It is understood that the present invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described above and that many modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the appended claims.

For example, it is envisaged according to the invention that when the box 1 is in the folded position, the cover wall 4 is disposed under the bottom wall 6 of the outer box body 3.

Of course, the box according to the invention can also be made of plastic or be intended for businesses requiring less luxurious and less expensive packaging, made of cardboard more or less rigid or any other material suitable for the manufacture of the box . For example, the packaging box is also suitable for packaging pastries or for packaging clothing, gifts and all kinds of items.

1. Packaging case (1) comprising:
